Great place! Needed a facility to cross dock a load for me. Only place in the Memphis area that would do it. Very polite office crew.

Quick to get empty but slow about getting your paperwork

Love this place, not appointment driven, first come first served, overnight parking and opens at 7am. Fast loading my last 3 times

Security was wonderful can park overnight. Show your id they done a walk around and I was able to ho in and get a undisturbed sleep for a few hours

Had a different address for the same named location. Stopped at the one that google gave me and the two night security guards were able to get me straight and heading to the right place. A new location that just opened up on Forest Park Drive. Fortunately it was just a couple of miles away.Thanks guys!!

I didnt have any problems with the guard or desk clerk. Everyone was friendly to me. Lots of space to back into docks. One way in one way out for trucks through gate.

Made a meat delivery here on 4-15-2020 and security was cool. Just asked for my ID & if i had anybody with me - they didn’t search the truck. Receiving was cool and didn’t take at all.. overnight parking so that’s nice

Was doing a pickup here twice already, wasnt to bad. The guards do inspect the truck but I dont really mind, all you have to do is get your ID ready and basically open all compartments of the truck, they look at it but so far no one went inside or actually messed with anything, so its not bad. Nice thing is you can get in anytime and park inside the gate overnight and they do load fairly quickly.

I have to pick up here was great no problem with the guards of anything if you come here me sure you follow they guide line and you should be alright

I can only go by my experience here and Ive delivered and picked up here several times ive never had an issue always have been in and out with no problems actually loading now going there .

Well lets just say I wont be going to this place. As a former security guard myself I find this very appalling. The company Paragon has had very questionable practices. I had to get after them via the government enforcement once.

Malls cops are there too observe and report. NOT TO ASSAULT DRIVERS

After watching the video of Mr & Mrs Kirker, there is no way anyone should be picking up or delivering a load to this place. I have never seen such tactics before and my husband has been driving for many years. These rent a cops went overboard with what they were doing. Hope the family wins a case against them .

Their name is misleading they also go by metro foods, they are NOT foods the ARE pharmaceuticals. they have disgraceful guards and all around horrible people.

Even though I believe they could have done more to prevent what happened to my wife and I. I would ask that people stop leaving bad reviews based on our assault by the guards. If you haven’t been here, please do not leave them a bad review.

Security personnel have a mental problems I what 5h to go in....

Being outside the gate and wanting to leave is your right. Unlike the former law in forcement review. They do not have the right to do anything outside that gate. If you are leaving. This is a security guard stepping outside what they can and can not do. This us abuse and unlawful detention. They should all be in jail. Thats why all charges were dropped. The hiding of the video shows proves this. Being a pharmacy company has no bearing on this story until they are inside the gate. Bad Cops and bad security guards. And so you know. I know every law about why you can and not hold people. Been to court many times for this. Infront of many judges. For the police and against them. For unlawful detention.

We do plenty of business from the midwest into the Memphis Southaven Bahalia areas and will refuse any load going to Metro Foods or that drug house.The company is well aware of this incident also.

Driver DO NOT delivery to this location if you dont want end up like other couple . Assault insult beating Driver for no reason, I DONT care what is receiver regulation are security guards has no right lay hand on drivers, in the first place security guard they are NOT represent City State or Fed cop.Take this places add on your restriction places on your app GPS DO NOT pick up or delivery into these places address if no one pick up or deliver soon or later they would be out of business.These security guards only represent for Gate doors for traffic pass through only and sitting in dog House look out at the window like a hungry Dogs thats all, that what they are represent for.Security guys you need to stop thought that you are a cop. Punch off security guards think they are a cop.

I always refuse loads where the shipper thinks they have the right to search my truck. I will never haul a load for them period. The video tells me what I need to know. I never surrender my rights for a load. Its food distribution, not a military base or prison. I dont even give police permission to search my truck, definitely not going to let glorified mall cops do it.

I am very proponent for the correct treatment of truckers and their family. Because my wife and I are Owner/Operators. I also have Law Enforcement background, to coincide with Marine Corps Service. I believe in gaining knowledge about facts before judgement. I DO NOT CONDONE what the security guards ultimately did, but when you deliver to this location, this is a PHARMACEUTICAL Co that specializes in critical meds that is to be protected. They have every right to search, in order to enter their facility for that reason (PHARMACEUTICAL). If you disagree when they initially ask to search, dont argue, just leave. Cross dock your load and move on. Brokers are ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE to inform you of all out of norm issues. Sorry for our BROTHER and SISTER, (Clinton and Shannon Kirker), for their unfortunate issue. Wish them the best

Absolutely no way I would ever haul in or out of this company. The way the driver was treated was beyond unacceptable. They could have killed him. They very definately have affected his life.... loss of wages as well as freedom and that goes double since they arrested his wife also. This place should sit its doors and call it a day. Any company sending a driver here has no respect for their driver. They will win the appeal, its hard to move your truck when you are being beaten and restrained.

Overall this place was pretty good and did not have a problem with guards. They have overnight parking and shipping -N- receiving opens at 7:00am

Its easier to get into Canada than this place. They literally search our truck. Inside and outside. Id give two stars but they woke me up.
