They try to lure people into interviews and expect people to waste time and resources to go speak with them....yet they refuse to answer the simplest questions about employment with their company. They have an attitude of indignation towards others and I wouldnt waste my time dealing with them ESPECIALLY with all the work thats available. The sales manager and hiring staff bonus on whether or not they can talk you into coming into the office so dont do it.....its just a selfish scheme. If they cant answer your questions prior to making the trip....its likely to be an abusive experience as an employee. You will see this trend in the review of others indicating its a company culture....which is a huge red flag.

Good jobs if your willing to work hard. They worked with me to find the right fit and got me steady work every day

My brother call early in the morning to ask some questions on getting started and the guy who answered kept telling him he didn’t have time and continued to hang up on him. It takes as much time to answer a question as it does to say you don’t have time. Need to get new staff!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the Lacey/Olympia location. If you think that the test (which you take when you first apply) is a joke, then you probably failed it. It is a easy quick test. Pass it and move on.I could name at least 100 or more people that I have seen go to the same job daily for years. If you do good. Show up, dress right, and work hard. Then you have a 95% chance you will be sent out and if they need you back then you will go back.The staff is friendly and hard workers. This kind of job is probably not easy at times. I would recommend this Labor Works or any. The point is show up and work hard...and maybe you will score a full time job!!!

I worked here for 2.5 yrs on off . loved to work but then jan 2010 they sent me to roofing job only to pick up debris on ground only for black diamond roofing owners son josh to fall off the roof and land on my neck while i was bent over picking up trash! not only are injuries extensive and lasting but laborworks owner scott sabo derailed all needed medical along with lni even to this day. a lawsuit is coming to put all these clowns in the can and bankrupt this corrupt joint so they can never do this to hard working people ever again!

Just show up and the job your sent to and everything will be fine. Ive been going here off and on for years and I have zero complaints. The staff does their best and the jobs really arent that bad. If you want to make some money and possibly get a full time job, then come here!!!

Went down to sign up today and somehow managed to fail their computer based personality test. The questions were either asking if you do drugs, steal from work, get in fist fights at work, or lie. I guess they only hire criminals and people lacking in integrity, as I do none of the above, and my answers on the test reflected this. This coming from a prior non-commissioned officer in the military who held a Secret security clearance for 5 years. Dont waste your time here! There doing potential employers a disservice.

My first day I sat in the office for 3 hours doing the app. Then when I drove 30 minutes to home they called me and asked me to do a job so I turned around and drove another 30 minutes back. Got my gear. Got in my car. Then was told it was cancelled. I then had to drive ANOTHER 30 minutes home. Zero compensation. The next morning was told job started at 7am. After I got there I was informed it actually started at 8. Wasted a ton of my time and limited resources.

Good place if u work hard on time can keep a good work pace... Be there soon as it opens. Staff are bizzy with trying to get as much work as possible in the morning so be patient... If u have not heard anything by 10 ask about night shift... Then go about ur day..

Dont bother. This place will make you wait for days and reluctantly give you work for a day or 2 a week. Always minimum, I recommend other temp places.

Worked here for a year when your reliable you get sent out to good jobs as simple as that. So be on time and dont waste their time!

The girl that works here, I think Melissa is her name, is super unprofessional. She think shes superior to everyone that humbly comes here for work. She talks to the labourers that come in here like theyre mere peasants. Her justification for her very poor behaviour is that shes been awake since 2:00 am. Well, tough luck darling! It seems like she failed her ethics test, I dont know how she makes a living by keeping her job.Mike on the other hand, is a polite and professional gentlemen. Hes nice, prompt and very efficient in what he does.

Do not waste your time with this place you will sit around all day they wont tell you if they have work or anything they dont mind wasting your time especially genavine shes so rude and couldnt care about anything but the next meal she shoves down her throat.. just go to smart talent or anywhere but here you wont regret that decision

I have always been treated with respect here. I notice alot of people being dispatched on jobs here just want to make an easy paycheck and be lazy. When you go there to actually work and be professional, you will get the higher paying jobs and be requested to come back.Very professional and respectful staff, very cracked out douchebag, lazy, and idiotic drug addicted people who mainly apply here. Tread lightly if you arent a people person.

Neighbor works has friendly staff and they are on top of getting you out to work very professional and consistent.

Have had jobs where i drive over a hundred miles. Only for 4 hours of work. Got threatened to be fired for refusing to do a very laborious job a very long distance away for minimum wage. Ive also worked with a bunch of tweakers. STAFF IS TERRIBLE. MOST JOBS ARE TERRIBLE.

This place is not very professional. I got called in to work and went to the job site. I work the day and was called back the next day. I went in the next day to get my work order and was meet with the laborworks employee yelling at me about how she fired me and telling me that I was someone else. That tells me that they fire people so often that they can not even remember who they fire or not.

Horrible.The staff is just awful! The ethics test is a joke........do not waste your time

Do not go here if you dont have to. They have by far the worst jobs out there, most people sit around here for hours and dont get any work. If you arent lined up at the door by 5:15am, and not the very first person on the list, you wont get work. Only people with permanent jobs here get any work, like the meat packing plant.

Apparently they dont want people with a brain. Only people at the bottom of the barrel they can take advantage of. Thats ok though. Plenty of work out there.
