I took my truck to get lights and a bed liner installed. Had some miscommunication about the bed liner and how I wanted the lights wired after dropping my vehicle off but Jarrod fixed the issue without hesitation and made sure I was taken care of. Great customer service and good product/quality. 10/10 would recommend using them again for future mods.

If you are looking to have custom work done to your vehicle don’t look any further. These guys are great. Jarrod went above and beyond to work with me. I had Powder coat satin black wheels, Top spray bedliner, LED lights and Roush splash stripes graphic bed add on my new truck and they did a great job. These guys are honest and do fantastic work. I went in today looking into getting a lift for my Subaru Crosstrek and I have to say the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was referred to this location by my car dealer as they have a great reputation and in addition to all the other services and lifts they provide they happen to have experience in lifting Subaru’s as well which was nice. They happened to have the kit in stock and I asked if they could do same day as I had a busy rest of the week and they made it happen so that meant a lot. It rides and looks amazing I am extremely pleased and will continue to use these guys for any future upgrades I do. I was given a very fair price as well and I did my research beforehand. To end this review they are very professional do a great job and are trustworthy so 5/5!

If you’re in the market to upgrade your car or truck this is the only place to go in Oklahoma City. Not only are their prices extremely fair but they get your vehicle in and out quickly and stand behind their products and installations. I got wheels, tires a leveling kit and shocks for my Ford F350. After getting my vehicle home I noticed a sound coming from the front end, I called Jarrod, he immediately made it a priority, offered to send an employee to my house to pick up my vehicle. They made one small adjustment fixing the issue and I was back on the road within 15 minutes. You can’t be that kind of service, give these guys a shot you won’t be disappointed!!

This is THE place if you are looking for aftermarket accessories for your vehicle. These guys knocked it out of the park on my 2016 Escalade. I had it lowered, replaced the front grill, blacked out my trim, tinted the windows and some clean 24”s installed I couldn’t be happier. So I bought a 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 new from a dealer ship well in that they offered me a $1000.00 any where I want to spend it as long as its for the truck well I told them I wanted a bad ass 1000 watt stereo they said no problem we have a resource that can do that. And it was California customs I said cool get it done. Well I droped it off they had it a week when I got it back it sounded horrible all my speaker noise come from my dash I cant even hear the door speakers until its over halfway up then they distort I tried to fix the fade and when u move the fade nothing happens well after a little investigation I tore the front stereo out and sure though they have all 6 speakers wired into 2 wires that would be the dash speakers after that I took the door panel off and come to find out they have 30$ speakers crappy powerbass Ive never even heard of them I looked them up and they were 30$ for 4 speakers well when I checked the amp for the gain come to find out my back seat wasnt even bolted down neither was the middle seatbelt now does that sound like a $1000.00 stereo hell no I usually do my own stereo but I thought since its new why not let professional do the job lesson learned Im just glad I didnt pay for itDONT USE THEM !!!!

The reason why I have rated 2 stars. For the past four months I have been doing with California customs OKC over a mishap with my BMW 335i. About four months ago I had window tent put on my car. I had California customs come pick my vehicle up at my workplace. They said it would be done in roughly 3 hours. Once done they would bring the vehicle back to me. Which they did. During that morning on my drive to work my vehicle was working and functioning perfectly fine. As well as me driving the vehicle up to the front of my workplace to hand over the keys to one of the drivers to take the vehicle to California customs. Once vehicle was completed they drove my vehicle back. I don’t know if the Employee driving my personal vehicle at the time was being careless. When I took possession of my vehicle I went to start the vehicle and noticed it was running funny. I look down at the instrument cluster and noticed a check engine light on. I proceeded to ask the driver who drove my vehicle from Oklahoma City to Norman if the check engine light was on the whole time. He replied “YES”. I did asked him why he didn’t call me and let me know that my check engine light was on my vehicle at the time of it being at California customs. He replied with “ not my problem talk to the boss” And smugly laughed it off. Of course at that exact point in time I called and notified DAVID DOMINIAK” about my problem with one my car having a check engine light on and also the attitude of his work employee. Since my check engine light was on I had to borrow a vehicle to drive back-and-forth to home and work because that is the only transportation that I have. David reassured me that he would pay me back either out of his pocket or out of California customs one way or the other he would make it right. Like I said this has been for months and ongoing. And to top that off they didn’t even get my window tent right. But he did fix that but just not the fact that he didn’t honor what he said he was going to do. Like I said it’s been four months and ongoing. I will NOT recommend any of my clientele to this place. I do not want a Nother customer to have trouble with this place and them not hold up the side of their bargain that they said. Like I said it’s been four months and ongoing. And the only way that I’m gonna be able to get anything done is to take legal action towards California customs OKC. I hope someone reads this review and makes it right.
