Called and asked about prices to get 4 tweeter speakers installed and was quoted $120 for the installation. When it was time to pay they charged us $240 and claimed they told us it was $120 for 2 tweeters to get installed, when we SPECIFICALLY asked multiple times for a quote FOR 4 of them to get installed. Really wish I would’ve read the reviews before going there. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I dropped my car off to get Upgraded overnight. So far so good. Everyone was really nice and I even met a couple of returning customers that are really satisfied with their work as well.

Called on a Mon to schedule tint appt (gave year/make/model), dropped off Wed, got a call Fri to come in to remove antenna before they could tint back window, drove 30 miles to remove antenna (which took less than 3 minutes), then was told it would be ready Sat. Came Sat, waited 1.5 hours for them to finish, then saw the poor work done (see pics).Came back up the following Monday and Hector (owner) said to bring it back next week Monday at 930 and he would fix it, acknowledging the poor quality of the job. Returned on Monday to find they were closed. Left the car and picked it up the following Friday to find out they just got some bubbles out, leaving the scratched tint. Overall 3 weeks for a subpar $250 tint job.Review edit:I did have 2 other cars (less than 10 years old and no pre-existing tinting) tinted here, both 4-star workmanship. I have changed my rating to 2-star overall, to account for my other experiences. If a re-tint on car older than 10 years is tough, and will require 3 weeks to do, just say so when I call to schedule or put that info online. Transparency, communication, and ownership go a long way in doing business.

This place is absolutely shady, and trash. They’ll tell you a different price everyday. They rescheduled me 3 times, they never open on time extremely unprofessional. I showed up to all my appointments 15 minutes early I had to wait over an hour for someone to show up. When they said they’d call me back to rescheduled I waited a week for no call until I just called them. When I finally got my tint the job was absolute sh!t. Not worth the money or time with these people.

Best shop in OKC very reasonable on prices

I took my boat in for a basic window tint. The rubber molding on the inside got melted to the frame and the window as well as the razor scratches on the outside. And I have been finding little bits of razor blades in the carpet. Had them replace the tint the first time, but still came back with more issues after the second attempt. Was willing to call it good with refunding half the amount kept getting told we were waiting on the store owner to respond. After a week no one would respond at all, which is why I am posting here. Not a great place to do business, since they do not stand by what they do. Take a look for yourself.

It’s guaranteed that you’ll never find a flawless business anywhere, anytime under no circumstances. Businesses will fall short sometimes and businesses will have bad days. My experience at the business fell short in both of those areas however I remained humble and reasonable to my transactions allowing the right outcome to be performed and settled. That is exactly what occurred. It took compromising on both sides which I’m ok with doing my part as the customer to get things done. One thing that I’m adding is to make sure you do get a thorough exclamation of your transaction as possible so that you won’t be surprised by any unwanted outcomes. For example..I voided my warranties by losing my receipts and allowing tapering with my system that these guy installed. I absolutely knew the outcome of this and the disappointment it brought me however I wanted my audio system restored asap so I rested my case and paid the necessary fees it took to make it happen. Best car audio number one in Oklahoma City

This place is an absolute joke! They are so unprofessional and shady, it baffles me how they’re still in business. I took my car there a few days ago to have a remote starter installed and ended up paying fees that weren’t disclosed before the installation. After waiting roughly 5 hours, they had the audacity to tell me that they were too busy to call me to let me know they had to install extra material worth 150$ to get things working. I wish I read all the reviews before going there, would not recommend this place to anyone, even if their services were free.

Ask every question about pricing before you go in. They will not tell you anything. Talked to them 3 times before I took my car. They knew the model and did not tell me it would need a $140 bypass module for a remote start. Which I already paid $130 for. Not even sure if that was true. They also didn’t tell me that you can’t use their waiting room right now. Why? Y’all weren’t wearing masks and there’s only 2 of you working. So I had to walk around for 2 hours while they installed the remote start. Super unprofessional.

Avoid purchasing anything from Imperial Car Audio. They will insert hidden fees at the end of the service and claim it was required without any forewarning. They will try to scam you and use deceitful tactics to get you to pay more for their services. Also, if anyone wants to know the real cost of this: Their starter kit (Avital 4105L 1-Way Remote Start) costs 65$ online and they charge about another 70$ for labor, notwithstanding hidden fees they try and squeeze when you take your car. Be very wary if youre considering going there, sort the reviews by lowest to highest to get a better understanding of this business. They have a lot of fake 5 star reviews. A bit of research will show you theres better deals out there for similar costs, avoid yourself the headache by going there.Response to owner: You quoted me $100 extra for keyless entry on 4 doors. I paid my bill early, and then you tell me you were only able to install keyless entry on 1 door and refused to initiate any partial refund. You became erratic and violent when I came to get my partial refund the next day, even though you told me to come take a partial refund due to your mistake in misquoting me. I provided all the recordings of you admitting to your mistake and violent behavior in the shop. Luckily, both Groupon and the credit company put a strike on your business and refunded me all incurred expenses due to your incompetence, lies, and lack of business to client professionalism. Also filed a police report documenting what happened and advised the better business bureau about your shady business services. Next time you come on here to try and defend your practices, at least try and have some integrity and honesty.

Called for a certain size and brand of sub, picked up and was the wrong size. They did agree to give me the correct item for the same price, even though it was more. Waited, and when I went to pick up, the brand was different, and when asked, they stated it was onother line of the brand or made by the same people. Great tint; took about 3 hours on my SUV and it is awesome.

Great guys to work with. Got my tint done on my new 2018 dodge ram 1500 quad cab. Also had single kicker comp 12 and a 1200w amp installed at the same time. System sounds amazing and tint made the whole truck look different in a good way. The only reason for 4 stars in because i noticed my check engine light was coming on sporadically and my glow plug light would flash on the instrument cluster. Took the truck to the dealership where i bought it the week before. There service department found a roll of electrical tape and a razor blade under the hood. They also found that the amp power wire was wired to where the glow plug control module connects to the battery wich is no problem but the problem was that the nut to tighten the wiring down to the battery was never put back on. That is what caused my check engine light and glow plug light to flash on my instrument cluster. Minor issue but the dealership service department put a new nut on and tightened it up for me.

This place advertised that the remote start is $120.00 and then when you get in there the price changes to $230.00. When we first took the car in the man at the front desk was very rude and acted like we were bothering him. Well, the remote does not function the way it was described so, I hope they will fix what ever is wrong. We will not be returning to this establishment. this just might have been a bad day for this place, but you are working in the public so, fake it.

I went here today to get my sons car tinted or his 16th birthday and the customer service was exceptional. They had my car finished in a timely manner And even went above and beyond with fixing a part of the door that had came off inside of the car due to it being slammed! I also used a groupon which after the groupon and a coupon for groupon I had, I only ended up paying $103. I also purchased their groupon for remote start in will be bringing my vehicle back to Imperial car audio really soon to have that installed.

My appointment time was honored and my Suburban received an excellent window tinting job and also a remote start system. Both were done on time and for the price quoted. My car was as clean inside as when I gave it to them. I was treated professionally and respectfully. This is my second trip to this shop in two years. I used a Groupon to save a little extra.

Ask the owner how he went about removing the pink noise from my rear passenger DB tweeter in my 01 Silverado. You know just like the one I just bought from Amazon for $20 but they charged me $120 for a pair, I only wished I could post a pic of the way he left the Tweeter in my truck. Ethics may not be everything and Ive experienced some really weird situations in my life but I honestly believe this one takes the cake. We wont mention the part when he was confronted about who installed the tweeters because of a another issue and at first he said he did not know who installed them and then he finally admitted that it was him. Congratulations to everyone that received a good deal and was treated Fair but you can leave it to me to bring out the other side.

Amazing work! They started the work exactly at the time I scheduled and were done right within the estimated time frame. They even have a nice waiting room if youd like to stay until the job is complete. Highly recommend and will be using again very soon!

Did a good job on installing amp and box for me. But did not put spare tire tools back in truck so when I had a flat I had to pay someone to get the spare down for me. Then had to buy a new tool bag because they could not find the one they left out of my truck.

I have had Hector put remote starts on 3 different cars, tint windows, apply graphic decals and install a stereo and even a backup camera over the years. I always come here when i need any work. They are reasonable and have always been easy to work with. He stands behind his work, i had a switch go bad after over a year had passed. He pulled it in had them replace it and down the road i went didn’t charge me anything. Good people....

We had to bring our car in 3 different times(the second time they wouldn’t work on the car unless we left it overnight, even though we called and made an appointment for same day pick up) for the tint job to be done, and it is still not done well. The first time we had them tint it, every window had 1 or more bubbles after waiting 2 weeks and had to be redone. When this was redone, 2 windows still had bubbles and the passenger door window was done at 5% tint, while the other large windows were 20%(what we had asked for). The owner offered to redo it for the third time when I called him, but when asked if he could guarantee it would be done well and without bubbles he said he could not guarantee this. We did not even bother going to have the tint fixed again or asking for our money back because it was not worth another frustrating encounter with this company. We ended up taking it somewhere else, and they checked the tint in every window which showed that 3/7(one door window and two small back windows) of the windows were done at 5% while the others were 20%. Would not recommend for tinting.

Hector and his staff are very professional and reasonably priced. The have tinted 4 of my vehicles and done a reverse camera for me. Each time the work looked excellent and was done quick. I wouldnt recommend anyone else but Hector at imperial..

Ive been going to this guy for around 8 years tints all my vehicles, I send all kinds of friends here stereos, lights, tint, alarms, remote starts. All good reviews from my friends, give them a try you will be happy with their work!

After an unfortunate first appointment with them, they remedied the issue that kept them from being able to install the remote start the first time. They had to order another part and some new equipment. This wouldnt have been such a big deal if we lived in town. As it was, we spent a Saturday the first time, and then my husband took a vacation day from work after the part was in to take our car back. I do believe for the most part they are probably able to finish in one day, but our case proved to be more difficult. We have a 2016 Toyota Corrolla. Now, they have what is needed to perform the service. If you live in town, I would definitely recommend them. They made good on the service they said they could provide, and I now have the remote start installed on my car.

Absolutely flawless install on the tint. No bubbles, scratches, or misalignment of the film.Last experience with tint was at a Subaru dealership on a 2013 Subaru Legacy. The dealership charged double the price, and I received half the quality.I highly recommend Imperial for their professionalism and quality of work. I will be a returning customer for audio needs in the near future.

Wife took her car here for tint with the recent groupon. Went back twice because of crumpled tint in the upper corner of the window. Instead of re- doing it they just cut that area of tint out. Promised a quick fix but they trapped our car in front of some other job that we had to wait for them to complete before giving our car back to us. Quality and workmanship are not great. Customer service is lacking as well. They dont seem to care about the people they are helping. They seem to be hustling with the high volume and allowing customer service and quality to suffer. Get the job done right the first time and when you set expectations make sure you are meeting and exceeding them. It was certainly a frustrating experience to get tint done here.

Had remote start keyless entry on my Chevy Silverado. Love the keyless entry but the remote start stopped working today. Hopefully they will honor their warranty. The whole reason I went to them was for the remote start.
