Excellent service from Ted, Jeremiah, and the staff. They are always eager to help make the rental experience go smoothly. I can always depend on them to come through in a time of need. Giving them a heads up in advance always assists inventory control. I never go anywhere else!

Would not stay open 10 min late to help me get a car to get home. Did not even think about trying.

Olathe is the best rental place Ive ever worked with. I had some odd circumstances surrounding my rental, and they were able to work with me to find a solution that was both satisfactory and convenient to the situation. In another instance, I needed a specialty construction rental -- they pointed me in the right direction of a company that helped, even though they couldnt. They are willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure you have a fantastic experience. I cant recommend them enough.

Highly recommend! I have rented from various car rental companies in the past and Olathe Rental Car was by far the best. The staff were accommodating and friendly and the vehicle I received was new and impeccably cleaned. The entire rental process was quick and easy and I will continue to use them for all future rentals.

Perfect. Warranty cover the first day of the car. Just make sure you have a copy of your insurance with you (electronic too) so they can input it for additional coverage. Fast in and out and back on the road.

The people were easy to work with, the prices were very reasonable, they will soon be opening another location across state line in Missouri.The only negative was that they, like many other car rental establishments in the area, have a very short Saturday hours and are closed on Sunday.My wife and I have rented from them three times and the been very pleased each time.

Was in need of a rental last minute when Budget messed up my reservation for an SUV and Olathe rental car came through same day within an hour. I was surprised how affordable their rentals were and the staff are always super friendly. I am in the military and their rates are even better than discounts from the big chains. Very nice place! Actually first place where they told me true problems with my VAN. Nothing extra like everywhere. They diagnosed only problems which I need to fix only. A lot of dealers always telling me 150 problems with car and crazy bill for fixing $$$ also friendly stuff!

Ted Sweeney was great to work with. He rented us a car in a very timely manner and responded to calls/texts promptly. We rented a Dodge Durango for a Spring Break trip to Beaver Creek, CO. It was nice and spacious. It had lots of storage space for our bulky luggage. The middle row was very roomy and comfortable for our 3 children. I would highly suggest renting from Ted anytime!

Highly recommend Olathe Rental vs. the big chains when renting a car in the KC area. Ted and his team were very helpful, polite and easy to work with. We took one of their vans on a 13 day road trip out West and saved a ton of money vs. the big chain rental companies.

Have a mixed review here. Our first experience with Olathe Rental Car was last year on our vacation. Olathe Rental Car had a gentleman named Matt who helped us. He saved our vacation after the other rental car company messed up our reservations that were made three months prior. We find this out the day were supposed to pick up car. UGH.. We were frantic and called everyone in search of a car for our vacation. We were due to leave on that morning. MATT SAVED THE DAY!However, obviously that was then and this is now... I call to reserve a vehicle for our vacation again in March. And I speak with a gentleman who not only informs me that that prices are not accurate online but they no longer accept the debit card for rentals. UGH? why?? Especially considering we are current customers with a great history with them. Weve referred family and friends needing rental cars to them.EVERYONE has had a wonderful experience up till now. Makes no sense to me to change policies that are working. And to chase off good customers. Its truly a shame because they were absolutely awesome. Im sad we will have to leave them. : (

Renting a car can be a pain in the ass. Polar opposite experience with ORC. Prices were very reasonable, the car was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. The biggest difference compared to the big chains was service. Ted was very easy to work with, offered to give me a ride if needed, and had me in/out in a matter of minutes.

Ive rented from them 3 times. Very easy to reserve. Easy to pick up and you get the car you reserved.

Rented a few vans for a road trip. Great price and also had great flexibility for pick-up/drop-off. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great rental place.

Always rented here from the first time they started. Recently they have changed there prices and now have become the most expensive place to rent anywhere. I contacted the manager who is in charge and he tells me he knows the business and hes an expert and his prices are fair. May want to do research before you make such a stupid claim. You guys were more than a few hundred higher then everyone else (enterprise, avis, herts, budget, etc). Gave them the same dates and unlimited mileage. I liked using you guys, but being that greedy ill be taking my business elsewhere. Goodluck with your years of experience and being fair priced. When you let go of this manager and hire someone who actual knows the market reply back and i may bring my business back. Thanks

So completely disgusted and I cant do anything about it. We called about a month ago to reserve a minivan to take on vacation. Made it very clear that we wanted and needed something such as a Town and Country with captains chairs and sto and go but was informed those are no longer available. So I was told that the Chrysler Pacifica compared exactly the same. I was convinced that it would be plenty of room for 4 adults plus our luggage. Well my husband picked it up today and there is no freaking way with a half bench seat for second row seating that this is going to be enough room for all of us plus all our luggage for a 10 day trip. And now its too late for us to do anything about it. I cant even buy a cargo carrier to use because there is no luggage racks. I am so completely disgusted if you havent figured that out yet. We have been planning this trip for a year and wanted to be able to travel comfortably and because we trusted you that aint gonna happen. I will never use your service and make sure everyone I know doesnt use it either.

Friendly service. They always have vehicles available and they are clean and ready when you arrive. If you live in Johnson County this is the place to rent your car, van, SUV, etc.

CJ over at Black and Veatch referred us to Ted at ORC. Hands down, the easiest, efficient rental we have done to date. The major brands are such a pain. ORC provided a vehicle on short notice. All of their vehicles are brand new and in tip top shape. Unbeatable value and pricing.
