This is the second time I have worked with Top Solids. They have now done my kitchen as well as two bathroom vanities. Both times I have been very pleased with the service and workmanship. The showroom staff was very patient with my indecision as I selected my remnants for my vanities. Robert, my installer today, was prompt, efficient, and willing to make adjustments when I asked for them. My countertops look beautiful and I am SO excited! Thank you Top Solids!!

Whole process was quick and easy. When Sunthi came to install they were in and out. Very fast and thorough. Both guys were friendly and did a great job.

There isnt anything that could have gone any better! I have never dealt with a remodel before and really didnt know what to expect and was a bit intimidated about it. But from being able to walk in without an appointment (this was during the Covid situation) and getting great advice from Tiffany, scheduling with Amanda, the template appt with Daniel and to the install by Brandon and Bryan, it all went smoothly. What really impressed me was on my original visit, when we had to walk thru the work area to see the very large collection of slabs. Seeing all the very busy fabricators actually turning plain slabs into countertops made me feel comfortable choosing Tops, just knowing they were a popular choice by other builders and remodelers. And then having so many beautiful granit slabs to choose from, wow! I found ours almost right away and didnt have to worry that if I had ordered a piece that it would match what I wanted. Getting in on the remnant special made the experience even better!

Israel and Cameron were right on time and were very friendly and professional. Israel answered all my questions before he left and everything was very clean after demo of the previous tile countertop. Great job!

This was one of those jobs that many contractors were not interested in doing. We needed to replace a small double sink with a larger single sink and add a tile backsplash to the counter area. Certainly not a total renovation of a kitchen. Tops and their tile subcontractor provided quick pricing and a reasonable wait time before starting the job. They visited the job and found a sink that would fit in the existing countertop cutout simplifying the job greatly. This little job required a lot of coordination and went very smoothly we are very pleased with the work and the professionalism of the companies involved. Each day the mechanics were on site the house was left spotless after the days work was completed.

It is so rare to find a company who provides both world class craftsmanship and world class customer service at the same time. Tops-Solid Surface did both! We had a great experience with them through the design, bid and installation process.They were patient during our decision making process and provided expert guidance as we finalized our decisions.They even invited us to come watch the robot cut our granite and it was awesome.The installers were skilled artisans and went over the top to be respectful of our home and protect the floors, eliminate any dust and to clean up afterward.We love our new counters, they are the perfect finishing touch on our house makeover.Couldnt recommend this company any more highly.

This is one of the worst companies I have seen for honesty. They will lie to your face and in the next breath tell you they are a Christian. They have the worst fabricators I have ever run across. They dont even try to match the pattern and their seams are not what a professional would call good work. When you sign what they call a proposal which is really a binding contract. Read the small print on the back and it will tell you that if not satisfied you have no recourse. That is not what they tell you to your face. I saved for ten years for granite counter tops. I bought two slabs, which was not cheap. Their was no reason not to match up the pattern but they didnt even try. They had excess left over which they resold. I called them on the horrible put together pattern. Their response was well put a cutting board over it. There are places at the back where it is suppose to be close to the wall, has over 1/4 inch gape and in some places more. They just put caulking in the gape. Yes, you can see it. Everytime I look at the horrible pattern match I want to cry. Yes, I did end up putting a cutting board over it. This is what I got for 7,000 dollars and my kitchen is not big. Please go elsewhere and get someone you can trust and guarantees their work. You will look at their rave reviews and this may never be published but there are more people out their like myself and I can prove it.

Tops has been my go-to to update my bathroom and kitchen counter tops to quartz. Their prices are amazing and the work is always perfect. I have paid-as-I-go for each of them, meaning I started out with my half bath, later did the upstairs bath (with 2 sinks and cabinets) and just had my kitchen done. I am blown away by how good it looks. Whether you work with the owner Samantha or one of the staff, Tops is easy to work with, always friendly, approachable and flexible, and completely reliable. I love my quartz countertops (and the sinks and faucets in the bathrooms), and remain highly impressed with this business. Thank you so much for being a company that has helped me to make my home into the retreat I always wanted.

I have never been so offended and disappointed in my life… They sent the rudest employee I’ve ever come across to fix some minor mistakes that were made during installation… There’s too much to go into so I will just say please if you can avoid this company at all costs. An employee should take pride in ownership in the company and when ownership is disregarded and rudeness follows it leaves a pretty bad taste in your mouth…

We have used Tops Solid Surface for 3 projects within our home and we were very satisfied with their passion to provide excellent service and quality products. Their show room staff were there to provide many suggestions as we designed our kitchen and bathroom remodels over the past 20 years. Even the production staff exceeded my expectations when I picked up the counter top for my last bath remodel (DIY); the sink (I provided) was already mounted to the surface, which made my installation much easier. Thank you for your years of service.

We enjoyed the process pretty much. Helpful, easy to work with sales staff that guides you along. All the people who came to the house were friendly and careful. Spoke with the owner at one point and felt like we were in good hands from top to bottom. Remodeling or building is by definition stressful and they helped make things go as smoothly as possible.

I love the counter tops but the part I want to share was the awesome crew that came to install it. They were courteous and nice to me but what i enjoyed the most was how they interacted with each other. They seemed to enjoy working together and for some reason that comradeship seems hard to find. Often times the professionals that come to work in your house seem insincere and just following a script.

The Tops people have gone above and beyond the call of duty!!! The granite we chose had flaws that nobody could possibly known of and they were accommodating from start to finish! We had the best experience from start to finish! In the early time of Covid, we had no idea what our delays would be! We were so afraid that our cabinet delays would mess up everything but Tops really was my solution! That were responsive, thorough and so professional throughout our entire experience and the results are so much more than I dreamed!!!

We used Tops Solid Surface to put in quartz countertops in our house and loved the way they turned out. On their website they have a promotions tab and here we found a quartz that we loved for $49/SF (installation included). From start to finish we received great costumer service. Tops field measured before they fabricated, showed up on time, and there were no hidden costs or surprises.In my opinion, Tops had basically the same or better pricing than the box stores we looked at and we received more detailed attention and experienced installers than we would typically get from a box store. I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend to anyone looking for new countertops.

From start to finish everything went smooth! We had so many concerns going into our kitchen project from seam placement to existing countertop removal and salvage of current backsplash. Every question we presented from sales to template to installation was answered quickly, they protected our hardwood floors before bringing the slabs in AND cleaned the area before leaving. Tops Solid EXCEEDED our expectations!

We have had several experiences with Tops and they are always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We used them to do the bathroom counters for our business and for our outdoor kitchen at our home. Both jobs were done on time and without any problems. The team from their design pros to their installers are phenomenal. When they installed our outdoor kitchen counters, one of the guys went back to the shop and made us a custom cutting board out of an extra piece they had from where the sink was. Integrity is lacking, i understand mistakes but when a question about you quality and workmanship arises and the soonest you can send someone out is 30 days and also charge the customer to come out and look at it, ones got ask. CANCELLED. they screwed up 3 times measuring 1 counter on one job and now for the same customer screwed up again. Buyer/contractor/veterans beware.

I have worked closely with the folks at Top Solid Surface for the past several years. I find them very knowledgable and helpful. We have received two homes worth of solid surfaces from them and have been very pleased with the results. They are honest and professional. Im most pleased with my current kitchen counters. We did black galaxy granite, and it is spectacular! I really appreciated Vals help with advising that I use one of their solid surface sinks. It is impervious to stains, dents, etc. A top notch shop. If you like being taken advantage of, awful customer service, and not meeting deadlines for your projects then go to Tops Solid. We dealt with Kenny & TS for approximately a 3 month span for both cabinets and counters, and spent over $17K. The turn around for cabinets was suppose to be 6 weeks. Two of our cabinets arrived incorrectly ordered by Kenny and instead of getting two replacements rushed to us they made us wait an additional FOUR weeks to get replacements for something that was their fault. To make it even worse, they wouldn’t even consider doing anything about our countertops until cabinets were delivered and installed even though they knew all those dates. They flat out refused to make any adjustments for us or try to remedy the delay they caused; Perhaps they could have rushed our countertop installation once the cabinets arrived? No, they refused to even schedule us until things were installed. They put our entire kitchen renovation behind by an entire month. They couldn’t have cared less about us being put out, and turned our 2 week kitchen remodel into a 7 week nightmare. In addition, we had cabinets arrive with damage inside them. TS refuses to take responsibility for them. We now have brand new cabinetry that was defaced right out of the box. They got paid so why should they care. Ultimately they screwed up our order, displaced us from our home for several weeks, and didn’t care to make any of it right by any means. I highly recommend you to seek to do business with someone else.

Caution! Quality of fabrication was poor. Top to left of stove had polished edge the right of stove not polished. Seams not polished next to butcher block tops which leave rough jagged edges. Backsplashes not the length as countertops. This is a first for us. We have had many countertops put in as professionals and in our personal space. Surprising considering reviews. Disappointed the edges are so ragged that it is it is clear to obserer that the edge was done very poorly very unacceptable and unprofessional work

Excellent prices, service, products and installation. Tops installed quartz countertops in my kitchen and two bathrooms. The kitchen countertop required a build down edge to lengthen which they did beautifully. This small tweak to the countertop enabled me to use re-purposed cabinetry therefore I completed an entire kitchen remodel for less than $5,000. I will absolutely work with them again.

This company installed marble countertops in my kitchen and my bathroom. They also installed a tubdeck suround for me with a staircase. It turned out beautiful.They went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied.Thank you Tops for making my kitchen and bathrooms look amazing.

So let me start with that I really want to like this business. When we made our first large purchase they seemed affordable, professional, and of good quality. As of now, nearly 18 months later, I have yet to be able to finish our kitchen reservation.After our initial installment of counter tops in our kitchen, we then proceed to arrange the 2 remaining pieces of the kitchen, the coffee bar and the window bar. Only 1week after our installment we were informed that they had sold the remnants of our granit slab to another customer. This left my family and I about $20,000 into our kitchen reservation with no matching stone to finish. They immediately apologized for the mistake and suggested we just try and wait until they order another similar slab of stone.After well over a year of just having a piece of wood sitting on our kitchen cabinets, we stopped calling the business and just started walking in to speak with employees. In no way have they even acknowledged their mistake by trying to work with us. On the contrary, they are selling us remnants from someone elses project that they said they cant get a hold of. With these 2 separate stones we are purchasing now (which do not match the original) they are suppose to be $35 a square foot. So imagine our surprise when we receive our bill at nearly $50 a square foot, which they are unable to justify the extra cost on an itemized receipt. The only reason they gave us is that the actual cost is just too low to be worth while.In closing, Im extremely disappointed with this establishment not for their mistake but for their poor business practices and inability to correct it. I will admit that they do some things really well but on the flip side, they are not organized enough and will not stand by their work. Lastly, there is much more to this story, like them sealing our countertops incorrectly that Im unable to relay over my phone. I hope this review helps you make a good educated decision on your remodel.

The owners of this company should be absolutely ashamed! They took total advantage of us as first time counter top replacement customers by increasing the bid by almost $500 after we already made a down payment (that was non-refundable--another huge red flag). Just like another reviewer said, trying to get a simple, straight forward answer once we paid our deposit never happened. The lack of communication after we paid deposit was sickening.Not only was the counter top damaged, the installation was a joke. Here we sit, still waiting for the owners John & Valerie Teters to make it right after a month!I urge you to not even consider this company for any product or service what so ever! They shouldnt even be allowed to operate. Non trustworthy to say the least.

We had an awesome experience with Tops Solid Surface! We watched our dull kitchen with brown laminate counters & tan tile backsplash morph into beautiful White Spring slab granite counters with ss undermount sink, white subway tile backsplash with red tile accent strip. Oh My Gosh is it beautiful!. The work crew was professional, well mannered and clearly new their craft very well. Valerie and Samantha were wonderful to work with and the job was completed, as quoted. The added bonus was we did this over Christmas/New Year break which is typically their slow time, so everything came together very fast with the demo & installation taking only 4 days. We couldnt be more pleased! I would highly recommend these very talented and professional people.

I tried hiring tops solid surface.Without getting into details, the owner Valerie seem to me; like thief.I spent 2 days trying to get them to answer a straight-forward question; like the price on edging, the layout that they changed and the stupidest waiver Ive ever seen they expected me to sign.Ended up hiring another company, at 1/2 the price, no games and perfect service.
