I have brought a couple of my work trucks here. I find them to be honest and fair.

Always quick and friendly and never pushy. Several times after coming in, Ive gotten not only warnings of things to look out for, but a practical amount of time I can wait and a full estimate of what to expect, so I never end up with surprise charges here.

As the cashier at Advance Auto Parts in Oldsmar was helping me find a part, I joked about the high cost of repairing my 20+ year old Silverado pickup and the recent quote I got from a mechanic. He and the manager their recommended Zeigler Auto Repair, stating theyd probably give me a better price and that they do great work. They were right. I have had multiple things repaired through Zeigler. Even when the truck needed a bit more work than predicted, they honored their original quote which they didnt have to do, and I appreciate that. Most recently, I brought my truck in due to a random electrical problem. Although they could have charged me for something, they checked the charging system/ battery and adjusted the cables which fixed the problem for nothing. Im sold. Zeigler is my new go-to for my old truck (and my wifes car when it eventually needs work).

The most honest (COMPLETELY honest and better than fair) auto shop I have ever been to. The positive reviews arent lies. Totally surpassed my expectations. Fixed 2 of my transmission seals for less than $450. I was told it was going to be a 3 hour job, I was out in 2. Terry and his crew are awesome people. Oil changes are cheaper than anywhere Ive been. Im so happy I found this company. They are totally worth it. No BS here. Im taking my vehicle here for ALL services. Thanks guys! Youve got a new loyal customer. Fantastic experience! Zeigler did my fancy synthetic oil change for $20 LESS than two places I had a coupon for, and Andy and Terry and the whole staff there are just great! I also know at least 10 other people that have used them for all sorts of automotive repair, they have a wonderful referral-based business and I highly recommend!

Zeiglers does great work and reasonable prices! We bring our entire fleet of trucks there, and never had one complaint. Excellent service and great Mechanics. I have a local Plumbing Company and they take care of all 7 of my trucks. I been to other places and no one compares to Zeigler. Everyone else would keep my trucks off the road for days and weeks. Zeigler always gets my trucks back on the road same day. I refer them to everyone I know. Most honest people you will know and this is hard to find.

My car dealer was pushing a critical alignment service during an oil change but I took it to Zeiglers instead. Zeiglers checked the alignment and found nothing wrong. They didnt even charge me for the check. They were very quick checking it and getting back to me. Ill be taking my other car there which does need work done.

Weve tried the others but you can only be up sold so many times by shops that always find critical repairs you can also needs. Zeiglers an exception in that they might recommend but it can wait until next time. The shop is our first and last choice for automotive repairs.

I went to them to get a 2nd opinion on work that had to be done to my Honda Odyssey. Terry and Scott there were so helpful and treated us like top priority. Scott talked to my husband in mechanic talk while Terry talked to me in laymen terms and understood my concerns about the safety of my family if we were to break down again. Great local guys and I plan to take my business there in the future.

Our chevy truck had the transmission go out and we took it here. The truck has been back over 6 times in the past 8 months with issues that had been replaced in the rebuild. Save yourself the time and headache and take it to the dealer that knows your vehicle inside and out. I would never recommend this company and do not feel the vehicle is reliable at all after being repaired here.

Bad attitudes all around. Flat out did not want to work on my vehicle because its dirty under the hood & about to die. Funny, I didnt realize mechanics only fixed cars that are new and working great. This place is a joke.

My transmission froze up in the early afternoon. Had it towed to Zeigler. I assumed it would be the next day or two to get my van back... it was done by close of business. This was 6 months ago and havent had any issues. Thanks to the manager, Terry White, for taking care of me.

These guys are the best. I live in downtown Clearwater and I drive the distance because I trust these guys. They have never tried to upsell me on thugs I dont need and they are honest. Tires plus told me I needed new tires immediately and some additional $1500 services. I took it to Ziegler and they said I still have use out of my tires for about another 2 oil changes. They also helped when my transmission was acting up and they charged me a very good price to fix it. Awesome guys.

They are the BEST!!!! If youre looking for an honest hard working transmission shop I would highly recommend them.

Bad experience for a 2 simple leaks that took 3 visits to fix! Still not fixed and the mechanic insulted me twice in front of the manager in the waiting room! He asked irritated Do you have an appointment? which I did, He then said You are going to have to wait, we cant burn our hands on the exhaust! Second time he said irritated We cant just keep looking at it! Exactly just fix it! If trans are your specialty (obviously customer relations isnt), then hire better techs that can get the job done! I would hate to see what would happen if they had to actually do internal work.

Dont even know how they scored a 3.5 in Google reviews, they must have paid for them. I was going to let the terrible service I got slide... but now Im trying to sell my car not even a year later, and the same AC problem i had fixed TWO times in 15 months, has surfaced again. I had to sign any warranty away if they fixed it for free the 2nd time... THIS was a huge ordeal full of lies and deceipt. And I was very upset. I spent alot of money initially to fix the AC.I thought Terry was nice and mostly professional, although he was avoiding my calls at one point. Its hard to find a good mechanic, so if youre doing research on the topic, DO NOT GO to ZEIGLER.Thats my experience.

Worst mechanics and service. Takes them week and half to get around to fixing your car only to find out they cant even fix leaking trans pan. Sad!!!

Its so hard to find honest mechanics and let me tell you . Thease gentlemen are it. They are rockstars. Not only were they able to fix what another place totally screwed up but they even went above and beyond to help make me whole. I highly recomend this place. Dont bother with the rest when you know the best!!!!!
