I tried Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers out today for the first time. I give them an 11 out of 10. Im very impressed with the double check system they have with the communication of the guy topside and the guy in the pit. I real like that they show you the oil dipstick level. As a former automotive technician, that is above and beyond and gives the customer me peace of mind!!! They are very detailed oriented on not only checking and topping off all fluids, checking the tire air pressure, but also checking to see if there are any bulbs that are burnt out. Caleb was the technician that took care of my car and I am also saying thanks to Jason Nastasi for recognizing great talent.Thank-you!!!

I cannot believe how fast this place was! I’ll never go anywhere else where I have to get out of my car to get my oil changed. They were very thorough and made sure that my directionals and headlights were all working properly. I kind of felt like they were my sweet uncle taking care of me to make sure I’m safe on the road!

This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic. I went in today for an oil change, and was greeted by an extremely friendly staff who gave me a new client packet full of special offers and the managers card. I pulled in and was out in less than 15 minutes without having to get out of my car. Shamefully, this was my first oil change in a very long time, and they did not make me feel guilty or bad whatsoever for waiting so long in between. All of my lights were checked and fluids topped off, they showed me that the oil was full after the change, and I was given recommendations on things that should be done. As someone who doesn’t know very much about cars, or car maintenance, I am almost ALWAYS pressured into add on services or up-charged without being told why; but here all they did was recommend that I change one other thing and told me how much it would be before asking if I would like to do that today. When I declined, there was absolutely NO pressure, or shame put on me for not wanting to do it. Customer service, price and quality are all a 5 ⭐️ in my book! For being only a few dollars more than most other shops in the area, their service outshines the competition by MILES, I would pay double for customer service this great. I will never go back to tires plus or any competitor and wait hours for a basic oil change only to be told it’s double the price I expected and that there are a million things wrong, again!

I have a hard time changing my habits. When I go to the actual Lexus dealer every time my light goes on, thats just what I do without thinking. But was I surprised by deciding to try Express Oil, knowing my husband would probably lecture me about it. I drove in, they changed the oil with the same type, and I was out of there in about 10 minutes! (I didnt time it) but it was MUCH better than going to the dealer and waiting half a day. They did all the checks that I needed, didnt up sell me and it was so streamlined with people down below my car and some on the same level with me. Im sold, and I think my husband will be as well when I make him go try them out. Oh, and it was less expensive too! Amazing...

My oil is leaking but that doesnt usually happen. They are very professional and not extremely pushy to sell you things. We were in and out in 15 minutes

I absolutely love the customer service at this place! I called to get a price on new tires for my car and a gentleman named Fritz quoted me a reasonable price and told me he could order them same day delivery and he did. Upon arrival I was greeted by Caleb he was very friendly and I told him I had no ride And I would be waiting.He told me he would work on my car right away . I was in and out in 1 hour with brand new tires!! I go to this place for oil changes and now I will go for all my tires. I was in customer service for 30 years so I know how I like to be treated!! Thanks guys keep it up !!

Awww what a great experience I had at Oldsmar Express oil change ... I dropped by for an oil change and was immediately greeted by Juan. I knew he was going to tell us all the things that is wrong with my car but I was pleasantly surprised..He was very pleasant and welcoming. He patiently explained oil change options, the prices which are very reasonable. The place is very clean and organized not your typical oil change experience- it was great to hear nothing was wrong and fixed my back light as a courtesy Guess where I will coming back to? Needed a new tire and front end alignment. These guys were so nice and courteous. My boyfriend ended up getting a new tire put on after he plugged his and it was still leaking air. We have been twice now and each time we have been so happy with the entire experience.

I rarely go to quick lube places, but needed to get a quick oil change for my mothers car They were fast, friendly and reasonably priced with a coupon from their web site.

Juan was really the best service tech I ever met. I actually enjoyed getting our oil change laughed and he knew everything. This company is so lucky to have juan . People like him along with the quick convenience service make the place. Ill follow juan wherever he goes for our car maintenance +!

I went to this business for the first time today and was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and high level of customer service. I drove up and before I got out of my car I was greeted by someone there to ask what I needed done. He directed me to drive through one of the aisles. I never even had to get out of my car! While I was finishing up some small work tasks, they brought me water, cleaned my windshield, topped off my washer fluid and changed my battery. I was there for maybe 15 minutes. It is never convenient to visit an auto repair place but they made it super quick! I am completely amazed at the experience I got there today. They have changed my perspective on mechanics and have me as a customer/raving fan for life!

Express Oil Change did a great job. My technician, Juan, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything about my car to me. I went in for an oil change but left with the knowledge that i need to replace my 2 front tires as they are a hazard showing thread, and that I need to keep an eye on a transmission and oil leak. I knew about these leaks beforehand so they were not bluffing like some auto places, and it was comforting to know the experts were able to catch it as well and make it a point to educate you.Everyone did a great job and I am impressed!

My son attended The Learning Experience (daycare next door) and we watched your building be built and everyday we would comment on the progress or the men in hard hats using equipment that 4 year old boys only dream of. Covid hit, we stopped going to TLE, and a year later we found ourselves in need of a mechanic at our new home down the road, and when we walked through the door into the structure we had watched be built from a giant hole in the ground to a beautiful brick building hustling and bustling with customers, vehicles, and employees, we were tickled to see a picture of my sons class at TLE. Oh my goodness, the day that they got to take a field trip over to meet the new neighbor was a wonderful day. The children all got to wear Express Oil Change child sized hard hats and that was just the coolest thing ever when youre in pre-k, and have their pictures taken with the crew. The pictures were shared with the parents at the time, and I immediately recognized it when we walked in. And you know what? I felt like I was home. The employees were so nice and informative and careful not to have me spend more than I needed to in order to get my car up to date after not being used much in the past year due to the pandemic. I left your establishment feeling confident that my car was in good hands and it drives like a dream now. The pricing was fair, I was given a discount, and my car was ready after a few short hours. I couldnt be more pleased and look forward to coming to Express Oil Change for years to come. If that picture is still hanging in the lobby when my son gets his license in 10 years, I will be THAT MOM taking a picture of her grown son with his pre-k class holding the keys to his own car in the building we watched be built together when he was just a little boy.

Very honest and nice people!!! I thought I had something major wrong with my truck as it would start but not drive. They brought their computer to my place of business and found a code that was showing a faulty censor. Got it running and brought it to their shop. Tested the censor and it was all good. Didn’t even charge me for that, so I decided to have a 3 stage treatment ran through it and oil changed. My excursion has 220,000 miles on it so they put it on the lift and also looked everything over. They didn’t find anything.. like I said HONEST... customer for life and thanks again...

Great guys (friendly, professional and knowledgeable) gave me a very reasonable quote for replacing my axel. Nice waiting area with wifi and even a desk/counter with outlets for laptop. Will definitely use these guys for my cars upkeep and repairs.

This isn’t just an oil change location, it’s a shop of amazing honest mechanic trying to do the right thing. The manager and lead technician, showed us in person all the issue. No lowing or misleading information. Veteran friendly!

The techs were very friendly. But I definitely was not in and out in 10 minutes like they advertise...it was more like 20-25 minutes which made me late getting back to work.

Fast and efficient!! I went there about 2 weeks ago and had a excellent experience with this shop. Jason and the crew treated me like family and treated my car like it was their own ride. There was no pressure selling or upselling and gave me what i needed, which in this case was an oil change. It was fast and done very well. They even checked my other automotive fluids and basic safety aspects of my car: headlight, blinkers, hazard lights. I will be taking my other cars there in the future, not only for oil changes, but also for other mechanical work. I highly recommend this shop.

This place is a scam, I was quoted a false price and this company tried to charge me $80 for an oil change I was told would be $39. In addition to the false price the oil was not full after the service was completed, it was nearly empty and the owner was extremely rude and belligerent when I brought this problem to his attention. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone as they are extremely unorganized, lack communication skills and all of the staff members are just rude. This company is looking to scam customers quickly, and I am not the first that has experienced these problems. If you want a better oil change for $39 I would head to the Walmart down the street from this company

All I needed was a simple oil change and you’d be shocked at how many places I’ve been to where it takes AGES to do what was done here in less than 10 mins. These guys were awesome today! I held off on getting an oil change until the garage opened up and they did not disappoint. Jason and his crew Caleb and Juan who worked on my car were polite, enthusiastic, friendly and extremely helpful! Theyve got my future business for sure.

I went on 6/30 to get my oil changed, had it all prepared as to what I was going to say when told I need this or I need that.. To my surprise at no time did Juan ever do that. He recommended a few things to do in the future like tire rotation ( I already have appt with dlr since I have ins on the tires) and getting the fuel line cleaned.. both were reasonably suggestions of things to be done but the best part is I never felt pressured!!!! Juan had the oil changed and I was out of there within 20 min.. This will now be my go to place for oil changes and car repairs.. Now to find out how much they charge to change my husbands oil on his F450...
