The pay is based on how hard you work which is great....if they didnt screw you over. The managers/supervisors in each department have their favorites and are sure to let them get the easy work and always make sure their pay is great. Meanwhile if you work in one department and they need help in another they dont follow seniority or who is trained more in the department requesting help...no they send based on...you guessed it favorites. And when you do get sent to a new department its like you have an infectious disease with how they treat you. No help no real training and Because you arent trained you make alot less money then your own department. They try to counter that but for example, you make $11/hr base then off work you get hourly bonuses the faster you work the more you make at 100% you make $15.50/hr so thats an extra $4.50 an hr when you go to a different department you get 10% of your pay hourly. But because you arent trained you get an 80% so now your hourly is $12 plus the 10% mean you make $13.20 an HR instead of your $15.50 and then you deal with favoritism so you get the hardest work so no way you make any money in the department that is asking for HELP. So you would think since your helping they would give the harder work to people that know how to do it fast but instead they give it to the untrained person. And to top that off if you get below an 80% in a department you are helping (or your home department) you get wrote up. So when you dont want to go to the new department and make less money and get wrote up. Well they dont care because of thats right favorites! I wouldnt even recommend working here if you were going to be evicted Because one week you make $500 the next $300 and wrote up and told to work harder. The whole system is flawed it sounds great for hardworking people the harder you work the more money you make, unfortunately its not like that at all. And the review by the local guide below me is completely fake that person never worked there.
