They staff is always friendly and the process for truckers is quick and simple.

Professional, respectful, and they understand their job duties and how it impacts drivers and others they come into contact with. In and out exceptionally fast. This is the way a truck driver should be treated.

If you enjoy being consistently watched, hovered over, or treated incompetently then this is your place! The pay isn’t worth the treatment. Employees try to belittle you and treat you as if you’re their assistant and when you do not conform your the problem. Their isn’t much structure, you find yourself mixed up in a lot of confusion. If you can avoid working here do so!!

I really enjoy be an employee of Williams Sonoma. It not bad at all.

The security guard with the glasses thats always there when im clocking in, is hilarious and doesnt touch/move our stuff when were coming through the metal detectors which is cool because we are in a pandemic. Everybody minds their business and works which i like. But i dont like how the managers hold meetings an hour into the shift and predict wrong end of shift times and you arent allowed to wear bluetooth headsets or airpods to listen to music even though we dont have to listen out for anything dangerous.

Because that place is so big they need to show buildings with A,B,C and make sure security and whomever is at the door can tell you exactly where you need to be. Im not working now because I was late and still didnt get to where I was supposed to go

Williams Sonoma is a huge facility warehouse. Work is hard, pay is low, hours are inconsistent and under 40, even during peak season. More workers roll through the door on a continuous basis than I have ever seen before. If your desperate for a job, its tolerable until a better one can be found.

Seasonal hrs are barely that. Maybe 2 weeks tops of good hrs. Unless u are a student or have a VERY convenient commute its not a job u will b happy with. Everyday u will wonder if its ur last.

1 day you have to drive to one security door the other day to 2nd security door. Feels like they dont know what theyre doing there.They have next to their wearhouse big parking lot but not let you to wait there for your load.If you planning to go there earlier, its will be better if you call them before to get there

People were extremely rude, especially the girl guard Angela (not a woman because women dont act like that). Employees LACK COMMUNICATION between eachother and dont know whats going on which makes others jobs harder. Get it together people...
