Great gym, one of the best I have ever been too. Very clean and stringent with regard to Covid-19 protocols. As a senior, I feel very safe in this gym. Sam and the team do a great job keeping everyoneStaff is friendly (Nora is the best!) and the equipment and trainers are top notch.

The owner is nasty. The prices are way to high. The gym is spacious. Has classes and all equipment. However, the stair master does not work.

Clean gym and friendly staff. Has all the equipment i need and the members there do a good job of putting away their weights which is great. I would highly recommend.

Decent gym with okay equipment. Staff was helpful with any questions and cleaned things consistently due to covid. I was in town for family and was very disappointed that I payed $15 for a “day pass” but it was only for one session. Came back less than 24 hours and they said I had to pay for yet another session. For quality of the gym the prices seem a bit much. Will not go to this gym next time I am in town.

I am a competitive body builder and was in Old Saybrook on a 1 month sabbatical from south Florida. This gym met all of my needs and is also geared towards common workout guys that don’t move the weight I do. Nice clean place. The golf facility was an unexpected nice touch.

Nice gym with a lot of great employees; they haven’t had the sauna working since they opened over two years ago and as of this morning three of the four most popular treadmills are out of service. One of the stair machines seems to always be out of order and when things break they don’t fix them very quickly

They are missing a few key pieces like a leg extension machine. The sauna has been broken for a year. Stepmill has been broken for over a month, who knows when it be fixed. And they only have two.Fairly big place with a variety of classes. Staff is VERY nice-that’s why they get 3 stars.

My sons say the sauna isnt working. Why dont you fix this?
