This place is unbelievable! My Subaru Outback blew out multiple lights in the rear and front (4). In under an hour they changed them all. The total was $13.37! Total! They only charged me for the bulbs! I used the Subaru dealership in the past and was charged $60 for two bulbs without labor. I am so lucky to have found Nisqually Automotive and Towing! Thank you!

The worst towing and tire change company in the world. Overcharged me by $400 on my credit card but told me I wouldnt be charged extra for the tire change. Who charges $400 extra for 2 tire changes ? This is ridiculous. I could have bought a whole tire set for $350. Do not use this company!!! They are very thirsty for money and will do anything to get it. Worse than strippers!

These folks were not only professional, but kind and compassionate under difficult circumstances. Our motorhome was towed and impounded without our knowledge. Nisqually was only doing their job. They took every precaution to handle our vehicle safely. When they became aware of the circumstances involved they treated us fairly and were very helpful. Admittedly I was a bit on the crabby side but they overlooked that and showed patience, kindness and compassion. Many thanks.

Jacob came out when I got a flat. I didnt have a spare so he towed us out to the Les schwab down the road. He was very nice, friendly and we joked around a bit while waiting on my family to get out to the car. Dispatch told us itd be an hour and he got there in maybe 30. Super fast. I normally would not leave a review of a towing service, but after a bad experience with one of their competitors, I have to say they were very friendly and professional and made my night with their customer service. The dispatcher who called me only minutes after my insurance hung up was incredibly friendly and chipper and lifted my spirits with his great attitude. It was exactly what I needed to hear that night. They also gave an ETA of 30 minutes (very fast!) and were there in 28! Would recommend!

Our car wouldn’t start, so I called Nisqually Towing to take it to the mechanic. They showed up in half the time they thought it would take, which was awesome. We asked the guy if he could jump it first to see if maybe it was just the battery. He did, and it was. He was very professional and personable. He was so nice that we actually had to insist on paying him! Definitely recommend them to anyone.

We were stuck on the freeway and while the dispatch told us that it would be an hour or more, the truck was there in under 30 minutes. The driver was both friendly and professional. The shop was great, called us promptly on Monday to tell us what was wrong with the car, that we needed to take it to a transmission shop and didnt bat an eye when we needed to keep it there for 5 days to sell it. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a tow or work done.

They changed the fuel pump with the wrong one and they knew it. They charged me for gas when I picked it up but the fuel gauge said half full. Tried to put gas in it but it was full. Took it to another mechanic and they installed the correct fuel pump. Never use these people.

Weve had to get a tow 3 times now. Every time they are prompt, courteous and professional. Absolutely would recommend them for a tow.

Ive been taking my vehicles to Nisqually Automotive for awhile now and I wont go anywhere else. Their quote are on target to the final bill, no surprises. They are fast, friendly and efficient. The Automotive Technicians are professional and do just the work that needs to be done. I find Nisqually Automotive to be honest with the customers. They give that small family feeling you just dont get with the big chain name and you feel welcomed. I personally wont take my cares anywhere else.

Truck wouldnt start 100 miles from home while towing a travel trailer, 90 plus weather, 4 kids, 2 dogs, triple AAA totally a waste of time. Bill was there on a different tow job and came to our rescue. Literally!Towed truck to local dealership and travel trailer all the way to campground. Kept us all calm, let us use his phone when ours was dead, and was by far the steadying factor on the day from hell. His office was great too handling everything. We have a Toyota Prius that had a starter issue in Seattle. We called AAA and a service provider quickly replaced our old 12 volt battery with a new one. 48 hours later, we were still experiencing intermittent starter issues and found ourselves in an Albertsons Parking lot in Olympia calling for service again. This review is for Jim, the driver for Nisqually Auto. Jim showed great attention to detail in inspecting our vehicle and was very careful/precise when handling the jump start. His intuition led him to check the 12 volt battery and immediately noticed a loose connection from the previous installment made by the Seattle service provider. He tightened up the connection and we were on our way!Empathetic, caring, passionate and professional - all words to describe Jim from Nisqually Auto, who saved our day and trip. His years of experience in roadside was clear as day. My boyfriend and I drove up from California and are headed to camp/backpack in Olympic National Park - and we’ve got nothing but talks of gratitude for people like Jim. Thank you!

My big semi tow truck was recently involved in a serious collision and we needed help to recover it and get it towed back to our facility. I had to leave the scene before they arrived to take my driver to the hospital to have his injuries looked at. Towed to shop would not start,took 2 days replace egr valve and ficm, price for parts was astronomical. Looked on line, found parts way less than sold to us. They should have called first.

Had my diesel towed there, water pump and radiator failed right before a trip I was going on. They quickly repaired it. Customer service (Shari I think) was great! I was able to go on time.

Theyve literally refuse to work. Our complex told us that they had the right to tow with a phone call and paperwork so weve tried calling them only to get told we also need the managers signature at 9pm on a Friday night. Ive seen then tow cars here before in the middle of the night and Im pretty sure no ones calling up the manager to come by that dam late to sign the towing papers so ??

Theyre affordable (although no one wants or plans for a tow, compared to other places they are well priced) especially if youre in the Olympia area and break down up north, like Federal Way, theyre waaaayyyyyy cheaper than companies up there. This is my very first online review as I tend to skirt away from leaving them. My vehicle ignition locked (mechanical issue) when I was trying to leave a state park after a hike. They arrived within 30 mins., which is incredible with the location I needed to be picked up. They then proceeded to tow my vehicle all the way from Thurston County to North King County within an hour or so. Amazing. The entire time it was pouring rain and not once did the tow driver ever not have a smile on his face. He even straighten the tow truck 2 times to ensure my vehicle would be in front and completely aligned in the middle of one of the garage doors so as to not block the walkway and the adjacent garage without even being asked. He made fun jokes through the entire process to ensure I felt comfortable and wasn’t already stressed with my vehicle being inoperable. Nicest. Guy. Ever. Hope he gets paid well because this man was the epitome of chill while still being professional. Thank you for your help and excellent customer service.

I recommend Nisqually towing. Some of the most sincere people I have met in a long time. I was able to call and arrange an after hour pick up. Had repair work to an air conditioner which cost approximately $350.00 which only worked for one week. After calling the cashier to notify her of the problem, I was asked to bring the vehicle back in, which I did. Wow....surprisingly they want another $700.00 a couple weeks later for an evaporator leak that wasnt found during the initial diagnosis. So...was the issue with the evaporator the initial problem and not another air conditioning part I was told it needed??? No logical explanation was given when I asked why the issue with the evaporator wasnt found during the initial diagnostic inspection, so this will be the last time this place service any more of my vehicles.

They were awesome! Our wiper was coming over the side of our window in the coastal rain and wasnt working properly. Luckily we pulled into Nisqually Auto and Steve fixed us up quickly. Thank you very much!

Our driver was named Ross. He was very polite efficient and professional. He helped turn a clusterf**k into a manageable day. Also we were told it would take him 45 minutes to get to us but he did it in under 30. I really appreciate that kind of service. 6/5 stars

Ive never had to have my car towed, so today was a first. Bradley was sympathetic and put me at ease by arriving as swiftly as he could. I greatly appreciated the customer service when I called and told the receptionist my situation. I highly recommend them if anybody gets stuck around the Nisqually area.

Have never had to post a bad review but this called for one. Had a one hour window. Showed up 3 hours later after being assured he would be there “way earlier than the 60 min window.” Called multiple times and was told he would “be there in a minute.” Would never recommended. 0/5 stars.

Called due to wheel bearing that went out on my boat trailer. Dispatcher told me it would be 40 minutes. 37 minutes later Darrel the tow truck driver showed up. The Company does not know the difference between the law and color of statute. Also do not understand what due process is. They might want to read the fifth amendment more. And be notified that the revised code of washington is not the Law. Any statute that violates a constitutional provision tge statute is deemed void. All statutes, to be valid must follow the scope in prima materia with no conflicting statutes showing a conflict of interest. Nor do they know what the definition of a motor vehicle is.. Or a commercial purpose....they pretty much will steal property from people and sell it without due process..just because one is accused doesnt mean they are guilty. Might want to wait until there is some sort of JUDGEMENT before you steal someones stuff and sell it.
