Chris Baker at Harlan Parker State Farm made my day much better. I was not feeling well and returned to my car at the doctors office; only to find I had a flat tire. It was in the 90s that day so I turned the AC up and called Overland Park Tow Service. It would be 30 - 45 minute wait. They never showed up at my car. So I called State Farm (Harlans) and told Chris my situation. She had Pro-Tow there within 30 minutes. Chris kept me informed and checked on me. I was grateful since I am handicapped and had to turn off the engine several times. I cant say, Thank you, enough for her thoroughness.
