I hired Lifespan Construction to help us build a covered patio because of their stellar reputation. They lived up to that reputation by helping us through the entire process -- concept through construction. They helped us figure out a design that integrated into our house and made the patio look like it was always there. Maddie was our design manager who was with us throughout. She was responsive, helpful, and even brought me flowers after an unexpected hospital stay. I could tell that everyone at Lifespan cared about our project and wanted us to be happy with the finished product.The best part for me was letting them coordinate all subcontractors and navigate the Thurston County permit process (even a pocket gopher survey). I didn’t have to worry about any of it! Those tasks can be overwhelming and stressful and it was so nice to know it was all handled. Lifespan was also very honest about their costs and schedule.We always knew where the budget was at and the construction schedule went as planned. Seriously, we were given a finish date in December 2020, and the project was completed that day!We have been enjoying our new covered patio the last few months and couldn’t be happier. Lifespan did an excellent job on our remodels. They are highly professional at all stages of the construction, and responsive to changing plans and schedules. All of the sub-contractors were excellent and trustworthy. Although not the cheapest, they are worth the extra money: “You get what you pay for”.

Lifespan just completed a phenomenal transformation of our kitchen! They took out a support wall and replaced it will a beautiful kitchen island with support beam and pillars. We were very happy with the process from start to finish! They communicated well at every level; I received a quick response for every question I had along the way. All of the subcontractors they used were professional and did excellent work. We highly recommend Lifespan!

I’ve gone through kitchen remodels before and generally knew what to expect—but the experience with Lifespan Construction blew me away. They were organized, professional, and stayed on time and within budget. Our time line for their part of the project was in half so Shwan and his helper came out and did all the demo work and then came back when instructed to do all their install work to finish our siding project. These people are amazing! We had to to a complete master bathroom remodel including a lot of repairs from water damage. Lifespan did a fantastic job from start to finish. Their design team took the time to find out what we wanted, made selections to narrow down our choices (we arent great decision makers!), set up a schedule and timeline, and preordered all materials so they were ready to go. They kept in constant communication the whole time so we always knew what was going on and how we were coming along based on the budget. They did a beautiful job and we love the finished product. And guess what: they broke all rules of remodeling and construction by actually finishing on time. They werent the cheapest bid, but they were worth the extra cost for the quality of work and the personal and professional way they took care of us and our home.
