Doesn’t matter what I say about how I want my haircut she always cuts it the same - military regulation taper style. And I’ve been out of the Army for 10 years 🤷‍♂️😃. Welp I can’t complain about free and I get compliments when she does cuts my hair! Thanks for the haircuts I love you mom!

I have been here for more than 5 times. I explained every times that I want low fade and this is the result I always get. Every time, I explained you went too high and still the same result.

Very affordable. Dont expect any variety of haircuts. She does not do fades.

This is my fourth haircut and unlike other shops I have been to where you don’t know what barber will show up and at what time. Sook and staff are there and ready to go. I have that peace of mind now when I sit in the chair and say the usual and 20 mins later it’s another job well done. I will continue to patronize this establishment for years to come.

Cant really review as they dont do facial hair

I get a pretty simply haircut, 6 on top and a medium skin fade. The front ended up not even and the top is shorter than the front and too short overall. She took too much of the sides and is almost a high fade.There were 2 people ahead of me when I got there and the wait was about 20 minutes, which isn’t terrible.1/5. Would not go back.

I went into this Sooks barber shop today for the first time. I did not have to wait and Chinsu was fast and friendly. She cut my hair exactly as I asked and the price is only $8.00. I have found my new barbershop.

Went to this barber and asked for a low taper, take a little off the top, and leave the side burns and explicitly asked her not to fade it. She took off my side burns, a lot of the top, and a fade. The hair cut she did is great, but absolutely not what I asked for.

This place is great! Just opened not too long ago and is close to work so that is great for me. Get my haircut here about every 2 weeks. Sook knows how to fade my hair which is really dark and usually no one else does as good of a job, she is the nicest lady to ever cut my hair and I always feel welcome when I come in.

Great barber shop. I only ever see the owner here, but it is a great place to get a no nonsense haircut at a great price. She also does beard grooming.

Sook is awesome. I like how clean and tidy the shop is and how friendly Sook is. Even when its busy, you dont have to wait long since Sook is quick and efficient. She provides a few extra services during your haircut that not everyone else does, like a thorough cleaning of your neck and shirt. I come in wearing a dress shirt and tie sometimes, or just a t-shirt, and she takes that same care to clean up my neck each time.

HORRIBLE HAIRCUTS IS WHAT THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CALLED!! THERES A REASON THIS PLACE IS NEVER BUSY!! The absolute worst barber shop in Thurston county, possibly the whole state. I ask for a trim and a line up and she shaved my whole face! I highly recommend you stay far away from this place. Horrible hair cuts with horrible service to go with it! Sook is such a wonderful barber that gives a great haircut and also great for conversation.shes a very great listener and knows exactly what it is you want when it comes to a haircut she listens to what the customer wants and she gives the expectation that you want when it comes to a quality clean haircut.She loves everyone that walks in that door she appreciates her customers, it may take some time to get your haircut being that its only her that works there but I will tell you it is well worth the wait.great quality haircut shes the only one that has ever been able to give my young son who is disabled and in a wheelchair a haircut. no one else has been able to give him a haircut without him freaking out, she has a kind loving heart she knows what the customer needs and she knows how to deal with all people walking through the door.Sook is the best, its a clean place its always well kept, its always looks nice inside and inviting and for $8 a haircut you cannot beat it, sook is more than a barber.... after youve been in her place you become family and she treats everyone as family if you want to comfortable place, a great haircut and a person with a great heart...sooks barber shop is the place to be and great customer service skills.
