We needed to rent a gooseneck trailer and these guys had just what we needed. We were impressed they actually made sure we had a CDL to haul the trailer not many places do that.Great communication

I had issues finding and getting parts for my older BigTex flatbed trailer, then dealers were also struggling to get parts due to COVID problems. Had problems determining whether the axles 12k or 10k and in the end Jill and Tommy helped me out with getting the parts and getting my trailer going again. Thanks for the help I appreciate it

Hi.. i got up wensday and traveled to 7 different trailer places looking for the all around best deal i seen trailers that looked very janky and wouldnt last over 6 months with real thin metal to looking at trailers worse then before for and double the price... I went to big tex with my note pad and started kicking tires with jerry ... he showed me several trailers up front then he gave me a ride free of charge in his fancy cart to look at the trailers in the back... lol.. i found one that was tucked away in the back and screaming my name and perfect for my business.. the quilty on the factory welds and quilty of the materials are just top notch ...i still wanted to do a little more shopping so i ended up leaving him and visited a few other places and it just didnt feel right so about 2pm i called up jill and chatted for a few and we ended up shaking hands over the phone.. she walked me through the process and handled the paperwork with my bank we closed on the deal the next morning.. we signed all the paperwork... went to load up my trailer and ended up having problems with my tail lights... the mechanic guy came out and fixed my problem ... everyone there was eager to help and always super nice... they will be getting All my business in the future... rated 10 stars

Friendly and easy people to work with. I called ahead and they had the paperwork waiting on me when I arrived. They adjusted the trailer coupler to match my truck and did an inspection of all my lights after they hooked up the trailer for me. The whole transaction took about 15 minutes . This was probably the easiest big purchase I have ever made. I highly recommend them. And the Big Tex trailer pulls like a dream by the way.

We came to the PJ trailer OKC location on a weekend about 45 min before they closed. Tommy was Johnny on the spot and let us know that taking care of us was far more important than getting off shift.

Bought a 5x8 dump trailer. Didnt notice an issue with the back gate until after we drove it off the lot. Later in the day we called Ronny the salesman and him and Sissy took good care of us. What we figured to be a hassel to get solved was a simple exchange.The trailer is awesome and works great.

They have a trailer listed on Craigslist For sale Priced at $11,340 I called and talked to salesperson he said must be a mistake, they said couldnt sell it for that but would call me back and let me know. The ad is still running the next day on Craigslist, I called again. He said best can do is $12,600. They bait and switch which is illegal. NOT IMPRESSED WITH THEM!!! Also Ad is still running on Craigslist.

Been trying to get a trailer quote since December from these jokers don’t waste your time they’re not interested in selling anything. Hate to see customer service if you actually bought one.
