These folks were very helpful in dealing with my rare model S. They let me go home with all the stuff Id ordered and try again once I figured out that wed need the little lift attachments for the s to sit on in order to get the car to fit on their rack. Its definitely not a standard order working with a Tesla but they worked with me to get it taken care of.

They got us back on the road when a dealer wouldnt help us. So kind and polite. Quick service.

I gave 4 stars because I was the last one there and they had to bring my wheels from another store. The guys in the garage wanted to go home. But my problem is I live 2 hours away. With that said they didn’t make sure the wheels/ tires were properly balanced! I have a very bad vibration. I’m not happy

ETA: Since my review, I have received a full refund for the alignment. Thank you, RNR.A few months ago, I went to RNR for an alignment. The staff was friendly, no issues there. The price point was nice compared to others in the area, thats what brought me in the door. When it was all said and done, the tech told me We couldnt get it perfect, but its close. Its good enough and better than it was before. Not knowing any better, I said okay, cool.Fast forward and I start noticing my car getting really shaky. The alignment has gotten progressively worse. I decide to not take it back to RNR, despite the warranty, because I figured if they couldnt get it right the first time, why try. I go to Firestone at Tinker and they break the news to me that I need at least 3 new tires, with one of them nearly completely separated from the wall. I take some responsibility for not inspecting the tires more frequently and for not knowing any better about getting an alignment done. But you people are supposed to be the professionals. If you couldnt get it right, then dont say its good enough.This situation could have been a lot worse than a surprise $1000+ bill for new tires. My entire family was put in danger because your alignment skills were good enough.

I was extremely desperate for new tires as mine were extremely worn, and not wanting to drop a huge amount of money all at once, I discovered this local place that had a system that I could do. Very fair pricing for great quality tires. Very welcoming. Met the store manager and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I came in with a bit anxiousness not having any experience with purchasing tires before. But rest assured, they helped me out and gave me outstanding service. Got me in and out in an hour. Fabian was incredibly helpful as well. Would highly recommend RNR to anybody who needs tires!

I just recently purchased tires from r&r and in the process of them putting the tires on they broke the center cap to two of my rims. They clearly stayed if I could find The center caps that they would credit my account which would take care of the payment toward the end. however I dont feel that I should be held accountable or responsible for something that they have done. Also Ive had to take my car back several times because of certain things such as my tires not holding air them telling me my rims are 13 years old or telling me that its chrome and thats why its not holding air.also Ive asked to speak with the lady in the account area ask her if it was okay if I make a double payment but not paid this week she clearly stated that I was going to be charged $2 and some change per day for every day that I was late however my payments are never late Im never behind I pay more than what they told me my payment was going to be so I can get my tires paid off immediately.I have to give it to Dustin, Dustin did go the extra mile and try to get everything taken care of and you know explain to me took me out there showed me what was wrong however I just clearly highly recommend that if you have rims dont go there because theyre going to wind up messing them up youre going to have to eat the expenses out of your pocket they only credit your account for the damages that they I also called up there and asked about my center cap that they had kept so I could get the parts number off of it so I could get my center caps ordered and I was told that they threw it in the trash. This is the south western location.

When we first got the tires we were asked to please give them a good rating now after having to deal with them if I could I would give them 0 stars. Especially the south western location. I made my payments a week late but always paid up what I owed, and on the day I paid them off it was what the pay off balance was suppose to be so it wasn’t like I got behind for paying late. I always caught myself up . I got paid every two weeks but they would harass me and call and call every single day ! So glad it’s over with I will never come here again

My opinon was not happy due to flat tire. Tire have less then 10,000 or 7 mths old and still had to pay $30.00 for a tire to get replace. Not fair guaranteed for a year not.!

I stopped at the Moore, OK location & they didnt have the tire I needed but called this location and they did so I came here after the Moore store called ahead for me. Upon entering Juan ignored me for 2 - 3 minutes before finally acknowledging me. He acted like he had no idea what I was talking about(I came directly here the Moore location.) Juan then proceeded to do busy work with paperwork before finally looking up what tire I needed. All told I was there for almost 1 hour for what should have taken 15 minutes. The gentleman who changed my tire was polite & efficient(unfortunately I didnt get his name.)If I wasnt in a bind being out of state on vacation I would have went somewhere else because of the attitude of your front clerk.

RNR Tire ExpressTuesday · 6:50 PMI was never informed that my days had ran out. I made a payment around the end of Sept bringing of Oct 2020 for 198ish give or the a few dollars and asked what my balance was. I was told jist shy of 600 like 589 and after the 190 payment I would owe like 300. I called back at end of month to pay off balance and was informed my same as cash has expired and I owe 1500 once again so I paid the 104 that she said to pay and was told to talk to some one. Like I said I work in law enforcement in a prison environment so finding time is difficult. Now I am paying almost double for my tires and wheels. I can not afford that and now with this damage from the ice storm and going on almost 11 days with out electricity i am strapped for cash paying for hotels and food.. I questioned why. They told my 180 days had ran out. Which I was not aware of that. I felt like that it should have been some type of courtesy to let me know that before hand. I work for the state as a Correctional Peace Officer I dont always have my phone but if you enter tells me I will owe 300 on my next payment just to find out that you wont honor that is wrong. It should have been my decision if I wanted to pay double for them tires. And when I complained about the lady was very rude and told me that I could give them back after I had paid close to a thousand dollars on them. Yall are ripping people off. Price gouging really and there really should be something done about this.Desired OutcomeHonor what was told to me or extend my contract. I really want to be to be done paying for these tires. So I basically got about a whole another 8 more months or so on these tires. Please help!!!!!

If I could put no star I would the IAM a current costumer and they missed up my truck by leaving my car misaligned and tried saying I was due to something else but No !! It was RNR on western plus the hours of waiting there for them just to put wheels and not even doing the Job right very poor MechanicsTook my truck to Terrys alignment and he said they do very poor job he already has fixed 5or 6 cars for them missing it up there alignment l went to get rims and tires and it came out worse plus the danger me and my family had to deal with because your alignment skills are only okay dont understand why give someone a mechanic / alignment job that doesnt know what they are doingBUT THEY MAKE SURE THE PAYMENT IS ON AUTO PAY AND THEY GET THERE MONEY EVERY WEEKP. S. Very unprofessional I would love to see what they have to say to me now

RNR fixed my truck flat after another place said it could not be fixed and wanted me to buy a new $200 tire. The customer service at RNR was really the best. So friendly. And they did not even charge me to fix it. Go there. I am definitely going back. Great place. Loved it.

Took care of me with no hassle. Jesus was a miracle worker as he held down the whole front of the store with no help. Once they noticed what was happening the management team kicked it into gear and made sure they helped to get everyone taken care of. Time well spent at this store. I recommend everyone checking them out!

I am disappointed with this place. The whole time I was paying on my tires, they would lie and say I didn’t pay it when my bank statement said otherwise. Such a hassle with this place. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. After I paid it off, they try to pick up my truck yet again saying I didn’t finish paying. Which I did. Now they want every report of me paying 60$ Every two weeks that I did? Are you serious? This place is a joke and don’t care about their customers. Tried to fix it with them, but if they can’t steal more money from me, I’m on my own?
