Came by boat the Saybrook. Made an appt online for root touch up. She called and I gave her my color formula from my stylist at home. She uses Goldwell too and was ready for me when I arrived. Pleasant, bright salon. My hair looks and feels great!

Ashley, Eden and Vanessa did hair and makeup for my bridesmaids and I on my wedding day. Their work was FLAWLESS and having them there just felt like getting ready with a few more friends! Megan the owner was great throughout the whole process before the wedding too. Even with a few hiccups she was great at maintaining communication with me and helping me smooth everything out!

I drive close to an hour just to see Ashley! She’s unbelievably talented! She has an eye for color and gives the best hair cuts. Can’t recommend her highly enough!

My wife and I had our wedding this past weekend and we used blow dry at the beach, the service my wife received was very unprofessional she had a booking untill 3, the hairdresser left by 1 with no explanation but I have to get back to the shop, my wife called the shop and was told they had to get back for a cut they booked, never mind we had a wedding at 5. They have no regard for customer service and when my wife called Kelsi at the shop she was told there is nothing they could do, we only called them because my wife was also charged $100 extra then what was agreed upon between her and the shop, again there is nothing they can do, I would highly recommend anybody looking for an event to look elsewhere

I have one word for Blow Dry at the Beach AMAZING! I got married at Saybrook Point over Labor Day weekend & the girls at Blow Dry couldn’t have been more accommodating. We all had our hair + makeup done at the shop & they were so wonderful - from muffins & mimosa’s when we walked in to taking the time to perfect each bridesmaids hair + makeup they were the glam squad every bride dreams of. As the bride, they made my fairytale vision come to life & my hair was nothing short of magical for my wedding day. Oh and if you’re looking for that wedding day glow, Kelcee has your back girl - best spray tan on the shoreline! I’d highly recommend Blow Dry to any bride looking for her glam team!

Absolutely horrible customer service skills. My contract for my wedding said I would have them until 3 pm for my wedding day in case I needed retouches. They left at 1 pm and rushed through the bridesmaids hair and mine so they could get back to the salon. If you have a contract until a certain time you stay. Especially since it was the hottest day and my curls weren’t staying. On top of it when I called because they charged me $100 over what the amount actually was Kelsey gave me an attitude and told me “I’ve never had a bride have a problem with us leaving early”. Did she forget that some brides actually like to have the photographer snap some pictures of the getting ready phase? Completely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or money with them.

Best shampoo! Excellent blow dry ...very happy with the service they provided! Recommend it!

I have difficult hair and have become a regular weekly customer because I can finally wear my thick, curly hair down and straight. The ladies do a wonderful job, are friendly, and always make me feel like family.
