Friendly and helpful staff, sanitized and clean (there is a difference) facilities, and 24-hour availability. These are a few things that make PF the best. Tanya and John who man the desk weekdays are the best. They’re always willing to help and always cleaning equipment and the gym. I’ve been a member since the Olympia facility opened and don’t plan to leave.

People that works there are amazing and very friendly. It’s a Clean environment, and has all the equipment that I need .I live in Olympia WA, And it’s just a 2 min walk from home lol And subway restaurant is right across the street, So after working out I can get a healthy post workout meal on my way home 🥰

Everyone who works at the Olympia Planet Fitness has always treated me with respect and greeted me with a smile. The facility is always spotless and I noticed that everyone takes responsibility for wiping down their machine when they’re done. I also really like that I am able to bring my oldest child with me because he’s getting into sports this fall and wants to get a good workout regimen set before school starts.

Gym is always extremely clean! I travel and use many different PF but the Olympia one has by far the most friendly staff! Their trainer is awesome and classes are always fun and challenging! Great atmosphere!

I absolutely love PF and this location is awesome... I love the no judgement atmosphere... in fact, PF is the only gym I feel comfortable enough in to actually put an effort into my workouts. My only complaint and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that there arent enough classes on evenings for folks who work normal jobs, but there are a ton scheduled during the day on weekdays.... I would do 2-3 classes every weeknight if they were available!

Great place to exercise! This one just open and all the equipment is new. The staff keep the place clean and in order. They are friendly and helpful and you cant beat the price. I recommend it.

I have never felt so welcomed at a gym before. The staff are absolutely amazing and truly make you feel comfortable and encouraged and always greet you. As well the gym is always clean and orderly, which is always a plus! Love this planet fitness.

If you are disabled and need assistance, regardless of their judgement-free proclamations, you will need to disclose to the front desk your condition and have them put it on your record. Or you will risk getting nasty notes on your locker of threats of being banned. Not even a professional please see management! No, a public notices shaming you for needing assistance taped to your stuff!

I like the way the entrance is set up. Its not overwhelming or intimidating. The people who are working out are set back just enough that the spotlight, so to speak, is not on them or you. If youre just coming in for tanning or massage, the staff is quick to get you in a room or chair. This is my favorite PF.

This place is pretty cool. I like the trainer a lot hes pretty good at his job.

Love the price, I have the black card and it 100% worth it! Equipment is new and clean, staff is very friendly! Hydro massage beds are a must try!

It’s spacious, clean/and stocked w/ cleaning supplies, plenty of equipment, everything seems to be kept up well maintained, and you can’t beat the price. Not to mentioned the great amenities for black card members, I love that space, has a very spa like feeling.

Well my experience at this planet fitness is amazing and I will continue to go the staff there especially Shae Lynn she the best. In the photos I was 500lbs in the first picture. In the second picture I am 384 at the time of the review!!!

There’s ample space and machines so you can do the exercises you want even when it’s busier. In general, I love Planet Fitness’ prices and that you can bring a guest!

I want to preface this by stating that I typically have no issues when using this location; employees have been fairly attentive, etc. However, I happened to go during a different shift of staff and came across a rather unfortunate hiring decision. She has blondish hair (was up in a bun), clear-rimmed glasses, and an extremely entitled attitude. Ive previously had no complaints about the other two employees, but they were all huddled around her gossiping on this occasion.When I finally got her attention, she responded with a sticky sweet, yet condescending tone. I actually overheard her later on talking down to members besides myself.She clearly has a toxic attitude and is actively bringing down the other staff and club environment. I was curious, so I looked through the other reviews to see if this was a one time incident regarding her, but others proved it was not the case. Her ongoing toxic attitude obviously needs to be addressed.I have given a low star rating so as to flag management about this issue, but Ill be happy to update once resolved. Thank you.

The Olympia facility is top notch. The facility is well organized, clean, and the staff is friendly.

I really enjoy my workouts at this gym! I can see how busy before and basically use whatever machine I want!

Great staff in new facility with every piece of equipment you could want. End my workouts with Hydromassage, red light therapy unit and shower and it makes for a gym experience I forward to regularly!

Not only did they scam me out of money by not canceling my membership as requested and the trying to charge me two months after the fact but the audacity of some of the workers has me blown away. They do not communicate to one another let alone to their clientele. When they do speak to you it’s rude, downgrading, and they sound like they have much better thangs to do than to answer questions or help you and the equipment/changing area is as nasty as their attitudes. Thought changing locations from elsewhere to here would be good change but no they are all the same. 10/10 would recommend going to pretty much any other gym ever.

Mr.will i think is his name, is a great personal trainer i took my first class with him today and learned alot. Im already a fitness nerd and plan on going to school to get my bachelors in nutrition and dieretics as well as my own personal trainer certification. Mr. Will taught me quite a bit today and i plan on coming back to his classes often for my knowledge of Athletics, to grow as well as receive his help to reach my own fitness goals. This planet fitness over all is by far the best branch i have visited yet.i have been coming here for a year now and would never change my choice of gyms . Its always so clean and welcoming in here the staff is amazing, they truly care about your well being. Ms. Courtney, mr. John, Ms. Amanda, miss Tanya, Mr. josh, and mr. hase are all such amazing people. (The rest of you are great as well i just cant remember all of these great employees names theirs so many of you Dx) if your looking for a good first gym. Planet fitness in Olympia is your place 😌

I get their in a no win with the mask policy. But when the mask falls under your nose tell your employees to at least say “please” pull your mask up. It would be wise to remember we are still the customer. I get the new power given to the mask police is real but courtesy should still come into play. That said their equipment is clean, the location is great and most employees are extremely helpful.

It’s clean, easy to get to from my house, has great equipment and affordable.

Friendly staff but had to knock off a few stars because the showers dont have hot water. They are aware of the issue and a work order has been requested. Another member mentioned being here last week and experiencing the same issue.Also, only 2 of the 4 stalls have shower curtains.

They need free weights for deadlift and squats. A good idea if people vote for new equipment added every 2 - 4 months

Planet Fitness is most excellent! Sanitization is utmost. Very helpful staff. All machines and equipment you need! Highly recommend!

Dont go to this PF unless you are ready to be pushed around while the employees do nothing. Trying to finish a workout, I had another person, who was on the floor doing pushups, jump up, told me I couldnt use the machine, and pushed me off of it. My husband was already dealing with issues from this person, and the employee explained that she couldnt do two machines at once, but she refused to listen, and the employee walked away. I sat on another machine until she got off of the one that I needed to finish my workout, and thats when she jumped up from her pushups on the floor and pushed me off the machine. Rather than cause more of an upset I walked away, up to the desk and told the employees what had happened. They stood behind the desk, saying they couldnt do anything. Planet Fitness at this location is not safe for workouts.

There are thieves at this location, left my stuff locked and they stole my belongings...Dont leave anything in the lockers...your stuff will disappear.

** Continue reading but I have cancelled my planet fitness membership as of May 15th after 5 years...Olympia is where you need to go, not Lacey**I often times go to the Olympia location because of the condition that the lacey location has brought themselves to. Everything is new so of course theres no comment there as of yet. The employees are very accommodating and friendly. The location is very convenient. However for me it is another 10 minute drive from the Lacey location. Lets just hope that the Olympia planet fitness is not run as haphazardly as the Lacey location.

In general, gyms are not conducive to the physically challenged. At Planet Fitness, I was able to meet with a trainer (free of charge) who went through every piece of equipment in the whole place and showing me exercises that I can do, be how to adjust them to my ability and how to produce the results that I am after. Meeting with a knowledgeable trainer without it costing me an arm and a leg made the Black Card program worth it to me. Now, I tan before my workout and have a system that works for me. Thanks Planet Fitness.By the way, my health insurance pays the premium.

In the beginning going to this planet fitness was okay. however I am outside of my home gym because of work, I travel. so after my 10th visit I was stopped at the front desk saying I had to pay 5 for ever visit for the rest of my time there. keep in my I am a black card member. I was told from my home gym and another planet fitness because I am a black card member I shouldnt have a issue. However at this gym they wanted to charge me for ever visit. so I called toll number for a representative who was also confused as to why this planet fitness was trying to charge me. I even asked when does it reset for my visits, I was told at this location it doesnt and I would now have to pay to continue to workout, or change my home gym. do you see how much of a hassle this was. on top of that I was made to wait over 15 mins to speak to the manager who didnt seem very knowledgeable about the policy. did I fail to mention I am just one of the only two black people who attended this gym.

I work in full PPE for a living as a nurse and still struggle to workout in a mask. I was told its policy to wear my mask at all times so while Im running on the Tread mill the mask was being suctioned into my mouth and to my nose making it difficult to breathe compared to my unlabored breathing. If I cant go then let me cancel my contract. Its unfair since it is a medical necessity for me to breathe and breathing while running is so different from normal breathing your mask doesnt get suctioned into your mouth on a normal basis so if we cant medically use the facility then let us cancel our contract.

Staff are rude unprofessional and straight up lie to you gross worst experience in a gym ever i recommend the valley in tumwater its worth the drive

We go early in the morning which me and my partner like. We are their Saturdays and Sundays. The staff members are awesome, friendly and helpful!

Fun, safe fitness environment

Clean, large facility with newest equipment. There is several sets of equipment, which means no wait time to use. Several of the machines are the newer version that has a Rep counter and timer on them. With this being a larger facility, it has more space and more equipment than some other locations. I really enjoy it here, and so does my wife.

Me and my dad started going a few days ago and its really great.

Friendly staff they practice safe civil distances and they are also cleaning equipment even after you do which I am grateful for .masks are required which is also a plus I feel safe there

Im hesitant to write this review because i do not want to see this place shut down. it is clean - i like this gym and im here early every weekday. the one lady that works in the AM enforces the mask rules. but the little boys that work early (one thinks hes a ghostbuster) absolutely do not require masks. ppl walking all around this place with no mask. and i dont mean an improperly worn mask, i mean no mask at all. staff cant even pretend like they dont see it - these maskless faces are walking right up to the front counter and staff say nothing about it. plus there is only like 20 ppl in here. smh
