Great Thanks to Julia Peterson of KGP Logistics who stood up for me to CenturyLink and saved me from so much hassle with a terrible company. After returning a CenturyLink modem to the KGP Logistics building (at CenturyLinks direction), a few months went by and CenturyLink sent a bill for said modem. CenturyLinks employees would not listen to me and didnt believe me. KGPs single employee was able to resolve the issue in 10 minutes while CenturyLink transferred me 8 times and got me nowhere. If you return a modem here know that KGP will stick up for you just keep that modem return receipt!
