Im giving a 4 star because I had great service at the location on Santa fe by the Kia dealership and collision works body shop. The representative I had help me there was fantastic. I will definitely request her again! I did however, have a horrible experience from a different representative at the other olathe location.
Used to be a large fan of Enterprise car rental. Not any longer. Only reason for two stars was the ease of online reservations and honesty of Brandon. I felt ripped off for an extra $22.00 for not returning auto at noon when I paid for an extra day. The final straw was when they not only didnt credit my account for my deposit but took it out a second time. That problem has yet to be resolved. If you need a ride to or from your pick up site. Call a cab or another car agency.
The car was great. When picking it up it went great. The man that helped me when dropping it off was so rude, raised his voice at me, wasnt wearing a mask. I was. I kept stepping away and he would move forward closer to my face. He was so disrespectful to me that another customer asked me if I was ok. He was a bully. He wouldnt explain things to me and I felt SO uncomfortable. I will never be back to this location alone.
Gabby, the manager there, helped me when no one else would and we were stuck on the side of the road. I am incredibly grateful.
This co is really having some challenges. The staff is extremely kind or flat out rude. They donβt find a solution to a problem. They might promise a car will be available then when you arrive to find out....they donβt have a car reserved for you! The staff on site provides different info that the call center. This has been my βgo to coβ for rental cars but when they arenβt reliable when you have surrendered your personal vehicle for repair itβs quite frustrating. Their pricing has gotten incredibly high. I will have a difficult time feeling this co can deliver on their word again. FYI. Budget rental took great care of me. Nicer car. Better price and not a big fuss about masks. They are my new βgo toβ business partner. Done w Enterprise Rental!
Needed a car for an emergency situation. They had a car ready and I was in and out in less then 10 minutes. Excellent service.
After a terrible experience with my rental back in June, this place has redeemed itself. Coincidently, the gentleman I worked with last time, was not there. I was given a mini van for my week long rental and we couldnt have been happier with it. It was a premium vehicle that was a pleasure to drive. The drop-off was smooth and the employee that helped me make sure I was satisfied was awesome.
I was charged 70% more than I was quoted on my confirmation. I wasnt told how much I was being charged until after I paid and the employee wouldnt explain the difference. I reached out multiple times for some form of explanation from customer service, and was told I would be contacted each time. I not only didnt get an explanation, I never even got a response. My personal vehicle cant make longer trips, so I was looking forward to renting from this place several times until mine could be replaced, but I dont want to be the next contestant on The Price is Right every time I show up here.
Excellent service, the van they provided was nearly new and in great shape. I had to call back to ask for a cargo carrier and, while they did not promise on on the call, that is what I got. I was able to load everything I needed to move my daughter back from PA and the cost was less than half a one way truck rental. Second time I have used Enterprise Olathe and both experiences were beyond my expectations.
The had been cleared out and vaccumed but it was definitely still dirty. Primarily in thr back seat. The reps were nice and helpful. They provided a ride to and from their location because I live so close.
Adam proactively helped me get everything set up very efficiently. Adam was very informative and courteous and explained the importance of Enterprises insurance package that gave me peace of mind for my road trip. Adam shined a positive light on Enterprise as a company and will always give my repete business to this location. Thank you!
My complaint is petty on charge of gas. When on the full line when returned it should be considered full. They were able to fill it with 2 gallons of gas. They could have used that driving to get gas unless they have gas on site which I have never seen.I also, had to return the 1st car within a couple of hours as it would not stop. Asked for zero compensation and then charged for 2 gallons of gas. I know $7.00 does not sound like much but very petty!Tricia

Rented a car to go to Tennessee on a college visit. Had a few issues with the vehicle in the beginning... tires were low... Adam took care of it immediately and made sure we were safe on the road. There were no delays in our trip!Thanks again Adam!!
Car was super dirty and was apparently cleaned as fast as possible without any care of what it looked like. The guy who assisted me when picking up the car was not pleasant to deal with and seemed annoyed. The guy who was there when I returned the car was the complete opposite and was very helpful and nice.

The absolute worst experience I have EVER had in renting a car. They left us high and dry and they really didnβt care. No apologies, no nothing. Never again. I thought Enterprise was better, but this experience was unbelievable. Just because you reserve a car two weeks in advance doesnβt mean you will actually get one. Instead I had to drive my own car 2k mikes, but at least that was an option.
Needed a car after my vehicle was totaled and they worked well with my insurance company. After we got the approval, a staff member from Enterprise had reached out within the hour and. scheduled to pick up a rental that afternoon. Dropping off the car was just ask easy as picking it up. We actually ended up buying a van from their sales lot in Shawnee. Overall, weβre really happy with the experience. If you need to buy a car look for Joseph Marisca.

I reserved a Minivan online through the Enterprise website at the E Santa Fe location. I reserved the vehicle over 2 weeks in advance. I received a call the day before pickup stating that they did not have my vehicle available and that they had no other vehicles of that size available to rent. The employee stated they were unable to see the availability of other locations. I was advised to call each location to inquire. After having no luck for a 30 mile radius, I reached back out asking if I could rent 2 vehicles for the same price as I felt my reservation of 7 seats should be honored. For approximately 4 hours I was shuffled around between at least 11 associates from various locations. Some associates said they were able to view the availability at the various branches some did not. No consistency at all. Finally i was alerted by the main booking line that Gardner Location had 2 full sized cars available. I called Gardner, confirmed with an agent that 2 cars were available. I then explain my situation and he lined me up with a corporate escalation associate. She seemed very helpful at first and explained how she would connect me to the right people. She put me on hold and transferred me to the Olathe branch where this all started. I spoke with Jacob for the 2nd time, I asked him to line me up with the Branch manager, when he told me the branch manager was working at the Gardner location because the Gardner location was a Satellite branch of Olathe. (How do they not know the availability of their own Satellite branch). I spoke with a Lindsay back at Gardner around 11:30 am and she told me the Branch manager was out to lunch and would call me back when he returned. After 90 minutes of no call, I called back and for roughly 2 hrs i was off and on hold with no answer from any associate. Finally my wife began calling the Olathe store to have someone transfer us. She was transferred multiple times and was either put on hold or the line was disconnected. After about another hour of that Lyndsay picked back up at Gardner and explained the Gardner location had been closed since noon and that she had been at the Olathe store helping. The manager had never returned from lunch break. Lyndsay patched us through to the assistant manager who was back at the Olathe Branch, and he stated there were absolutely no vehicles available and in fact they had 30 reservations for the next day with only 15 vehicles. There is absolutely no organization to this Olathe Branch. The associates have no idea what their availability is and they have no idea where their people are working and where their management is. I finally gave up and found other means of car rental. I can honestly say from this experience that this is the most unorganized business I have ever encountered. Do not trust their reservations.
I used to rent from Enterprise all the time and it was great. Their customer service has gone down hill. I feel like zero effort was given to get ahead of the problem I had.

It was a great experience all around! The pickup was quick, I originally had arranged for an intermediate sized car but they didnt have any that size so I got upgraded to an SUV. It was great bc I took it on a trip to the mountains and was worried how the smaller car would preform but thanks to the upgrade I had no worries at all. The drop off process was even quicker and both times the guys were really friendly and personable. I will definitely use Enterprise again!

This Olathe location is my go-to when needing to rent a vehicle! They are personable, informative, kind and make the renting quick and easy. So easy! Couldnt find a better location for ALL your rental needs. They were completely accommodating for what I needed this trip. Highly recommend this location!!

So the staff is always great at the Olathe location. They are friendly, courteous and always so helpful. Though my one complaint is the last few times, 10 or more times, the vehicles I have requested or show under premium are not available when I arrive. Most times I am given an upgrade or a different vehicle that is a higher grade without an upcharge, but this time they really had no options except for ones more than $100 more. To me that is not okay especially when I rent multiple times a year with Enterprise. The vehicle options were all high end BMW or Mercedes, which yes I understand are higher than a premium grade Nissan Maxima or similar, but if you have no options how am I the one fitting the bill for the lack of vehicle options. Next time I will go with a competitor because the options are similar or actually better in most car levels locally. This rate is a four only because of the staff, as based on this experience it would be more a 2 because of the extra cost for their lack of selection.

As always when we are on a deployment anywhere in the Country the company i work for has a ghost account and get the best service anywhere our team goes and each member of the team get a rental from the Big Enterprise, clean,gassed up good condition sometime the may need to go back for what ever but Enterprise any where in the Country have been great either 50 cars or 1 car they are the easiest to deal with when needed either out team or myself have always gotten great treatment and professionalism fun to tease with to and great people who work for Enterprise .....I cant tell you what company but only the shadow knows .............Thank you the Audi Q5 i rented was fantastic i am a chauffeur that is what i drive at a pt job .I would strongly recorded Enterprise our team protects CEOsand over seas .Thanks Enterprise ......
When I picked up my vehicle, I specifically asked if it had adaptive cruise control and lane assist. The gentlemen that checked me out assured me it had those features. He didnt bother to look up or confirm that information. I rented an Audi Q3, so I assumed such features came standard and took him at his word. Those features were NOT available on the vehicle I was given. Unfortunately, I didnt confirm that until I was well into my trip. After returning the vehicle, I brought this oversight to the representative at this location. His response was (Im paraphrasing) Were sorry, we have so many vehicles with different features. I rented this vehicle for a cross-country trip and these features were very important to me. I wouldnt have rented the vehicle had your representative taken the time to confirm that the requested features were not available. I dont expect representatives to memorize every feature of every vehicle, but when asked about a specific feature, they should verify the information they relay to the customer.

We rent a car 1 weekend a month to visit our one of our children in TX. Normally we use Avis. But this last time they were sold out for our travel dates. We wont rent from Enterprise again. The $300 deposit was not disclosed till we were ready to leave. They charged us for an extra day even though they knew at the time of the reservation when the car was being returned (Sun after they closed). They get 2 stars b/c the car was clean.

Every time I had to contact them I was advised different information (usually incorrect). When I had to rewrite the vehicle because my insurance process was taking longer than planned; After being told everything would be the same on the rewrite, I just have to come in to do it. Turns out, I had to increase my deposit and keep the same vehicle. I have had the car long enough to reach their highest rewards level on just this rental alone, which means Im suppose to be able to upgrade 2 tiers but that was a lie too!
Everything about our rental process was easy. Pick up was quick and the return process was as well. Our rental vehicle was clean and perfect for our road trip. I will use them every time I need to rent a vehicle.
Im usually very satisfied with enterprise, in the past they have taken their time giving me a tour of the car. This time was not so nice. I understand that they might be working with less employees due to the virus but, i got a dirty car (outside) I had a black car and it looked like someone took the car in a hunting trip. The inside was just ok. I definitely returned the car way better than how I got it. My own car is a 2013, so I have to insert the key into the ignition. This was the first time I handled a push button start car. I guy, apparently was too busy to hang on a minute or at least show me how to start the car. It was simple, but its kind of annoying when you want to start the car and youre pushing this button and the car wont start. So you lost 2 stars between the rushed attendant and the dirty car. Hopefully next time I need a rental, itll be a better experience and Ill be able to write a more positive review
I had a reservation for a full size vehicle for my family of four. When i arrived to the facility the attendant started they didnt have a vehicle available. They had 5 full size vehicles on the lot. And it was closing time. After me getting extremely frustrated but remaining calm they gave us the smallest car on the lot. Basically a two seater. Two teenagers and two adults. And they still charged me for the full size vehicle and Basically said tuff stuff. I dont recommend this company if they treat customers like this. Do better

I had an accident with my own vehicle which needed major repair. Enterprise in Olathe, KS was prompt. They were waiting for me at the body shop when I arrived at the scheduled time. It was all very quick, plus the rental was a really nice car. As it turned out, repairs to my own vehicle took two weeks which meant a delay. I notified Enterprise online and they handled everything. It was a very smooth process and I was satisfied with every step

We had a rental and was called in the middle of it to switch out saying we were going to get a better and newer vehicle only to get a cookie cutter vehicle that was way worse. If this happens to you, say NO! They lied.
Lindsay Mott was very helpful. I had a unique rental situation and she was able to schedule me to accommodate my needs. On the day of pickup, I met a little hassle when I tried to use my out of state drivers license and debit card to pay for the purchase. I did not have a major credit card on me and because of the locations policy, I had to get the Managers approval for this client with 26 years of Enterprise rental history. Other than that, I would highly recommend this location for your car rental needs.
They were about to lose my business because the rate was overwhelmingly high. I researched other rates and found a couple of competitiors that were almost half of the charge to me and i am a USAA member !when i showed them the new rate they matched it. While i am glad and thankful they matched it so i can move on get my car and go, i was a little disappointed that i had to jump through that hoop before they offered the competitive rate and this knowing that i have been with enterprise for over 30 years now.so i would say 3.5 stars because of that. but after we got through that hurdle they were definetely a 5 star team.
O stars if possible. I got toll charge from HTAllc (Highway toll administration, its a private company not associated with any govt agency, see their BBB reviews) for toll charges. I didnt travel on toll road and my car was parked in the employer garage on the day that they mention. I am fighting them about the toll. Enterprise is compacent in this idea and providing our information to that company to send random invoices. I contacted enterprise abouth this and they send me to their toll department and toll department is we cant do anything contact HTA. AVIS which is also part of enterprise does the same according to HTA reviews on BBB

How this place gets anything less than 4.5 or 5 stars is a mystery to me! The staff is awesome the manager and assistant manager Jump Right In to assist at the slightest hint of an issue. Though Ive never had one myself this place is a top rental company/location!!! I am pretty sure I would try and speak to this location for assistance even if I rented in another state LOL. I rent from Enterprise generally twice a month of weekly rentals. Service is great now, my class availability is sometimes an issue, but they almost always make it right. Only thing they could improve is finer detailing. Pretty sure I always return the cars I rent cleaner than when I pick it up.

We have always utilized Enterprise for our rental car needs. We donβt like putting the miles on our vehicles so when we go long distances many times we rent. Especially with the Olathe office, the customer service is amazing, making the process simple and easy. They always have just what we need at an amazing price wether it be a compact car for a quick getaway for me and the husband or a big oleβ truck to haul a trailer down the highway. Their vehicles are well maintained and clean inside and out. I have never had one issue in the multiple times we have used this service!
Enterprise Rental made my month long vacation wonderful. The car was awesome, smooth ride, and great gas mileage. No problems with the rental other than a chip in the windshield upon pickup; It cause me no problem. I would recommend them to my famil and friend. The rental had a great price also. Thank you!
These guys are excellent. Quick and no nonsense (at least as much as a car rental place can be) and they really try. I have a vehicle that is parked waiting for the infamous airbag recall and these guys have really taken car of me. Helped me find cars that work for my family and have gone out of their way to help me drive a car that I wanted to drive when they really didnt have to. Theyve made me a loyal enterprise customer from here on I think.
I rent cars from this office any time I need a more reliable or larger mode of transportation. The people in the office are always so nice and helpful. I love that they usually call the day before to make sure you bring all the necessary paperwork. And they usually have the best prices locally, too.
Our last rental for a 10-day vacation was the most positive experience I have had since I started renting cars for 4 decades ago. I requested a pick-up at our home. The driver arrived on time in a very nice car and drove me to the rental location. I assumed we would not be driving a car as nicely equipped as the one I arrived in. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this was, in fact, our rental car. The counter agent was polite and did not try pressure me into additional insurance coverage or pre-paid gas. We reviewed the car together and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. We had a wonderful vacation in our rental car. Thank you for such a great experience!

Both of the gentleman who helped us were extremely friendly and courteous. We wanted to change our reservation which was done without any issue. Everything was done in a timely manner. We were in and out of there quick. If we were to go to KS City, well definitely use their service again.
Having rented from Enterprise in the past has made it easier to rent from them. I rented from a different location than normal. No issues with the car, the staff was friendly and we were on our way. The only complaint was the additional fee for renters under 25. I knew about the fee to additional drivers, but the extra fee was the only downside.

Got caught in a heavy rain outside soaking wet returning the rental. This location would not let me come inside to wait for a ride. Soaking wet standing outside here in freezeing cold wind 61 years old.The CDC say it is safe to have up to ten people in a building. This location would not even let one person in that could have caught pnuemonia for even 15 minutes to wait for a taxi.
This location is great! They always have plenty of agents ready. Their great pickup and drop off service is always quick. All the employees are more than friendly. And the rates are great. I am a frequent renter and these guy are the best!
Never rent from Enterprise!!!! My car needed repairs, the insurance company only contacted through enterprise rental.(i normally would of used Hertz). 1. So first off they were an hour and a half late picking me up from the body shop. They were also supposed to be picking up and woman, with 2 young children. Also sitting there waiting. The body shop owner, had to make the call to get them there. 2. I sign an insurance waiver ( because I didnt want to pay their $15, which actually is $17.79 a day.) In their office, I called the insurance company responsible for the rental. they would pay for the extra insurance. I told the person at Enterprise that I would use my insurance. He has me sign a waiver. I call my insurance, before I even leave the lot, to add rental insurance. Two days after I return the car I find, $135 charged to my card. 3. They charged me for 8 days of insurance (I only had for 7 days). This is a very poorly run, and dishonest company! Never again!
I always receive great service from Enterprise at all their locations. The people there are very professional and work hard to make my rental experience a pleasant one. The Olathe, KS branch is where I normally rent from and they have great people there!. The vehicles are are always well-maintained, clean and ready to go.

The guy who helped me when I picked up must have been new. He did not appear to know what he was doing. I had to wait while he tried to figure things out. I was patient. They need better training maybe for new people. But he compensated me with a good discounted rate. I appreciate that. Return was good. Had to use their ride home and it was great. Will go back
We had a reservation at another rental car establishment where they βtry harderβ. They actually closed early for the holiday and didnβt inform us so we thought we were out of luck. My wife called Enterprise asking Iβd they were open (it was 1PM on Christmas Eve) and if they had a car big enough for us. Not only were they open they quickly reserved us a car bigger than we originally had and at a price less than we had before. These guys were awesome and I know who actually tryβs harder!!
Great Rates! Staff really works to get you into a car at a great rate. They also went the extra step and dropped me off at the mechanic after I returned my rental. Will be back for sure if I am in need of another rental again.
Had a great rental experience but a lady called to survey me and hung up on me when I tried to tell her what an outstanding job the rental associate did! Pretty sure the point in a customer survey is to learn from the customer, not piss them off!

Hats off to Zach and his team at Enterprise at 135th and I-35 in Olathe. I just finished a 7 month long term rental with them and they were awesome in every way. I needed to change vehicle types a few times and they were extremely accomodating which I sincerely appreciate. Keep up the good work!
Great staff; they are very friendly and efficient. The check in and out procedure was very fast. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the lot is small and there is not a good place to leave your car if you are only renting for the day. They were very accommodating and made it work but there is not an actual designated place to park personal cars.

We rented a minivan for our trip to Florida. We ended up going in 2 hours before our reservation time but it wasnt an issue. Harrison was the agent I worked with. He got us out quickly. We extended our trip by a day and the guy I talked to over the phone was very helpful. The guy I dropped the keys off with was very nice. Everyone was professional and friendly.
Simple booking online however did not get the correct size of car. They would have upgraded after the fact but we simply didnt have time to make the accommodations. They did give vouchers and apologize. The customer service is always great. It would be nice to talk to a live person on the phone instead of an automation.
We recently rented a van to travel to a family wedding in Tennessee. Pickup was easy and efficient, and the agent very courteous. The vehicle was perfect for our needs, we returned it after hours upon return to town and received our email invoice the next morning. There was a discrepancy on fees, which was quickly and satisfactorily resolved with a phone call. We will likely use Enterprise again this summer for a family vacation. We had a very good experience.
The workers in the office are very nice, friendly and helpful. The guy that checked me out drove me home, waited for me patiently, and explained exactly what I asked him to explain.Customer service was WONDERFUL!!!! 5 stars plus to them!Managers are a bit crazy, though. I rented here for a total of 13 days this year (2 times). They didnt have clear policies, and appearance seemed to be more important than efficiency.Clear policies: If you say you have a Sunday return coming up written on the door, you cant decide that Thanksgiving weekend is excluded without letting the customers know. Yes, they didnt charge me for an extra day - but I waited there for an hour on a Sunday morning, then drove there again that afternoon. Nobody will give me back THAT time.Keeping up appearances (not effectively): The office went i-pad in August. It had bugs. Rather than trying to use the old system to help a customer get out on time, I had to be delayed an hour so that all systems come back on. Customer service told me they were made to use this to show that they were modernizing. The second time I rented, in November, they still had some bugs. In short: someone in management wanted to show off and placed the cart in front of the horses.
I am a frequent customer of Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Olathe and I cannot be more pleased with the service that I receive. The staff there could not be more helpful and courteous and therefore I know exactly where to go when in need of a rental car. Thank you for being even more than you need or have to be. My opinion is that it is a very impressive and well run business.
The experience with the staff is great! I had a premium car reserved but when I went to pick up the car, they were all taken. The agent gave me a full size car at a great price. The employees are always enjoyable to talk to and are very helpful. The only down side is the car was washed but the wash was sub par. A lot of bug juice on the body and the windshield. Cars could be cleaner prior to sending out. Still a better experience than I have had with other rental places.
When I first pulled up, the location appeared to be very busy. However, when I went inside to pick up my rental, I was able to get in and out very quickly. This is not the first time I have rented a vehicle. This was by far the best experience I have ever had. I will be back and refer this location to others. The employees were very nice and informative.

Enterprise does not get you through it. They wont accept a debit card for payment I cant rent a car. I will never use this car rental company again. I am literally sitting on the sidewalk trying to reach my CC company on a weekend. Never again. Edit: I ultimately had to take a lift 45 miles to the closest airport to rent a car.
We always have a great experience with the staff at Enterprise at the Santa Fe / I-35 location in Olathe, KS!In April 2017 we checked out a rental on 2-days notice and when we arrived and hit the lot, we were upgraded! Not only that but the process to pick up our vehicle was easy, simple and quick. We ended up extending our checkout while we were out of town. Even with the short notice, our Enterprise team took great care of us, answering our questions, presenting options and confirming changes.This is why we handle all of our rental needs through this particular Enterprise site! During our 7 years here in Kansas City, we have never had to use any other Enterprise site or any other rental service. Just realized I gave this place an undeserved 1 star review. I have NO IDEA how this happened. I guess I was trying to remove notifications from my phone and accidentally gave the poor rating. My family and I have used this location several times in the last few years because our daily driver is getting older so we like to rent a car for longer trips.The employees at this location have always been courteous and efficient and the vehicles have been trouble free.
They took care of me and did truly go the extra mile. Great customer service in Olathe, KS. Special thanks to Julia in Albuquerque, NM who helped us switch vehicles. Ill never use a different car rental company again.
