Do NOT use this company. They have cleaned my house several times and did a fair to good job until this last cleaning. It was suppose to be a deep clean of the kitchen and laundry rooms and they didn’t even go into the laundry room. The floors were not swept and they just pushed around dirt into the corners and the baseboards were not cleaned. The kitchen sink wasn’t touched. I could go on. The pictures speak for themselves. This was not a “forgot a cobweb” or “missed dusting a corner table” situation. I called to let them know that the house was not cleaned and I had people coming over the next day and it needed to be cleaned. They said they tried to call back but the voicemail box was full. Either they lied about trying to call or they called the wrong number because both of us had our phones next to us waiting for a call and neither of our mail boxes were full. I called again two hours later at 3:30 and they refused to come back saying they were closed! I told them I would not be paying for the job as it was not complete and what was done was terrible. They still charged me full price. I will be calling again to get my money back. Absolutely absurd and unprofessional.

The one time they cleaned for me they were very good. Over the last couple of months I have tried twice to schedule another cleaning. I receive an answer, and am then told another person will call to schedule the cleaning, but they never bother to call back. I will not try again.

They are priced lower than other cleaning companies I have used, but that equals a lower quality clean and I would rather pay a higher fee for better quality. Cleaning tasks were often completely missed or done haphazardly. If you are on a budget and have low expectations they may work for you. The management and cleaning teams were always polite.

I hired this company around April/May and much like another one of the reviews on here I to experienced some of the same things when they came to give my estimate the gentleman walked through my house with his shoes on, I did find that odd, my first cleaning I paid extra for deep cleaning as he requested which things were missed, small things, the second time they came they it seemed like they only cleaned the center/middle of the floors 😡 but the next time the tables and counter were cleaned/ dusted in center only, like kid just did it, the last time they came the girls left me a dirty Disposable Bona mop head at my front door attached to my Bona with a pile of dirt underneath of it and one in my garbage can clearly they weren’t even sweeping the floor. Where is cleaning company I’ve ever used I hope to attach photos.

Very unprofessional....dont waste your money

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If I could leave negative stars I would. The owner (Paul) came out to my house to do an estimate, did not take off his shoes. Walked all over my house with dirty shoes. That should have been my first clue not to use this company. Set up the first cleaning, asked them to clean the refrigerator and oven. Paid an extra $30 dollars for the frig and oven. They did not clean the oven or frig. After calling them, we agreed to have them cleaned at the next cleaning. The initial clean was ok, would see how next clean was. They came out the second time, stuff was moved and not put back. They didnt even make the beds, counters were still dirty. Plus the oven was still dirty. Called and spoke to Tracy, (while there was kids screaming in the back ground) told her that the oven did not get cleaned again. She said that they (the cleaning team) used oven cleaner from Wal*Mart, sprayed it and wiped it out. Told her I could send her pictures of the oven. She said she would look at the pictures. After looking at my pictures, she said, over all the oven looked clean. DOES THIS LOOK CLEAN TO YOU?? She said that for another $30, they could clean it again next time. I told her to cancel all future cleaning.

We have used The Cleaning Authority just under a year now and we are completely happy with the cleaning of our home. We asked for a call letting us know the approximate time the team would come so we can leave and allow the team to do their job without being in their way. They have consistently called without fail. Our most recent team, Leia, Tori and Amanda did an outstanding job in cleaning and with each service the team leaves us a note letting us know what they did and what they will do during the next visit. It’s reassuring to be able to take a quick look to be sure the cleaning is done to the standards I learned as a child. Each time, without fail, the cleaning that’s been done has met those standards. It’s rare that we actually have an opportunity to speak to any of the team members but the few times we have without exception they are polite and respectful and we feel reassured the team will be careful with and respectful of our belongings. There are no incidents of damage or breakage or even moved objects. We feel like the teams treat our home as if it were theirs.

We really appreciate Courtney and Leia do. Theyre always on time, communicative and do a good job. Not to mention theyre always mindful that I work from home and sometimes in meetings when they come through. Thanks again!

Emily and Lisa do a great job on our home. They are thorough, getting to places I would not. I know I can rely on this team to keep things sparkling. And they are nice people, too.

I have been with The Cleaning Authority for about 10 years and for the past 6 years Courtney has been on the team that cleans my home bi-weekly. Leia is her partner as now and both my husband and I are very pleased with their excellent work for us. Courtney and Leia are very professional and pleasant and go right to their tasks when they arrive. Usually they do the same routine work each time, but if I need something extra to be done, they are always more than willing to help me. Usually Leia cleans the bathrooms and the kitchen and Courtney does the dusting and the floors(vacuuming carpets and washing floors in kitchen). Since there are many housecleaning tasks that I cannot do anymore due to a bad back, they are a Godsend to me and I so appreciate having a clean home that I can be proud of even though I can no longer do the work myself.

I have used the Cleaning Authority off and on for years. Now that I have joint issues it’s just so much easier to have them come twice a month and keep my house clean. I will say some teams are better than others. I now have Team 12, Shelby Lee and Kylie Sivian. I am very pleased with these ladies. They do an excellent job. If I ask for a little extra something, they are quite willing to do help out.

Team 13 did a great job today. Love how fast they are but still do a good job cleaning. When weve had to reschedule, theyve been accommodating and able to set something up quickly. Thank you!

I was referred from my parents, and not disappointed! They are professional, thorough, and communicate the process well. I appreciate their rotation approach for specific focused cleaning areas, without losing any overall feeling that my house was cleaned. So thankful to invest in this service. Trevor and Joshua did an excellent job cleaning my house this month. In general, over the years Ive received very good service from The Cleaning Authority staff. The few times Ive had an issue, Ive emailed the office and the problem was immediately addressed.

They are a great company in that they are always interested in doing their best to make the customer satisfied. We have found their prices to be excellent and competitive. My advice is to do what you can to prep your home (put things away) so the crew can easily access the surfaces to clean.

This is my first time hiring a cleaning service. Im ex-miliary & pretty meticulous but with 4 busy teenagers, a full-time job & a spouse that also works full-time & recovering from csncer, it has been a struggle keeping things in top shape. We called in cleaning authority for biweekly general cleaning. The first week I noticed that some areas did not get as much attention as others. I let it slide because, according to their sheet, those other areas should have been covered on the next visit. By the second cleaning I noticed that the showers & the downstairs mirros not done. Also, there were dust bunnies all over the downstairs bedroom. It didnt make sense o pay someone only to have to go behind them & take cre of the most basic stuff (I actually had to take time off work to finish it up).

Business and home are sparkling...I so appreciate everything you guys do from clear communication and administration to the end result: a beautifully clear space. Thanks especially to Dee, Sara, Jasmine, Sydney, Cindy & Raelinda.

Used Cleaning Authority service for many years. Cancelled with them in beginning 2017. They were okay at first, but during 2016 service quality noticeably dropped...house not as clean, sticky kitchen floors, doors & windows left open, cleaning stuff left at our house, phone charging cords missing after their visit, broken glassware, etc. I would usually be away when they visit, but occasionally Id be around and service people were not that friendly...some were kinda rude. One annoyance is I never knew when theyd show up...first thing in the morning or late afternoon. Every visit it was different, so sometimes Id have to stay away from house for entire day (with my 3 kids) so as not to interfere with cleaning. Overall, I was not delighted by their service.

After more than a year of cleaning by Shelby Lee and her partner Kylie Sivich of The Cleaning Authority, I look forward to their coming and then my nice clean home. This service was wonderful when I was working, but since I retired I enjoy it even more. In a couple of hours my home is clean, top to bottom and I didn’t have to do it😎. How do you say about two or three times and honestly Im not as impressed as I was originally when they first came after about the second or third time I noticed a significant clean feeling that youd get when they actually dust and clean off other services

TL;DR - DO NOT HIRE. Will take your money and leave you with a dirty house.I hired this company to do a move out clean. They were supposedly there for four hours, but barely anything was touched in the house. Baseboards, door frames, appliances, walls, all were left untouched. We had pulled the refrigerator away from the wall for them to clean behind it and they pushed it back in place without doing anything. When I called to complain, the manager was very concerned and said she would speak with the cleaners when they got back to the office and then return my call. By the next day, I hadnt heard anything back and there was a $250 charge on my card (because of course you have to give them credit card information before they clean - otherwise they probably wouldnt make any money since they do such a bad job). When I called again, she refused to do anything and said I would have to pay them $65 an hour again for them to come do the job I had already paid them for! Horrible company - do not use them.

The owner is disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude. The cleaners left the garage door opened when we were not home. When calling to address the situation, the owner would not respond. When he did he was unprofessional and terminated us.

DO NOT HIRE! They do NOT do everything they say they will do!!! Ever!!! Almost every single clean we had to have them come back out to do their job. They are awful.
