I received excellent customer service from Grant. Trying to get an actual person on the phone was impossible. They only want you to talk to the automated system. So I went to the store to get my questions answered and changes to my account made. Grant helped quickly and I was out on 10 mins.

Xfinity is the absolutely worse company EVER. I had a tech come out under influence. They gave me the oldest internet box on the block. I have been chatting and talking to people since July 9th concerning my billing. I was charge for internet that I did not have. I have screenshots of all documentation and I will go further. It’s about the money NEVER THE CUSTOMER. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to them.

Unfortunately, this experience has been awful, even after the two weeks having Xfinity. I ordered my internet over the phone the day I moved into my apartment. I set everything up and I had to use my boyfriends card despite the account being under my name due to him wanting to pay for that bill yet I would be able to work the apps and talk to them more with issues so the account was under my name. The man on the phone said this would be no issue. I went to the store where I was to get my modem AND a free streaming stick for the plan I chose. I signed in and waited for my name to be called. Once called over they asked for my ID, the card I used, and Social. I gave them all and then the lady proceeded to tell me I could not get the WiFi because my ID and name on card were different. I told her about what the guy had said on the phone but she was already seeming annoyed and not wanting to be at work anymore so she was very rude and hostile. Telling me I’d have to pay another $50 and that other $50 I used on the other card I’d have to call customer service to get a refund. I left the store and called customer service, after back and forth they said it wouldn’t be an issue if I could just wait 3 days and have the stuff mailed to me. It was mailed, but I never got a streaming stick! I was really disappointed but I didn’t want to argue so I went to the store and bought a Roku for my TV. Since having the WiFi the internet never works and I’m constantly on the phone with them. I’ve already paid for this next month but once it is up, I’m switching to AT&T!!!! Do NOT use Xfinity!

I made the mistake of going to the Germantown store first and they sold me a used phone that was logged in to someone elses account. Came here and they fixed it. Service so far is exactly like Verizon. I can talk and use data at the same time and it includes mobile hot spot which Verizons comparable plan for $20 more a month does not. Phones are way cheaper than Verizon even at full price ($550 vs $300) but of course we got them free for switching.

The 2 front desk workers were amazing! Especially the older African American lady- wish I hadnt forgot their names. I had been on the phone previously with 4 customer service agents who had no clue as to what they were talking about after a tech never showed up and after my appt. Was MYSTERIOUSLY canceled. I kept the fourth rep on the phone while I went into the store and the lady was teaching another guy. She got right to it. Had to use a couple of computers to figure out what was going on. In the end, she said the appt was booked wrong and that I never needed it in the first place. She told me exactly what to do. Went back and did it and service is just fine! She also got my money back they charged. TY to her and her assistant. They get 5 stars. The customer service reps get 0.

They started pulling down the gates 35 to 40 minutes early & people that were pulling up in front of the bldg thought they were closed already & they left and a guy said see I told you it would work if we go ahead & pull the gates down. This is Tuesday, my internet has been down since last Friday. The told me my modem was old and needed replacing. I did so for $190. This did not fix my issue. They could not get a tech appointment until today, five days later. They pushed this back another six days due to weather. Note today I want to several places and was able to travel safely. I cannot get in touch with a person.... All I get is automated systems either on the app, on line, or by phone.. Also btw I get internet by using my AT&T hotspot, however I used up all my high speed data. I cannot hose zoom meetings for may job... and there is nothing or no one I can talk with?

The service that Xfinity is offers is terrible. I’ve had Xfinity for almost two years. In that 2 year time span I’ve lost count of the days I’ve gone without cable and or internet service. Their first response is always it’s in my wiring etc. They never own up to it could possibly be within their equipment and try to set up an appointment to look into the matter.Last night I’m once again without cable in my living room. Once again customer service suggests it’s in my wiring. I waited until she had committed herself to saying it was in my wiring before letting her hear a second tv I have in an adjoining room. I asked, Do you hear that ? That’s my tv working on your system in another room. Then they suggested it was my tv. So I disconnected the cable and used an outside antenna to get a picture. Once again I ask if she heard, that was my tv working when not on Xfinity’s system.I was sent to my local Xfinity office whereas the line and the wait was out the door. Unbelievable how many people where there to exchange non working equipment. I’d say 3/4 of the line was there for the purpose of non working equipment. An hour later I was out of time and had to leave my spot in line to go to work. So another night without cable. Another day eventually in line at an Xfinity center. Only setting myself up for failure once I get my box swapped out.There’s got to be another answer other than Xfinity.Oh. Customer service at night is always someone who’s English is so poor that neither of you understand the other. Huge language barrier to overcome. enter

Make sure you obtain proof of what you wanted done is done.When we came a year ago to buy a phone the man we had was very nice and polite and answered all questions.We came to the store Monday Dec 31st 2018 and we greeted with an attitude at the door. Then a girl said she would help us. The whole time her and her friend co worker were talking and looking at car insurnace quotes on the staff computer. We explained our problem and she said she would call the people that fix the problems. She said that whoever she was talking to on the phone said that they would extend the warranty since I was only a few weeks after it ran put and would send a replacement but we would have to send them ours to get fixed. That was fine. She gave us a ticket number and we thought that was it. Fast forward 2 weeks and we have not heard one word. Finally today 1/9 i decided to call Xfinity mobile and the man on the phone said there was nothing in the system about us even coming to the store or even asking questions about it or showing that our device was broken. Meanwhile I am still paying for this thing as if its on and functional.

Tried to return a cable box as per conversations with 2 Xfinity employees when they set up special discounts for me. The woman at the Xfinity store that attempted to help me did not know how to remove the box from my account. Then, she tried to chastise me for using my own modem - which both agents on the phone said was fine. She claimed that I would be charged $50 per month, which was definitely not part of the agreement I approved. (I verified this was correct after returning home.) She yelled over to another associate to confirm this $50 charge, but did not tell her anything about the discounts on my account. When I protested, she rolled her eyes and continued to make nasty faces at me as I spoke until I finally told her I was taking the box back home with me and was not returning it. The whole exchange was disturbing and upsetting. Personally, I think she did not know how to adjust the account with the discounts in place and was trying to deflect her lack of knowledge onto me. If you have anything complicated or enjoy being treated with courtesy, I would suggest going elsewhere. I certainly will if I decide to try again.

They have a monopoly for the time being, in Olive Branch, due to past back-room deals and kick backs to the city, that have allowed Olive Branch to somehow limit residents choices illegally. The day ATT offers fiber in Olive Branch I am gone and will never look back at all of the unecessary stress your company has caused me due to poor quality and lack of care.

This was a much better experience than I imagined it would be. Unlike their previous location one city over that they were in before moving to this one, they have lots of seating that is actually comfortable in a good system for waiting on the vast number of people that come in. I got their six or seven minutes after they opened and there were over 10 people who had already been checked in ahead of me so I buckled down and prepared for at least an hour wait but was pleasantly surprised when it only ended up being about 20 minutes. Both employees I dealt with were friendly and helpful and personable.

The worst experience I have ever had with customer service. The representative treated me so poorly. Xfinity cancelled my account without my consent and then reopened the account and charged me more than double, changed my due date, charged me a late fee and turned off my billing settings. When I asked to just cancel the account since I didn’t agree to pay the amount they charged me they said it would be a $90 early termination fee. They couldn’t print out any contract I’d signed or change any of my settings back. The representative told me I would just have to pay it this month and ended up getting frustrated and had an attitude with me when I told her that wasn’t going to happen. I didn’t agree to pay that and I didn’t make any changes to my account. She also tried to dismiss me when I asked to speak with someone else. Horrible horrible HORRIBLE customer service. The manager was atleast nice, but still completely unhelpful. Wouldn’t even give xfinity one star if I didn’t have to.

Comcast or so-called Xfinity has horrible customer service and communications among different service departments. The only thing they care is to try to get new customers and charge money ridiculously. They do not value their customers experience and time at all! They spent money on decorating a beautiful store or creating fancy videos about bills. However, they do not provide any helpful customer service and keeps wasting your time on phone calls, waiting on calls while they transferring you among those useless service lines, visiting their stores, but do not solve the problem!!!I am a new customer. When I called to inquire about the service, they told me to order it and the bill will start when I start to use the service. The they sent me the installation kit. But, long before I connect the equipment, they started to charge me. I have not even start anything! I had to call them several times to let them stop billing me. Then when I actually connect the equipment, I need a technician to fix the problem. They scheduled the technician three times to come over, but No One ever show up. Then when I called back or went to the store, they said they could not find appointment in the system. What a horrible service!!! I am so frustrated to have to spend so much time on this. If I had know this kind of service, I would never order their internet and TV at all!
