Been here twice now and its the worst. You will spend hours here waiting to get loaded. They know how to chew up a truckers time so I guess they have that going for them if thats something to be proud of. If I had a choice I would not come here at all, but if you do come log your time and ask for detention pay cause you will need it. Dont expect to be on time for your delivery after leaving here.

Quick live loading in out within two hours, thats awesome for a Tyson. Drop trailer in the dock, wait for them to call you for your bills. Must hv a Hi-Vi vest nice guys in shipping..

Poor organization expect to send time here not the standard 2 hrs!! So request detention, it is a drop and hook with minimal bobtail parking. Although they are currently expanding the yard.

Not bad at all for a Tyson. Pull up to the gate arm at the guard shack, make sure you have a safety vest on. Check in with them, slide your tandems to the rear, proceed onto the yard, find a hole to drop your trailer in. All the yard slots are numbered remember the number your trailer is in you will need to give it to the clerk working the shipping and receiving window. After you drop your trailer park in the bobtail section and go check in with shipping and recieving. They will call when your trailer is done. Arrived 1130 for a 2000 appointment, out the gate with bills in hand by 1430.

Very clean, easy, quick, efficient. Very friendly and helpful staff. Looking forward to doing future loads here.

Checked in a day and a half early for a pick up they worked me in and loaded in 5 hrs extremely fast pick up

1000 appointment. Arrived 0830. Loaded and done 0945.

My experience was excellent, people here are professional, I went 3hrs early checked in, they even let trucks overnight, they let you use the restroom, what more do we need as a drivers, some places dont even let us go inside the warehouse!

I go there alot never have a problem. Drop my trailer got to bed grab my loaded trailer in the morning. I like it.

In this facility you can not check in without a face covering and vest on which is normal in alot of shippers now but they have non tyson employees in the guard shack on tyson property who refuse to where a face covering even when asked. I should have stayed at the gate and blocked it and refused to let this guy check me out without him first putting a mask on.As a non tyson employed driver I shouldnt have to where a mask to get my load if this is being allowed.Picture included of guard who can do his job with no mask unlike the rest of us that have to follow tyson rules.He said he forgot his mask at homeIf I wouldve said that to the clerk they would say you cant get your load.Double standards for drivers at its finest !!

Tyson Need To Address Drivers about the loads locks before check-in out

The lot is like most other Tysons, small and not too much room to maneuver. Most times I come here for drop and hooks my load isnt ready. Theres been a couple times where the load is ready. You can get in and out of here pretty quick, if your load is ready. They have a scale on sight, which gives gross weight and tandem weights. Its free to use. There is no on site parking if waiting on a load to be completed and your not a live load/unload. Would give more stars, but the lot is just tight.

Checked in at 11pm on 25th August (appointment 11pm same day) and waited their for 35 hours and still load was not ready. Checked out at 10:00 am on 27th August without loading as the load was still not ready. The lady in the morning shift on the shipping desk has an attitude problem she dont know nothing of customer service, she talks super rude with drivers.Please avoid the place if you dont wanna waste your precious time.They dont deserve even 1 star#landu company

This is my second trailer from this location that was damaged to the point of road unworthiness. Something needs to change around here.

People were very nice, had a 1400 live load scheduled, finished loading at 20:45.

14 hrs and counting waiting for my trlr to be loaded. Watched trucks show up after me, get loaded and leave. Theyre excuse when I ask for an update is that theyre running behind. Seems like a personal problem. They dont pay detention because they know theyre gonna take forever. Hopefully Im out of here in time to make my appt time at Kroger in Memphis.

Poor business practice, same as all the reefer suppliers. been here 22 hours so far, still waiting. my company says, shipper was waiting for arrival of another truck, for product going on load, they have it now and are finishing load. that was over an hour ago. still waiting. this will be my last week on reefer. there are better businesses to load at.

Noone ever answers the phone to check on your load. So whats the point of telling drivers to call.

I seen all these bad reviews. Was skeptical going in 8 hours early. Pulled into guard shack. Guys were awesome and cool to bs with. Told me to drop trailer and park out back. Checked in. And even before my Normal pick up time I was leaving. Drivers lounge with shower. Just bring your own towel. For a shipper receiver this is by far the best for me.

Late with load then had to rework because loader doesnt know how to load a trailer legally.

Very unprofessional here. I sat here for 14 hours. Found out though my trailer was ready 4 hours prior. I ask the guy all he said not my fault, I just got here!The guy at the guard shack was very rude and gave wrong information.I suggest, when you get here to double check everything!

Very slow. Arrived 11:15 CDT took til 16:15 CDT finish loading. Temp set -5 F however when pulled from dock by yrd dawg was 32F. Had wait til temp 05 F or lower to leave. Temp at dock not as cold as trailer so had a huge warm pocket in trailer so took while for temp to drop to 05 F or lower. Usually these places close to required set temp not this place. Also the tyson trk drivers and O/O drivers contracted to this facility reckless and dangerous. Almost got hit 3 times by the o r drivers while parked. Also 2 while walking cause theyre not paying attention.

Giving this place one star only because I cant give zero stars. My loading took 9 hours and in the end I was 2000lb over weight so another 5 long hours to fix that. Super slow and careless.Make sure you fuel to the brim because theyll load you to the maximum capacity and will refuse to leave room for fuel. Totally A hole move from Tyson. Theyre on the power trip as if theyre an FBIWould not want to load here again for dear life.

Place started out as a confused mess.No one knows where trailers are or were they go.They want drivers to follow rules of wearing reflective vest and wearing a mask even if you have breathing problems with out one they dont care.Then to top it all off I found out at my receiver that Tyson stole my load locks,thats when I decided to write this.I will not haul from here again. I wasnt going to write this till I found my load locks missing.I suggest no one haul from this location.

Never ever coming back here for load. Have been waiting 25 + hours to get loaded. Because of that, missed my delivery appointment time(400ml from this place) And the closest time available for delivery in a week. I’m not losing whole week for nothing. Told them to unload my trailer

İf you pick up load from here they require drop trailer no drivers slow process it takes 6 to 12 hours loading time

My appt was 14:00, they didnt have me loaded till 04:00. Also the lady who checks you in for the shipping department was kind of rude. No microwave for the drivers to use either.

The best protocol is to arrive early, drop trailer, bobtail to the parking area and get some sleep. Appointment at midnight, I arrived 2000, dropped trailer with reefer off. Expected loading by 0630, called at 0245, picked up trailer (they start reefer when loaded and you cant leave until BOL temp achieved) at 0500 when 10 hr break close. 3 axle scale, although instructions were not complete. Overall, a good deal for me as I was able to get a 10 hr break before heading out. Break room available.

I pray to GOD IN HEAVEN. To never again come back to this place, been here 13 hours.My trailer was ready and they never called to let me know.If the temp is not within 10 degrees of the set point temp they won’t let you go. So disappointed!!!

10 hours to load a trailer. When it was ready I was 8480 pounds overweight.

Dont trust these people to call you when your trailer is done being loaded. Appt. Time was 1845. Showed up, checked in at 1750. Load was done at 1950. No phone call even tho they took my number down. Went in to check on the load at 0040 to be told it had been done for hours we were just waiting on you.

Worst place to deliver dropped trailer then came back to get it and they had forgotten to unload it. Total hours wasted 14hours. Stay away drivers...if you have ears hear.

Wow you all had me freaking out with these horrible reviews. My appt was 2pm arrived a little early guard was friendly and helpful when I told him I never been here before he explained the whole procedure to me parking was tight but it was available unlike the reviews that say you cant park here. Woman at the window super friendly and she explained the whole procedure again.415 she called to tell me I was done. No problems super smooth. Ive been dealing with Tyson now for almost 30 years this one aint to bad.

If you have to come here im just gonna warn you to make sure you have plenty of food and drink. Also you might wanna plan on taking your 10 hour break here. Cant figure out why it takes them so long to load a trailer. Just ridiculous.

For some reason I had a number to a load that had already shipped. It was 2 am so there wasnt anyone at our office to get the right information. There was room for me to park until morning until we were able to get the correct info. Once I had it I was in a door and loaded in less than 1 1/2 hours. They have a 3 axle scale too! The people were friendly and it was a decent experience.

I am a trainer for Tyson Foods, and I tell every driver I have trained the following: When things hit the fan, which inevitably they do, that Tyson will still be rolling, and youll always have a paycheck. Low and behold Coronavirus happens. I have worked every available day. Tyson cares!!

No problem picking up a load in this place...when it’s ready it’s ready as simple as that🥴..the only thing lightning is really not enough when the weather gets bad..it’s get so dark..(SUGGESTION add more light when it’s needed turned on..when it’s not turning off 🥴🙄..why not they have a lot of money 🤗

The fuel in the trailer must be at least 3/4. Otherwise deployed to refuel. Load more than 7 hours.

A little disorganized, numbers of parking spaces cant be seen. Compared to other shippers I was loaded and on the road in a couple hours after dropping in designated area on the other side of the complex.

Nice people, overnight parking is ok if you are bobtail, free wifi, 2nd floor drivers lounge is quite large and comfortable,with plenty of overstuffed sofas cable TV vanding machines and if you bring your towel and supplies there is also a shower up there for the outside carriers to use. They make it nice here for the driver!

Make sure you charge the Broker a high rate because you are going to sit here for half a day or longer. I been waiting over 10 hours and haven’t been loaded yet.

Entrance is not that good 2 trucks ahead you r blocking the road. Take atleast 8 hrs after dropping trailer then they don’t turn on reefer. When u get paperwork and go to hook trailer u turn on reefer. They won’t let u go out unless the trailer temp drops to 10 f. Staff is not that nice and co-operating. Good drivers lounge up stairs.

Dont expect much here... My load was supposed to be ready yesterday at noon (preloaded). When I arrived, it wasnt ready at 5PM (I picked up my previous load at 10am in Davenport IA) I was told it would be ready at 6AM. Now its 9am and still not ready.... Instead of them calling when it is ready, they want me to check in every two hours, but I cant park here, Im supposed to park in their car parking lot down the street, my electronic log book triggers the distance as driving, hopefully yours doesnt.
