Ive been insured with State Farm since I started driving decades ago. I have been 100% pleased with their coverage and responsiveness. I shopped around for cheaper insurance, but State Farms pricing was always competitive and they had the most satisfied customers (including me), so I stayed. When I moved to Kansas Kaleb Hale became my agent, and hes been WONDERFUL. Always responsive and helpful, and at times going above and beyond. I highly recommend State Farm and Kaleb Hale!

The Hale agency has been wonderful for me for the past 5+ years. I love being able to call with any concerns, they know who I am and get back to me right away. They work with my budget to get me the best deal possible for my needs, and arent high pressure sales people. Any price increases (if there are any) are explained to me in common terms. Mostly, I get nice discounts and rate drops.At the end of the day, I know that I am paying for a service, but I really feel like Im getting the best service I can for the price.

Ive been with this Agency since Jim Hickey retired, and I have nothing but great things to say! I recently bought a car, and everyone there helped me every step of the way. From any insurance quotes I might need, to getting approved for a car loan, and also helping me choose the loan terms that best fit me. Matyra even met me at a dealership near KCI to get me the loan check, and made sure I got the car that night! Afterward, I also got disability insurance so I would be covered should anything happen to me for not only my new car, but for bills, my house, etc. Again, Matyra was VERY helpful, finding the policy and terms that worked best for me.
