Brian was so helpful. He let us in late to unload. We drove in from Arkansas and was hours later than we planned. Brian was gracious and so very helpful. This guy deserves a raise. He is a credit to American Self-Storage.

Got what I needed. Very pleasant employee. I sure could have used some help handling the awkward boxes and getting them out of the door and into my car.

The person minding the store was very in friendly and not helpful at all very disappointed when I left the store.

I like uhaul, used them many times and probably will again in the future, however Im not a fan of the self checkout and check in. You have to take a ton of pictures and when I first got on the sight on the morning of pick up, there was a glitch or something in the system and it took me 30 minutes to get through to a live person. Will go to a counter during normal hours next time for sure.
