Professional Temp Staffing Agency is wonderful! Angelina listened well to my interests and skills and matched me with excellent software support positions. When I asked Angelina why she had chosen a career in HR, she immediately replied, “I was born to do this.” I completely believe her now! Other than that, this office manages pay and time cards well. They send you an email pay confirmation every week and make sure you have enough time cards. The office really “sees” you and they are kind and friendly and really know their stuff.

The staff is amazing and extremely professional. Ive been working with them for about a year now and have loved the experience. They check in often and are always concerned if Im liking my position and need anything. When I needed work and had no luck on my own they were there to find it for me. When one position ends they hit the ground running to find a new one right away.

I have been employed through Professional Temp Staffing since May, 2015 and have to say I have not had one bad experience thus far! They are always willing to work with me, and my schedule, which can be a bit difficult since I am in school full-time; I am always met with understanding. Also, they make sure I am 100% at all times and if I am not they do their absolutely best to take care of it for me. Overall, I think they are a great company.I know people below have had their issues but I think its important to understand that not all peoples skills sets are the same and same goes for a jobs requirements as well. I think its easy to get upset but they are just here to find a job that matches your skill set and vise versa.

These people are a joke! I dont even want to waste my time writing a review especially since I have nothing but horrible facts to state about this business, but I feel its my duty to inform the public of the DISservice they provide. PTSA has been a great. I’ve only worked with them for 8 months and in that time I’ve had two jobs. One was temporary only and lasted from August to December 31. I got the second job, a temp to perm position, about a week and a half later and, as of today, I have been hired on permanently (two months ahead of schedule!). They are great with communication and have been wonderful whenever I have any questions, be they regarding time sheets, paychecks, or what have you. I have nothing but great things to say about them. I’ve applied and worked with a number of temporary staffing agencies and, pound for pound, Professional has been the best source for work that meets my requirements as they pertain to job duties, hours (M-F, 8am-5pm) and pay. Called the agency to find out about a position but the woman there just seemed unhelpful. Told me they’d call me back but I never even left my number. Terrible service.
