Ive been using Trosper Self Storage for a few years now. I have so many complicated request, all which were met with complete and total satisfaction. The first time I used this storage, I was able to make all of the arrangements over the phone. After growing more stuff, I need to move up to a larger unit, again, met with total satisfaction. My property was safe and dry. I couldnt have asked for a better storage. They were always helpful in ensuring I was asking for the correct sized unit and would have one open and ready when I needed it. The grounds are well-maintained as well. The staff is helpful, informative,and thorough in communications and answering questions. Also, Leonard went above and beyond in helping me with some moving logistics, which really punctuates the genuine care they put forth for their customers. A+ rating!

I stored most of my household things here in between moves. It was safe, secure, and clean. There was plenty of room to park a large moving truck and get it in and out of the lot easily. The owner is really nice and helpful and has good recommendations for things you might need. The movers also mentioned they had had good experiences here as well. I definitely recommend it!

I was not all that happy having to put my things in storage after I sold my house. However, Leonard (who I know from elsewhere) is a most trustworthy guy, so I took a chance with Trosper Self Storage. I neednt have worried. When we moved in, I had too many things to put into the smaller climate controlled area I had reserved, and had to use a larger but unheated and un-cooled unit. Fortunately, nine months later my things were fine. Even the good paintings, which had been a concern. I followed their advice about buying and putting down tarps on the ground of the unit--very good suggestion. Also I wrapped my mattress in plastic. They sell everything you need right there. Even the locks.Also, Alyssa was really a marvelous support. She remembered me each time I got there, and made the move out as smooth as possible, even though I couldnt be there.I still would prefer not to have my things in storage, but if I ever needed to do it again, I would definitely use Trosper Storage. I like the feeling of safety, the fact that things were clean and dry, and the help I got moving in and out.

The folks at Trosper Self Storage are great! I needed to store a family members car for a few months and found out about their facility on line. I was in a pinch, had the pressure of time considerations, but they were most accommodating. As it turned out, I found that they run a clean, safe, and efficient operation just south of Olympia. Months later, when I came to collect the car, the battery had died. Once again, the Trosper Self Storage staff were most sympathetic and helped get the car back in running order. These people are the best. The facility is clean and well maintained and the owner and staff are beyond helpful and courteous. I stored my possessions there for a year and now that I am moving back to the area will store my things there again.

Its a great place with super nice friendly people . Ive been with them now almost a year i believe thats off top of my head lol but super nice clean and safe really safe never had any problems at all actually with them so if u want a place to store your stuff i recommend them there great choice i say.

Leonard was very accommodating when I needed to switch from a smaller unit to a larger unit. The check-in process went very smoothly and they were careful to protect sensitive information like our credit card information.

So this be the storage facility I have a unit at. Its a great and clean facility an theyre amazingly friendly and helpful, also, they are the cheapest that I have found, with no hidden fees like other storage facilities, in the South Sound area.
