I had high hopes for this place because of the friendly atmosphere, but turns out that’s all they are good at. I asked for a two on the sides with an inch off the top which they delivered. Though when it was time to trim my beard she cut my neck multiple times, also there are random long hairs that weren’t cut. I also showed a picture of how I wanted it styled and she just pushed it to the side.

Immaculate salon & walk-in fast service. I loved the cut I got. Very reasonable price.

Very Rude and inexperienced, I just cut without asking how I wanted the cut and when I told her she told me that they didnt cut like that there, to go to a barber shop and that there was a beauty salon and they only cut that way, I dont recommend anyone to get a haircut there. Never gotten a bad haircut here. Couple of the ladies here are also a pleasure to talk with while getting your haircut. Was there today actually, wish I remembered the name of my stylist. She was a bombshell. Think it was Alyssa or Samantha, pretty blonde tan lady. Easy to talk with, always a pleasure instead of sitting in silence for the whole haircut.

Delilah is super friendly and attentive to detail. My son and husband both go to her and walk out looking great!Adding to this old review. Delilah was great but whoever they went to this previous time, not so much. They wont be going back there again.

I was seated in a chair that still had the apron and hair clippings from the last client. Hairdresser was rough combing my hair and cutting it in huge junks I was seriously worried at what I would look like when she finished and every fiber of my being kept saying GET UP AND RUN!! I have to admit I didnt hate my hair when she was done but I wont go there again.

Great place for touch up cuts and good service. Only thing I wish that staff turnover wasn’t so fast. I get a go hairstylist that knows how I like my hair then they leave. I like it though because I can just walk in w/o an appointment.

The lady who cut my excited (she gets her hair cut twice a year), happy, 8 year old daughters hair maybe said two words to us. Had a frown on her face the entire time. Very short with responses. Instead of getting a booster to prop my daughter up for the hair wash, she had me stand there and push the chair back the entire time, unable to wash the hair around her face. The hair cut itself is even though. I won’t go back again.

The stylists are great. Im just sad they have to work for the gentleman who I assume is the manager. Very unpleasant, rude to customers and staff. Also disorganized when busy. A little smile, a more organized sheet of paper and suddenly were close to 5 stars.

Wish I could give negative stars. Twice I have gotten horrible cuts. Second time was a different stylist so I gave it a shot. I asked for layers, she said I didnt want layers. She said to do a blunt cut like hers. Her hair was long, thick and straight; mine is short, thin and curly. What stylist would think it would work the same. I really think she just wanted me in and out as quick as possible. Never going back again, thats for sure!

Cortney has been there for 3 1/2 years she has now moved to mikes barber shop in Old Saybrook and I have followed her she is great won’t go to anyone else. Supercuts lost a good one .

Wanted my hair blow dried before cut so i tried calling ahead to see if it was possible. No answer. I show up and waited 45 minutes just to be told it couldn’t be done. Will not be coming back here based on my experience and the many other one star reviews I’m seeing here.

Great hairdressers that respect your wishes

I wish to give them a NEGITIVE rateting. I took my son to get a hair cut, told the loud mouth long red haired girl that I wanted a #3 clippers cut on the side and a foe hawk up top.... he told her he wanted it longer on top as well. Well she used clippers in the top of his head #4. My son started to cry right there. When I asked why she cut it so short, she said well you really cant blend a #3 with a longer top and besides it looks good (something she should have said she couldnt do, he gets this cut all the time) she then walked around the mirror and started to talk smack about me and my kid. I sent him to the car after I was able to settle him a bit. She and the other 3 ladys were all talking smack about us both at this point! VERY UN -PROFESSIONAL Then asked For my payment and then if I was leaving a tip!! Are you kidding me?? I shouldnt have had to pay to the stupidhair cut never mind leave a tip to the loud mouth who made my kid cry... I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER SHORTCUTS AGAIN!

Never bringing my son to this place again. She used dull clippers and was basically ripping the hair out of his head. The front of his hair looked like she cut it with a blindfold on. The whole time she seemed annoyed to be working. Never never never again.

Worst haircut I can imagine, from a young blond hair dresser. Did nothing I asked for, specifically told her not to use the clippers, only to use them to clean my neck line. Proceeds to run the clippers up the back of my head to the crown of my scalp. Hair is uneven and for some reason she thinned part of it? Didnt notice she didnt have the clippers til she put the til down. Was incredibly rude and argumentative when I told her to just stop, continued to argue with me add I left with my wife. Cant wait to get this monstrosity fixed, just a shame I had to pay for someone to violate my head like that. Stay away.
