The ladies who operate this establishment are absolutely excellent. I personally have never had a bad experience here. As I am a bald man with a beard they always are able to accommodate me and they make me look beautiful when I leave. I know men dont usually use the word beautiful but when I say that to them they always laugh. I am able to bring in my own aftershave which they will use just for me. I find this a very personal service. Should you go here you will not find a bad experience. I hope this helps you.

Very nice staff and extremely clean shop. They know how to cut hair and do it fast. No drama and super professional. I had to take a few work calls during my cut but my barber was extremely understanding. Wil definitely be returning every other week. Also, did a great fade!

This place did the best job on my hair that Ive had in a long while and there was literally no wait! I walked in was greeted with the hospitality of this loving family, had the most relaxing haircut experience, and walked out with the most badass mullet Ive ever seen! Gotta go back some day.

Ive been all over JBLM/Lacey area for a good barber who does more than your typical military buzz cuts. I decided to give Ks a try being that its right down the road from me. Im so glad I did! Wait time was short, and staff were friendly. Hair cut was awesome, and this is the only place to do a actually straight razor fade!!! Finished off by a very hot towel and a massage from an actual massage wand! Priced at $10, you feel like it was worth $20. I absolutely will be going back.

So many other places have long waits, not here. I love that I can easily being my son in and get quick service and a great price. The staff is friendly and good at what they do. My son comes here for his hair cut, with fades on the side and some length on top to style. Happy with their services and price, more than places like super fades and sport clips where the waits can be too long for mediocre cuts and high prices.

Wait time was quick for service.The stylists there were very professional and knew what they were doing. Very methodical and precise cuts that left me very satisfied with the look. At the end, they use a hot towel and a light neck massage which was very welcome. Haircuts are cheap and not stupid pricey.I would definitely recommend this barber shop to others.

This place is the most underrated hair cut place in Washington. I used to go here all the time when I was way younger and decided to try it out again. I was nervous because I have a tough haircut to pull off (faded fohawk blended undercut? Idk) but seriously there is barely a wait time at all because they are fully staffed, great customer service, and they use a straight razor on skin fades! The price is well worth it at 10.50 for a regular cut which is so much cheaper then sport cuts or anywhere else which blows my mind because of how good the service is. The shop definitely has a military vibe which I like and all the ladies are super friendly. This place is for sure a go to if you’re military or want a clean fade for a good price and not a long wait time like sport cuts.

Fast, friendly, and affordable at only 9 dollars per hair cut. Im new to the area and decided to go with this place and will continue to do so. Compared to El Paso barber shops, this place blows them out of the water. They do what you ask, use a raiser on your neck, a hot towel, and finish you off with a quick neck massage; which was relaxing and different. I highly recommend this place.

Went based on the recommendations and was glad that I did. Went during my lunch hour and they had 3 chairs in operation, no wait. I gave some basic instructions - about this long - and they went to work. In no time flat, they had me done and it looks great.As the other review said, the place is pretty basic and clean. My person didnt say much, but she was on a mission - and it was only $9 with a quick shoulder massage, so I cant argue!

My family and I have been going to Kays for years. My oldest kept getting scratched. He said something and it happened a few more times so he stopped going. My husband and youngest son continued going with no problems. Well yesterday my husband and youngest went for haircuts and my husband was getting scratche told the lady and she just kinda chuckled and proceedeed.
