I have not started my storage time yet, but I am already so impressed with the professionalism of the two parties I spoke with to make a confirmation and reservation. (first spoke with the main reservation line and then spoke with my local branch manager who called to follow up) They took time to listen to what my needs were and were very efficient and helping me get everything set up. I have confidence it will be a great experience. I had researched and visited other storage places that were very unprofessional and not in good condition.

Storage Facility is well taken care of and the property manager is responsive, pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable. Would recommend this storage facility.

My storage unit is in a gaited area and easily accessible to renter. It is not climate controlled but Ive never had any issues with my unit either by weather or theft.

The onsite manager, Nick, is very friendly and accommodating. He helped my movers and me out with making special arrangements for the delivery. It is great to have such amazing customer service.

We were looking for a place to store our boat and initially rented from the location on Dennis. Unfortunately there simply wasnt enough turning space in front of the available unit. Thankfully StorageMart stepped up there game and helped us find the perfect unit just a few miles away. Both locations are very well kept and all the managers and corporate staff have been exceptional.

I have rented storage space of different sizes and areas of Johnson Co. for years. Feel their rental price are very competitive.

Its almost impossible these days to find a person committed to helping you solve an urgent and unexpected problem.Not so at StorageMart.Not only did they help solve the problem but they did so during a pandemic, which is above and beyond any expected assistance and understanding.Use them for your storage needs.

I was able to reserve a storage until online and then was contacted to arrange to come by to set up access. When I went by Ray was so helpful and kind getting new set up with my unit and access code.

Have had excellent service with this company & have stored at this location twice. Had a little trouble with the website this last time, but when I called the help line, they were very helpful & in a thrice we were signed up and ready to go. My only objection to this location is that some of the trailers that are stored on the edges of the area make it hard to maneuver a trailer or large truck through. The price is reasonable & they are easy to work with I highly recommend this company.

We were desperate for a place to put our mothers things while she was in hospice, not too expensive but dependable. We had trouble reserving a unit online, so called the Help number and was helped by a very friendly lady who got us set up and ready to go with no trouble at all. I was very pleasedMy daughter used the same facility for about a year and was well pleased.

The place seem secure. I just wish it was a little more updated. Adding carts to help people move things in and out would be nice, too. The price is higher than other, nicer facilities in the area. Im assuming this is a corporate thing and cant be changed. I only chose this place because it was the only climate controlled unit available in the area that I needed.The lady on site is very nice and helpful :)

The office manager is kind and friendly. She helped us get set up for the perfect unit to meet our needs last minute. The office is clean and inviting and the prices are beyond reasonable. My unit opens on both sides and was clean and ready to move into immediately. My only wish is that it had 24 hour access.

Im a repeat customer......that should speak for itself! Nice that we could communicate via email. Quick replies. Had an issue with being charged for insurance, but that was because I didnt provide the proper documentation. Once I did, they applied a credit to my account promptly!

UPDATE: While the property manager did not help me, I reached out to StorageMart via Twitter and received quick, helpful customer service. They have refunded me 2 months rent which is more than adequate. While I cant retract what my experience was, they did make it right in the end. I am adjusting my review from 1 to 4 stars. I did not have any issues with this facility until it was time to vacate. Until then, it met my needs.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I was the only one with a key to my unit. Somehow, rat poison was placed in my unit which attracted maggots and damaged some of my property. When I asked the manager if they put rat poison in units, he admitted that they did. When I asked how they got it in MY unit, he said they probably threw them over the top of the wall of an adjoining unit. When I asked to be reimbursed for the damage that their employee caused to my property by tampering with my unit (when I specifically did not give them access to my unit for this very reason) I was told that I should have bought their protection plan.I escalated this to the district manager. He said he spoke with the property manager who supposedly now denies putting rat poison in ANY units. I was called a liar and he said the case is closed on this matter.While I understand their intention was not to damage my property, trying to go above and beyond backfired in this situation.

Bad experience.There was a constant puddle of water in front of my unit, every time it rained. (This was in Section I) One morning I almost tipped my $800 tiller over, trying to straddle the puddle & push the tiller. I wanted moved & I needed a much bigger unit anyways. There was also & big pile of mud next to my aisle, as if they had just snaked the drainage system. Anyways, I emptied my unit, took the lock off & planned to contact them later in the day.So, when I call them to see if he could vacate me from that unit, he says something like, I saw it was empty & I already have you vacated. Have a nice day sir. Then, he just hangs up on me.I dont have a garage. & there I was with $10,000 worth of lawn care equipment on my trailer & no where to put it. The crap I had to go through that night, trying to figure out what to do with my stuff.

The people were very nice and it was in the budget(price range)

Being my first storage unit rental I am very pleased with all aspects of this establishment. The rates are good. They were helpful getting me settled into the proper size unit (took 3 attempts) and I always look forward to coming in office to pay my bill! Sherri is very kind and helpful. There was even a technical error that locked me out and I called customer service whom made it I priority to get it resolved and into my unit aftet hours! Highly recommend doing your storage business here!

I give this place 5 stars. We showed up and Sherry was already waiting for us. And we got first month for only $20.

While signing up for a unit was OK, getting my bills is not. My first 2 months statements were never emailed to me. I pay all of my bills, but you must send me a statement. And I prefer snail mail. And further more, when I went to their office the 2nd month to complain, the guy behind the counter told me to come back tomorrow when the regular guy would be in. Very poor customer service from that one.
