I drove over 7000 miles last year with a dog, cat, and a baby... so you can imagine what the inside of my vehicle looked like. They came, they cleaned, they conquered. Seriously, my SUV looks almost brand new on the inside. They were a little late... I thought about taking off a star, but the quality of their work more than made up for it. And online scheduling doesn’t always work the way it should, so I’m not going to fault them for that! They seriously did a fantastic job.

If you need a ceramic coating or anything else done to your vehicle I would definitely recommend these guys. They did such a good job on my truck and were very knowledgeable about all of the products. Literally told me everything I needed to know about the process and how to care for it afterwards. They even stayed late so I could bring my truck up there. I don’t trust anybody with my truck I’ve been burned too many times but I trust them and will come back in the future.

I had my car detailed a month ago and was very disappointed with the experience. I had just bought a used car that was in pretty clean condition to begin with but wanted it detailed to feel new. When I picked up the vehicle it looked nice on the outside and from what I could see looked good on the inside. When I got home I looked closer and realized that none of the compartments or cup holders had even been wiped out. The third row seating was untouched and there was still sticky residue and dirt in the cup holders from the previous owner. The cargo space was not vacuumed at all. There was definitely no shampooing of carpet and at most was just a light vacuum. I had to use my own shop vac to clean what wasn’t done and ended up finding tons of trash, food, and grass between seats and in the tracks of our middle row captain seats. I paid $175 for a detail that I could have paid $15 for at a drive through car wash and free vacuum place. I will say that I was told when I picked up my vehicle to bring it back if I noticed anything that wasn’t addressed. I would have done this had it been a couple of minor things but the fact that 75% of the interior was completely neglected I didn’t find it worth my time to take it back.

I booked an appointment for a detailed clean of the inside of my car three weeks ago. I put in my credit card information and received an email that they were reviewing my request. I never heard back and thought that they would be coming at the scheduled appointment time. They never showed and has not contacted me back. I understand if you are busy but not getting back to people after 3 weeks is poor service. I also don’t want my credit card info with them if they never preformed the service.

Had a scheduled appointment to have my windows tinted. Ended up waiting almost ALL DAY before it was completed.Spotty, suspect job, film particles left in vehicle and no attention to detail.Ended up having my car completely re done by a more reputable Xpel dealer under warranty.

These guys did a great job detailing an older minivan. The car hasn’t looked this great in years! One of them even ran back to the shop to pick up the big carpet cleaner to get out some stubborn stains. Super satisfied and will definitely use again!

They did a great job on my old Nissan Cube that my brother really messed up. He took his time and the car smells great I can tell he used quality products. The best part was he was able to come to my house and clean it so I didn’t have to wait around while getting it was cleaned.

Great experience! I know little to nothing about this stuff and it was my first time getting a car detailed.My puppy pooped in the front passenger seat of my Honda civic sedan and all I wanted was to not want to set the whole car on fire.I got the deep clean interior detail and it was well worth the money. I can stand to have people sitting in my front passenger seat again, and the whole thing probably hasnt been this clean since it rolled off the lot.

I used to detail cars myself when I was younger. Had time to talk with Jorge a bit when I came to pick up my car and he seems to have the right training and know his stuff. They did a great job restoring the paint to look like new by getting rid of all the swirls and micro scratches. Interior looks just as great.

This guy does it all! Buffing, waxing, certified paint correction, professional-grade ceramic coatings! I don’t trust anyone else for my vehicles. For a year and a half, Exclusive has been making me shine down the road! Highly recommend. Don’t let those other guys give you hurricane swirls!

I had such a good experience with these guys! I was selling my car to a coworker, and I really needed the stains from my dog jumping in the lake and then into my car removed. He warned me beforehand that he couldnt guarantee full stain removal, but it was a huge improvement! The rest of my seats and interior upholstery were 100% clean when they left, including all the dog hair and weird spills from drinks. He had me inspect my car and made sure I was completely happy before they packed up to leave. It was so nice to have them come to my workplace, so I didnt have to drop it off and come back. Next time I need some detailing done, Id be happy to give these guys a call.

I recently bought a 2018 Mazda CX-9 Sig and was shopping around for options on Xpel paint protection and tint. I shopped around Oklahoma and Texas and everyone pretty much had the same pricing $800-1000 for Partial hood (includes fenders, front bumper, side view mirrors) and $1800-2000 for Full Front coverage (includes whole hood, fenders, whole front bumper and mirrors). Tint was roughly $180-200 for front and back everywhere I looked. Anyways, I decided I was only going to do a partial hood and tint for hopefully no more $1000.I looked up Xpel installers in OKC and Exclusive Details website just stood out to me, It looked very sharp and professional. I gave them a call and spoke with George who was so very professional and respectful. This man took his time to explain every detail that had to do with this Xpel paint protection and answered all of my questions like he already knew what I was going to ask, I was so impressed that I made an appointment. When I got there, he asked what my budget was and what I would like to have done vs what my budget could cover. Then he offered me a deal for the full hood (to include all the stuff mentioned before) and tint...I dont want too put out the price cause it might mess with his business, but it was so good that I had to take it cause I knew there was no way in hell I would get such a deal anywhere else. I went just a little over my initial $1000 budget but I got a lot more done than I thought I wouldve been able to afford. Anywhere else wouldve charged me atleast $2000 but I paid way less with Exclusive Detail.Picked up my car a few days later and Jonathan had it ready and clean for pick-up. Had a great experience with Exclusive Detail! George and Jonathan were very professional, polite, and easy to talk to...awesome people offering impeccable business. I absolutely recommend them a million times over if youre looking for a good deal on Xpel products and more. Thanks fellas!

I had a Lyft customer puke all over the inside and outside of my front passenger door. This detail shop did an amazing job to get the smell and all the residual puke off my door and out of the inside of my door.

You know its a good experience when you have to call the police. So I asked for a price and an estimate on when the car would be finished. I explained that I needed the car that evening before dark, because my headlights were not functioning properly on my wives car. I get a call after its already dark saying my car is ready. I say cool and ask for the uber ride that was offered earlier since my wife couldnt drive in the dark. Johnny then starts making up reasons why he cant and also tries to change the agreed upon price. I tell him this is unacceptable, but since he knew I had an important meeting in the morning I guess he thought he had all the leverage they needed. He gets off the phone and has his boss call me and threaten to keep the car locked up over night unless I paid for my own uber, which I had already said I would do anyways, and the increased amount which I refused to pay at first but gave in after repeated threats to hold my car hostage. I said I would pay the increased price and be there shortly, but called the cops and had them meet me because I feared for my safety and wanted it to be documented if they damaged my car. Needless to say I wouldnt recommend to anyone. Thankfully with the police there they released the car at the agreed upon price of $120. My car was covered in cleaning chemicals and needed to be wiped down severely afterwards. We had to drive home with the windows down just to be able to breathe!

Brought it days before so they can give me an accurate estimate and timeframe for a full detail. Brought it on time and was given three hours timeframe. Three hours turned to four then six then EIGHT AND A HALF, noon to 830pm. When picked up, seats were still moist and heavily smelling to cleaning supplies so I had to drive back with windows rolled down fully, WATER was still on floor mats, so much so that you could hear it when breaking and accelerating. Had to leave windows open and let air finish drying overnight, as well as wiping it further in numerous places. Not thoroughly cleaned as I expected it to be, even though I brought it days before so that I get a quote for pristine condition. Brought it here due to the positive reviews, but mine was a negative experience.
