They like to add fees on If your a few days late and even go as far as putting liens on your stuff. Even during covid they will do this. Be careful with this sneaky company.

We had just sold our home and had to move out by midnight. After moving the mattresses into storage I totally ran out of room OR SO I THOUGHT! Lena was amazing and helped me re-organize things where I actually had room to spare. She totally saved the day and couldnt have done it without her help. After all was said and done I finished my move with time to spare! Such incredible customer service and goes out of her way to help! Highly recommended! They make everything super fast and easy!!!

Lena was very helpful in getting us into the unit, which their last of the size, but the placement of the unit we received was very awkward and almost inaccessible by car. Lena made sure we were happy by going out of her way to get us a unit at another facility that suited our needs better. Really really appreciate Lena and her hard work. This place made me nervous when I parked near the unit location & noticed that the perimeter fencing was damaged from people who have obviously been jumping the fence to get in, I dont think it was a way to get out, but who knows. Upon entering the building the lights on that side were all out making it hard to see in the hall & impossible to see inside the unit at all.

I have had a storage unit at this location for several years. I needed a larger unit and Kayla helped me find one that is larger, more convenient, and will fit my needs. She was helpful, went above and beyond in helping me, was professional, caring, and very patient. She should be treated as a valued and treasured employee. This location is convenient, safe, and has been a great place to store my belongings. I have always been satisfied with the facility, the employees, and the location.

Public storage folks - I have been to several Public Storage businesses in the last 15 years, from Bremerton, Seattle, Tacoma, etc. I have never received the fabulous customer service that Lena gave me. She was friendly but professional, efficient yet attentive to my needs, and she exhibited tremendous clarity about the storage possibilities available to me. I say 5 stars + !!!!Customer service is hard to come by these days for whatever reason, so it was nice to come upon a young woman who knew how that drawing in business requires a certain skill set that she exhibits. I spent my entire career working in HR. She’s one of the good ones!!And by the way, I am over 65 and disabled and Lena was excellent in helping me regarding that.Marcia Schmitt

The facility was sanitized and clean. The staff was very helpful, Sadie Parker was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

I had a few storage units in my lifetime but this one rates all due to an unexpected transfer and move Sadie Kayla n Ashley 3 women who can make things in life a lot less stressful and make sure that your personal belongings remain safe and protected very knowledgeable on the job willing to go that extra mile when you need assistance! Thank you ladies for all you do and might I add a smile to boot even when someone yelling at them they managed to calm them down and all is well! Great place to store your precious belongings!

My monthly rental rate was raised about 20% within six months, that’s quite a bit more than a cost of living increase.When we first moved our things there the gate didn’t work, they had to let us in twice. When we moved our things to a less expensive storage facility the gate worked to get in but we couldn’t get out. We called for help but no one returned our call. Finally my 140 lb. wife went over and shoved the gate open manually leaving us questioning the security.Before we moved to a cheaper location we found mice or rat droppings over everything. We had a 10X20 enclosed, unheated storage area.Good luck.
