Had to replace two storm window panes die to storm damage. They cut them perfectly and put them in the frames for me for under $100. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent service and the work is perfect. You can probably find somewhere cheaper but the quality speaks volumes to me. Well worth it. I highly recommend

My mother has been using City glass for over 20 years. I myself have used them from everything from a car window, window repair and plexi glass. They have a very quick turnaround time.

I needed a new window regulator in one of my car doors. City Glass Co had the best price and the fastest service (same day) available. They even drove me to work after I dropped off my car! I had a great experience. The price I was quoted was the exact price I was charged.

I have bought glass here before on numerous occasions with a good experience.I called to price plexiglass during Covid pandemic and was told they had probably the only three sheets left in the city and the price was $250 for a 6x8.Typically it is closer to 75-100. I found some on the Facebook A marketplace Business On the south side for $100 a sheet.I don’t know if that is their price but it is $150 dollars cheaper at two locations I have found so far. Do your research.

I have been using city glass for 44 years and have been happy every time I have used them. Their work is good and they stand behind their work. They treat me like family after all the years i’ve Used them.

I walked in there needing half a dozen sheets of cut glass. They were able to do it right then and I waited for only about 20 minutes. They were very nice and easy to work with. I will be going back there.

Poor service when I needed some glass replaced, sounded annoyed when I called to see if it arrived and was reminded they would call me once it arrived. Called the next day late afternoon and he said it arrived yesterday.After picking up the glass I noticed some Issues with the edge and he quickly blamed the manufacturer who made the glass, I had to press him to get their shop to clean up the edges.I ended up needing Another piece of similar glass and called another shop in town and found it for %25 less with much better customer service.

I just took a showcase in to have its top glass replaced, as my other half had (!!!) been in an auto accident in my company vehicle and, well, suffice it to say that the top glass in the showcase which had been in the company vehicles back didnt exactly fare well in the crash.(Our companys estate sales move all across central Oklahoma, and showcases are vital to us, as we routinely display fine jewelry, rare coins, firearms, etc. in our sales.)I dropped the showcase in question off on a Wednesday; it was ready for pick-up the very next day.The cost was very reasonable (about $136.00), and the friendly man who waited on me even went so far as to silicone the glass in, just as it had been siliconed in before.I will definitely (and eagerly!) refer this locally owned and well managed business to anyone who needs high quality, thorough workmanship.Five golden Google Maps stars for City Glass Company!

I had two issues with City Glass: the first of which was that they messed up the moulding on the windshield which I had to take back and get redone.The second problem was that they cracked my dashboard and when this was brought to their attention they basically said I was lying. Well, you might have not had to pay to fix the dashboard you guys broke but now you have a 1 star review and Ill let anyone know to stay away from this establishment.

I found them online and was hesitant because of all the bad reviews. I called them to get a price on replacing a broken window if I brought them the frame. They gave me a price for the size, cut and installed in the frame. When I got to their shop with the frame they tried to charge me 4 times the price they had quoted me. There were two men in the office and they both denied ever speaking with me on the phone. I had their address and phone number in my phone for GPS directions. The place has several bays, all empty and only those two men working.BEWARE, they run the basic bait and switch scam. Once they had installed the glass in my frame I would have had to pay the inflated price or lose my frame.

Broke a customers glass screen door. Called city glass to replace the glass. Was give a quote of about $180 for replacement and I told the guy that much more and I would just replace the entire door. Had a little laugh about it. Anyways they call me to get payment on the replacement glass and charged me $340.20. I was pissed. I could have replaced the entire door 1.5xs over for that amount.

Initial order failed to get submitted despite paid in full. Glad I called to check on the order the afternoon I was supposed to receive it. I had to call again late afternoon to see if my orders second attempt had been submitted and hopefully completed. It had come in but I never received the notification call to advise me. Once again glad I called them. No apologies nada. Piss poor follow up on orders to ensure placement, completion, and customer notification.

I have been getting glass at this location for at least 15 years. Tempered glass, window glass, glass for picture frames, and every time Ive gone there, the prices been fair, the service has been excellent.
