We had our hot water tanks replaced with a tankless system, and while we did have one minor glitch, it was fixed in a timely and professional manner. From the initial contact with the Bobbi in the office to the actual completed service call by both Gary and Greg - I was provided with what I believe to be the best of the best professional customer service. Bobbi from the office showed compassion, care and dedication to understand exactly what we needed to have scheduled and did her very best to schedule the the service call in a timely manner. Plumb Line Plumbing replaced the pressure tank in the pump house. The office girl was pleasant and helpful in scheduling my appointment. The plumber was knowledgeable, respectful and polite and got the job done quickly. He answered all my questions. His work was very neat and the cost was reasonable too. They are honest and I will definitely use them again.

Plumbline did a commercial install of a washer and sink hook up for our small medical clinic. After many a quotes I went with Plumb Line Plumbing and Remodeling for my kitchen remodel. They were helpful, friendly and reasonably priced. Greg worked on our project, he was punctual and informative. Kept us well looped into the whole project. He was very patient and understanding with my lack of knowledge on the topic. Starting from the 1st contact this company was very polite and responsive. The office people answer the phone... a real plus. They are easy to understand... another plus. Gary the Plumper was great. He really went the extra mile to help me understand everything he was doing. He answered all my questions. I am very happy with this company and will use them again.

Do not use this company. If I had the ability to rate them with a Zero I would. The only reason I used them in the first place was they were the company that American Home Shield sent to my home to fix a plumbing problem I had. To start they had to schedule the appointment about 6 weeks out. I did my best to make the appointment but I am Active Duty military so sometimes my schedule changes. I found out last minute that I wouldnt be able to be home and tried to let them know. FYI, they were already paid in full for the service. Then they wanted to charge $100 for a reschedule fee. I declined and said I would fix the issue myself. After that the billing lady said well we are changing you a $100 fee because we showed up and no one was home. Had they not already been paid to fix a problem I would have had no issue paying this. But since they were already paid and they didnt fix anything this didnt make any sense to me. I contacted AHS about this finally and let them know what was going on and they handled it thankfully. Plumb line from my experience is not a trustworthy business and I do not recommend them. They seem to be the type of company that will charge for services and not provide them. I verified with AHS that they were in fact paid for a service that was not completed. Stay away

I needed a last minute appointment to get a part installed, and they made it happen THE SAME DAY. So happy with their work and for getting me in at the end of their day. They took the best care of me as a customer.

Gary was efficient and professional in all phases of business. Friendly explained everything to our satisfaction.

Dont park in the one way alley way, park out front like everyone else. If you ask them to move so you can park in your garage they try to fight you. Aggressive behavior and feel entitled.

Plumb Line Plumbing has come to our home twice in the last 6 months. Both times they have been amazing. Gary knows what he is doing, takes the time to explain the issue and how it will be fixed, his customer service is exceptional, and is very friendly.Gary and Tanner were efficient and my water heater with extension tank was replaced in a timely manner. The work area was clean after they left, almost as if they had never been there. My new water heater looks great!Thank you! Highly recommend this company!

I do not recommend these guys. They dont reply to emails after the first time you ask for a bid. Its been over a month since I first asked for a bid on a sink install.
