This place is a complete disaster.every single place in this store...a total mess..things all over the store.. And on the floor.everywhere..! Totally trashed... And tried talking to them. All rude..! Just walked out . sad because I travel all around the country and always shop dollar tree first.. And this one tops as the worst one.

Dollar Tree has everything for $1.00 . They carry smaller versions on name brand items you just would not be able to find anywhere else. The Stores and the Cashiers are always so friendly and helpful. Kudos to Olive Branch Dollar Tree..

This place had so much Christmas decorations. Lots of odds and end type items. We had so much fun shopping for Christmas boxes, bows and snacks.

Nice place and friendly people, Mario that checked me out was very nice, and I was there when a lady was being super rude toward him and he handled it with respect!

Toooo cluttered with boxes of items everywhere waiting to be shelved. And there was only 1 register open with an elderly lady trying to work down a line that was a long way down the aisle. A customer had to ask that they open another register before a 2nd register was opened.

While the store was crazy with Christmas chaos the cashier was extremely friendly and very efficient at her job!

Left some items at the store. Called this morning to get those items. First off the store didnt open on time. About 10 mins late because I was calling since 8am. Spoke with manager, refused to assist me. Was beyond rude and condescending. Constantly said he couldnt give out free product despite me telling him I have my receipt. Refused to help.and hung up in my face and after I called multiple times he kept hanging up on me. Unacceptable

Closed way before time stated

The store was very messy, no I would call it dirty. There was boxes everywhere and product thrown on the floor. I couldnt even get to the kitchen gadgets.

I have gone into this location on many occasions. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I went in to purchase some breakfast iteams and I happened to see a case of protein the was not marked. So when went to purchase my items I was told that it would be $36 dollars for the case(18 pack). I told the manager, Mario, that the product was not maked and asked why it was that price. He became really rude and told me that I didnt have common sense. And continued to say things as I was leaving the store. The cashier was only doing what she was told but if this store has this kind of management, I will not be shopping there again.

Pretty well organized, courteous and helpful staff. However, I would have given 5 🌟s if the number of registers open matched the customer volume at the time. Two registers were open and both lines were over halfway down the aisle.

Employee with a mask covering his mouth not nose violated my civil rights by saying I had to wear a mask while shopping here.Mississippi mask mandate has been lifted.

This store is a mess, merchandise is thrown all in the floor and piled in baskets, you have to step over things and pick through items items have been sitting in boxes unopened for days

This location is about average. Ive never had a horrible experience or anything here, but I also dont rmb ever having an exceptional experience either whether it be with the store itself or any interactions with any employees. The staff has always been polite and helpful, but I dont rmb a time that Ive thought Wow that was great customer service like Ive had at stores. Luckily, Ive also never had an experience where I I thought Employee was rude and/or very unhelpful. I think my 4-star rating may be a little to high, but I feel that bc of never having any really bad experiences that 3-stars would be to low. The best way to quickly sum up and describe my time shopping at this Dollar Tree would be Not very memorable one way or another - good or bad.

I went up in here to buy a cheap notebook and end up spending $17. Dang yall. Store was really clean, and the employees were sweet.

This is a great Dollar Tree. Downside is its in a super busy location. Selection is way better than the other closest one on Hacks Cross. Downside is you have to deal with longer lines and bigger crowds. Definately worth the trip though. Stop and say HI to me. Ill see you there.

I called up there and a woman answered the phone saying dollar tree can I help you? I said Hi, how are you? Like any normal person would do to start a conversation. She heard me and asked again, Dollar Tree how may I help you? with attitude may I add. She was quite rude. Being nice goes a long way.

I got just what I needed...stuff is all on the floors, but thats because of low staffing

I am very disappointed. Why would you tell the customer the restroom is unavailable because no one came in and santized it. You have customers. I had to leave your store and go somewhere else that had a restroom. You should not be open if you cant have a restroom available for your customers!!!!! 😞😞

For a dollar store, the store was well lit, very neat, and organized. There was also a great supply and variety of holiday decor, which is what I went there to purchase. The employees were courteous, helpful, and friendly, even when asking to check to see if they had more items that had limited stock on the floor.

Store was a bit untidy and in a mess, however you cant expect more from a Dollar store.

Open all your lanes from open to close. We are in a pandemic. April 30th. Manager stands there watches the line back up all the way to the back wall and just walks out . 1 lane open people bunched in crownded together breathing on each other . Nows the time to pay the retail employees what they deserve step up to the plate and open all registers .If this continues Im going straight to O S.H.A.

The manager of this location is absolutely the rudest I have encountered. With over 20 customers in line you can not ask her to assist.... because shes the manager. Apparently she does not have to help. Wont be back.

The manager bullies little kids on the toy aisle. I went to the store yesterday along with my six-year-old an eight-year-old daughter. My children were on the toy aisle trying to choose a toy to purchase. The manager was there on the aisle and kept looking at us like he was angry. He then very angrily told my six-year-old just give it here I’ll put it back!!!! So I said, that’s fine, but you don’t have to be rude about it. Well I’m not being rude is what he said but they keep picking up stuff and then putting it back in the wrong place. I cannot believe he had the audacity to initiate this type of interaction with myself and children. And this was the manager.Who trained him and why does he think it’s OK to come for customers in this manner in a retail store. Sir,it is your job to manage and put items back on the shelf. That’s what they pay you to do not us. I’ve never had such a bad experience in a retail store. He was soooo disrespectful. They need to pay him to stay at home.

Store was a disaster. Several areas shelves were not stocked, boxes stacked all over the store. I didnt see anyone stocking shelves, but tons of work to do. Lines were long at one checkout line. Finally opened a second line after many people had been waiting for a while. I realize its a dollar tree store, but this place needs some attention. Visit was on 3-24-2018

Love all the great finds here. My only problem with all Dollar tree stores is they all dont carry the same items. You can find it online but have to buy in bulk and that sucks.

The shelves were sparse. They didnt have what I usually go and havent in months. Disappointing!!

This location is always junked, not clean.

Its a dollar store. Cheap stuff at a cheap price. Store can be crowded & stuff can still be in the Isle waiting to be put on the shelf. Decent parking and access is generally easy as it is not on a major street.

I love this Dollar Tree. It is in a very good neighborhood. (I call it the White People Dollar Tree lol) They are always well stocked. And they have alot of different items the Dollar Trees in the Hood dont have. Its a drive. But its work it.

The lady that is working there needs some more training. She act like she was spaced out and was not paying attention of what she was doing.

This has to be the nastiest store that I have ever been in. It definately needs an extreme makeover and could use some new staff members as well. The ones that are currently employed there are very rude and apparently have no concept of good customer service.

Cheap price but the worst when checking out. You will in line for an average of like 5 to 10 minutes.

Everytime I go into the store it is very unorganized. You cannot find the things that you need at this Dollar Tree. Need more help in the store for a major Improvement.
