Put on waiting list for outdoor storage. Never heard back. Called, kept saying nothing. Gave up. Found better, nicer, storage for same amount.

Great place to store your recreational vehicle. Not only does the Storage Place have excellent security but if youre a novice you can usually find someone on-site to help troubleshoot RV mechanical problems for Class A, B and C vehicles. Just a all around good place to store personal belongings.

Great facility and awesome folks to work with. Very clean and well maintained with security cameras monitoring activities. Plus, the owner, Steve Barclay, takes a personal interest in his customers and goes above and beyond in helping. He recently helped me get my RV winterized before the recent cold snap. He is also community minded and allowed me to use their box truck to help move sets for the local performance of Matilda (CYT of KC). All around, outstanding!! This is THE PLACE to Store It.

If there were six stars we would give them! Clean units, extremely friendly and helpful staff and they went out of their way to help us out when we ended up needing two units instead of one. Highly recommend!

Excellent people there to work with! I rented a storage space for my 28ft trailer and I could not quite get it to fit in the space allotted. They were super friendly, understand the situation and gave me a full refund! I am now on a list hoping they will get a better spot open soon! Will be back and continue to do business with.

Very clean and reasonable. You can even rent their moving truck for 2 days if you rent their units.

Reserved a unit online. Called to setup a time to pay the day I was supposed to start my rental and they claimed that they did not receive my online order and in 3 days had rented all available units. Did not help me at all. More than enough storage places in this area to choose from so I suggest choosing a different one.

This is THE best place to store your RV. This is not just a place to store, but Steve, the owner will go out of his way to make sure if you are a novice RVer or not, to answer questions. All staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Im a very new owner of a Class A. Going on our first long trip and needed some help with checking air in the tires. Rolled the rig up and Steve had the correct pressure gage, helped me inflate all the low tires by bringing out a compressor and generator. Then checked my house batteries and they needed water and then helped me wash the entire RV along with getting all the black streaks off. Way beyond what is expected. Too bad there are not 6 stars to rate. I feel so much more prepared and there is comfort knowing Im driving a safe RV. Thank you Steve!!!

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Steve and the rest of the crew for about 3 years. They are always helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Without getting into a bunch of details, trust me when I say they go above and beyond to help you out. I love the facility and the amenities. If you are an RV family, the new area is amazing for insulated/covered storage with power! All of the guys here are RV’rs which is awesome if you are a novice or long time camper. They know what you need/want in a storage facility and can help/advise on certain items when you’re starting out. They were extremely helpful as my family transitioned into the RV family! They even installed an onsite dump station for the RV’rs with water during the new buildout. Makes it incredibly convenient when traveling back from a vacation! I look forward to many more years of business with these guys! Thanks Steve, Ed and Jim, keep up the good work!
