Magic Mops has been cleaning our home for Six months now. The ladies who come to clean are ALWAYS punctual, always professional, and they do excellent work! We interviewed several different companies, and Magic Mops was the clear winner. When you allow someone into your home to clean, it becomes personal because they are creating a cleaner and warmer home for your family. We are very fortunate to have them keeping our home more than clean. I recommend Magic Mops without hesitation or reservation. Magic Mops has been cleaning our house for about six months. They impressed us on their initial welcome visit with their professionalism and attention to detail. We appreciate being able to choose a three-week cleaning schedule: two weeks is too much and monthly is too little. Though the gals who come sometimes change due to their scheduling, there has been one of the original ladies since the beginning, and we appreciate the consistency. We get a reminder call the day before and a call about 15-30 minutes before they show up. We like that this is a local, family-owned business, and that we can do our small part to support them. They do an excellent job and are very understanding of working with/around out Great Dane puppy. We hired them for a move out cleaning. I paid $50 for the bid and was told it would need 12 hours with 2 people (so a total of 6 hours in one day) I agreed and paid the balance up front. That made me uncomfortable but our house was sold so I payed the remaining balance of $430, they would not do the work unless I payed up front. My mother in law stopped by and the crew said there was no way they were going to finish in the allotted time. I received no phone call of any notice of this. The blinds were still dirty and the sinks still dirty. The company told me that they should have called me and told me that they were not going to finish and offered me to pay $40 per hour for them to stay. Isn’t that what I payed the $50 for to get the cost of the cleaning??? I’m not happy with their service or the way they handled the situation.

The magic mops team came into our home before we moved i to our new home and cleaned all the things that the old tenants forgot to clean. Made for a nice clean fresh space to move into.
