Never disappointed here. My car is older and have brought it here over the years. I go for the full meal deal. My Dodge Charger is always cleaned and left like it was groomed at the dealership. Owners care, seem like they care about employees and employees ALWAYS give it their best! I always love the question they ask ... your car is ready,, please let me know, is there anything that needs our attention or needs to be redone? Ive never been a dissatisfied camper. These kids have a solid work ethic and dont run away from hard work. The best place in town and they are environment conscious! Ill gladly pay more if employees are paid more. Shurkleen owners n managers, these workers represent you and the brand really well! More than recommend- go try them out!

Went here to vacuum my husbands truck out. Got done with one side went to finish the other side with the vacuum that was closer to that side. Put a dollar in, picked up the hose and realized there wasnt any suction. I realized too late that the hose had a bunch of duct tape around it and thats why there wasnt any suction. Personally, I would have put up a sign stating that particular vacuum is out of service. I gave them 2 stars because I always vacuum my car out here. And only a couple times have I felt like Im getting ripped off via amount of time the vacuum is on for. But this is disappointing. So I wont be back here again. Plus there was trash and debris all over on the ground and the change machine was out of order.

Very impressed by how clean my car got. Staff was very pleasant and lots of workers to keep the line moving.

Staff there do a fabulous job. The car has rarely looked so clean, inside and out. Totally worth the extra $ as they work hard on vacuuming and cleaning. Tip them!

They do very well with the cars. Nice and friendly, then a nice towel dry afterwards.

My car was damaged going through the wash. The employees were very unhelpful and basically just shrugged and said “well give you a call”. My car wasn’t cleaned well, I had to pick things off with my hands and they missed an entire spot on the back of my car. Vacuuming said it was included with a wash, it wasn’t and that was the entire reason I went in the first place. You have to pay with quarters, there’s no machine to make quarters for you. I left and came back with quarters, their machine ate half of my quarters so over all it was a terrible experience and I’m very unhappy.

I came to get my moms car washed and detailed for her birthday, and I’m extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I paid $40.00 for the full service and the outside of the car is still dirty. As for the interior detailing they only worked for a total of 5 minutes, and it is not clean.

I went here to get my SUV wash because the reviews are decent. Paid 15.50 for the Delux and am greatly disappointed with the result. It was rushed and my white car has blue streaks all over it from the suds. You would think with $15.50 they could have washed the suds off. It was a waste of my money and my time. Would not recommend this place.

Absolute, horrible service!The vacuum cleaner lack adequate suction and cost 0.75 for about 4 minutes.Purchased the premium package and all it did was scratch up my car.In the end, not worth the service or the money.

Steller customer service. The staff were very informed on the different car wash packages available and recommended the right one for my particular situation. They were quick and efficient, and the price cant be beat. $35 for an inside AND out? Done! Exceptionally courteous staff. They even said that if something didnt look right, to let them know and theyll make sure it was done to my satisfaction.

Decent car wash if you are just looking to clean regular road grime/dirt off your car. Not great if your car is a little dirtier than that.just got back from a 4 day (2000 mile) road trip and had a considerable build up of bugs on the front end. I got the Premium wash for $20 and still had a lot of bugs left at the end. I would have thought they would have tried a little harder to clean it than just hose it down and send me through the machine. I honestly would have paid a little extra if thats what it would take. Instead, Im just a little disappointed.

Great price, went mostly for my son he loved it. The staff was super nice. The guy who took the payment was awesome and got me what i needed and didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff i didnt need.

Lots of options - all with reasonable prices. I know my car is going to need frequent trips to the car wash when roads are wet - so I choose the basic wash for just $9. As with all the options, it ends with the car being hand dried. Other times I enjoy having a complete wash/vacuum. The workers are fast, yet thorough. Great place.

Absolutely love this place. The service is high-end and the price is affordable. There are about 5-6 people who work on your car and they are the sweetest. My car looks completely brand new. If you haven’t tried this place, you should.

Favorite car wash in Olympia. They have an option that includes vacuuming the interior. They take thier time and do a really good job, much better than other quick wash and vac places Ive tried. I roll up in my minivan every couple of months and it surprises me how clean it gets. Young people who wash, dry, and vac are very hard-working and usually very deserving of a tip.

2 cars ahead of me for wash and Kleen. I sat for 40 minutes. My car was dry by then. 4 workers on a sunday. I paid $35 plus a tip. I shouldve done it myself. Wouldve been done faster.

I got the Diamond Package and wish they had done a better job between the truck cab and the canopy/bed.It left the windows on bother cab and canopy dirty.I usually get it done at Brown Bear and this has never occured without a wipe down. And only $13 instead of $20

I have been going there for years. Usually the guys are very nice and proficient. However they have a new crew and one of them is a thief. I had a Ducati wool hat and gloves in the passenger seat and Im certain because I moved it from the back seat to the passenger just before pulling in. Went to get a cup coffee came back. The wool hat disappeared. Of course they denied taking it. Make sure you have nothing in the car they hide easy

The guys were very professional and helpful. I got the full service package. The wash was thorough and a good job on the inside. I wish they had an Armor All package for the inside.I would recommend them.

This business is supposedly dedicated to making vehicles clean, but apparently you have to come in with a clean vehicle to get service. I was turned away for having a handful of pine needles in the bed of my truck. The young punk wound then not give me a refund for the 8 pack car wash card i purchased.Bottom line, stay away. Shady business.

The change machine only give you a limited selection on how much coins that you can get so I put in a $5 bill got $5 were the tokens and then when I went back the next day to return some of the tokens because I didnt need $5 with the tokens only used $2 of them they would not refund me or give me and exchange on their tokens so now I have tokens should I cant use anywhere and I wont go back to this place its kind of a dump answer very poorly maintained and the attendants were rude and they were Not sympathetic to my request
