Good prices and friendly staff. Shelves can be kind of barren at times. And the location of the store isn’t the best.

The employees are nice, but the shelves are hardly ever stocked.

The store was a complete mess, nothing on the shelves, stuff thrown everywhere. I went in for a mop (none) dish soap (none), dryer sheets (one box just randomly thrown on a isle). Some isles had the shelves blocked with their loading carts, so I couldnt even get to them. It was ridiculous.

I love it I used to work there 4 years ago best manger I had until she got fired.. but the new upgrade of the store was amazing.

Just moved to the area. This the far most worst DG I ever been to. Never stocked. The manger is getto as ever.

I rarely have any complaints about this dollar store but this evening I came to the counter to wait to pay for my items. The young lady at the counter was counting money at the time and she never spoke when I came up nor did she say ma’am I’ll be with you in a second..nothing. So I patiently waited. I was the only one in line at the time. She then went over to another register to get something and then came back to the register to check me out. Keep in mind still hasn’t said how are you doing or anything. When she finished checking me out and bagged my items she the said in a low tone have a good evening. That was the only time anything was said, not even I apologize for the wait. I’m glad I have patience like I do but it bothers me when there is poor customer service that you witness. Dollar General mgr please be mindful of how your workers treat customers. A lil niceness goes a long way. Better service needed.

Empty shelves make it hard to shop there. Cant get enough help to stock the shelves. You get what you pay for and in this case its not much.

I like this Dollar General store better than others because they are not complaining about and discussing problems they have with other employees in front of the customer....not very professional. I like being able to find pretty much anything I am looking for, and of course it fits my budget. Sometimes I find new to me items that are fun and/or usable. People are nice, friendly, smiling...and make you feel good. It is a quick stop when you need something in a hurry. I would recommend this particular Dollar General to anyone.

Very inconvenient: for the last week or so the store been closing by 6pm I’m guessing when it supposed to be 10pm also never stocked up. SMH! Whoever running this store not doing a good job.

Called to find out twice if there was any mouse traps. I was polite, but the lady who answered was just incredibly unhelpful and honestly, came off rude. As someone who has worked in a store similar to G, I would have expected her to just go take a quick look, but she was not inclined to do so because she was busy. I would have happily been put on hold, but she was neither helpful or very friendly. VERY disappointed in how this went.

Didn’t have everything

Rude and extremely slow service. Shuts down before actual closing time, multiple times. With no note or anything on the doors. What’s the point in having business hours if they don’t adhere to them?

This store closed at 1840 for no apparent reason.

Lately the store has been closing early at night, two weeks ago the store was closed early by about 10 minutes, and last night it was closed at 9:48p.m, but I did stop by this morning and spoke with a manager, she said they were having problems with their door, and I can understand that, thats dangerous and its cold out, but she also said they are really suppose to close 10 minutes early, maybe thats something new, Ive been shopping there for years, and people could run in and out at 9:55p.m.....New people New rules, I guess!!!

This store is usually not a cluttered mess, store associates are friendly and I like shopping at a smaller store better than its big box competitor.

Dollar General used to be a good place to shop but they steady keep going up on their prices. Now I dont care if I stop there at all.

OMG, this store was a disaster fest. Most isles at the bavk of the store were blockeds at the ends with carts unsafely stacked with merch. Some aisles had so many you werent able to even see what was on the sheves, not that there was much. Honestly there was more merch on those carts than shelves. Lastly the cashiers were cussing loudly as they were personally chating it up waiting on someone to come to the registers.

Stock everywhere in the isles. The manager wouldnt honor the sale price posted and it only took three tries for the employee to get the register to work well enough to accept my payment. When soooooooo many other retailers have mastered the things that Dollar General cant ever get right why would you ever bother with this company? Theyve gotten their last dollar out of me. Have a great time dealing with Amazon crushing your company when your whole business is up for sale in a few years.

DG is normally easy to get in and out of without long waits and lines. This place is great for the forgotten itemor small list of general items.

This dollar general is always busy. It is understaffed. The shelves are always either empty or messy. Prices are often wrong. I go there cause of convenience. Just learned to deal with it. Staff overall is friendly.

Good but like all dollar general stores they are under staffed and over stocked in some items and under stocked in the most popular items for the given area the store is located in with full shipping carts in the aisles so you cant get to what you want or the shelf is empty

Id just like to share my experience that I witnessed from the guy named Darius, I believe that is what it was. First, he is extremely rude when dealing with certain customers and also the employees. Second, honestly, he has a body odor that was just intolerable. I couldnt breathe after he left the aisle. This is ridiculous and management should seriously address both issues. I hardly ever leave reviews, but, I left that store with a horrible headache and wrecked nerves.

Store was well stocked and cashiers were great when helping me find the items I was looking for. They have it all.

Store is always out of stock. Cluttered and had one of their wonderful employees put a piece of tape across the magnetic strip on my debit card ruining the card because the card wouldnt run through their faulty machine. The employee did it before I even realized what she was doing and of course didnt get my permission either.

Manager was rude and condescending. He refused to honor the corporate advertised promotion of 50% off clearance price. Told me it was managers discretion. We will see after I call and write corporate!!

Would give 5 stars but they were little under stop on quite a few of their items. Every time go to this store the employees are always welcoming helpful and pleasant. Tonight when I stopped in after my baby girl and I got our thing and got in line. An adult woman threw a hissy fit and walked out because she misunderstood something about the advertisement I dont really know. The young lady at the register had no less than 5 people in line when we walked in and ones we for in line. I could tell she was overwhelmed but she kept it together. When that woman through hissy fit I could tell she was a little upset (not mad more like feelings were hurt) and I told her baby dont worry about it youre doing a wonderful job. Dont let people like that brings you down. Keep up the good work. The young lady was very polite very pleasant if I went into every store and every employee behave like that Under Pressure I would love to go back every time. So really my only complaint is that they dont keep the shelves fully stocked like I would prefer but I would go here to this store before I go into another one. All the cuz of the wonderful staff they have.
