I called multiple towing/tire change companies in the OKC area, these guys had the best rate and time response. I can’t remember the receptionist name but she was very polite and manage to get some one out to help me. Joseph called when he was on his was and quickly changed my tire. He noticed that we were a military family and took care of the service charge for us. As a service family that is new to the area we truly appreciated his timely and respectable manner. Would highly recommend to anyone needing their service.

An old coworker recommended this place when she worked with us and let’s just say, BEST recommendation ever! I am very particular with my ratings, with that being said I don’t leave 5 star reviews often but this company deserves a gold medal! I was going to use this company to get my car towed. My vehicles battery died after waiting over 3 hours. The wait time was 1 hour in a half. Which was fine. After that hour I called and they told me another 1 hour and a half so I waited again. After calling again to check the status the person that picked up rudely told me one hour and hung up. I do not recommend this company. The recommended arrival time is not accurate and the way they speak to their customers is VERY unprofessional.

I have called this company over and over, they will not return my phone calls regarding damage caused by their employee, when it was inoperable and needed to be towed. The Owner says he needs to do research and never calls back, I have sent pictures as requested and left voicemails nothing has been done.

Highly recommended and they have fancy toys for any need you might think.

Was an out of town traveler in need of tow and these guys helped me quick. My driver helped me with my motorcycle and recommended a shop to take it get fixed which was a great choice. While he was pricey, he was quick and professional.

Apparently my car was towed from my apartment complex around noon today. I work from home so I hadnt been in my car since the day before. I called my apartment complex and went up there and they have no record my car was towed.I finally get a hold of this company and I speak to Morgan who states she is the manager and owner. She tells that my car was stickered twice on drivers side and that my car was towed due to having a flat tire. Remind you I just drove my car Monday night(the day before yesterday) and seen no sticker or no flat tire. I did have a low tire but it has been cold and it definitely wasnt flat. Morgan could not tell me when the sticker was put on there (because I asked doesnt It have to be 24 hours before towing) she was rude, showed no empathy and lacked any type of professionalism and gave no real answer other than to say call back in 30 min. after she has talked to her guy.I contact my apartment again and they say they spoke with a man and he said that my car was towed because It looked abandoned Call the tow company back and get a dispatcher who says his name is Michael. He says Morgan is the office manager and is not in and that Jeffrey is the owner and is not in. Michael went on to say I spoke to Morgan (and basically thats all that needs to be done). Michael says he does not have access to see anything about why the car was towed, if It was stickered twice, etc.As the day comes to a close and Im left with having to pay money to get my car out of a place that cant give me clear answers, never mind that Ive gotten several different reasons the car was towed. Im beyond saddened and frustrated.I wont be just letting this go and this company needs to learn to treat others how they want to be treated.

I called for assistance and was told it would take about an hour for the tow truck to arrive. 2 hours passed, so I callled back and was told that the daytime manager cancelled my call, since my roadside assistance company sent an email instead of placing a follow up call. When I followed up after receiving the tow assistance (which was great, they were very friendly and helpful) - I was told that it wasn’t their fault that the call was cancelled. Who’s fault was it then? I don’t know. I was then told that they sent an additional truck to aid in the towing that they didn’t charge me for, as if I’m supposed to be grateful for it. When that additional truck was not even needed or used, since my car was simply parked on top of a parking block. Actual service was great, administration and response was horrible.***EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE***First of all, as I said before, the actual tow service was great, and that is not what I have an issue with. I was definitely NOT happy at the time, I was polite; there is a difference.Yes, I did leave a review a week later, because when I called for a DISCOUNT for the inconvenience (NOT a full refund for the service as you have inaccurately noted), I was told I would be receiving a call back within a couple of days. I never did receive a call back from your company, so I, again, had to call your company and follow up. The discount I asked for was not unwarranted, since if I hadnt called your company that day to see where you were and why it was taking longer than quoted, I would have been left there all night. It is very clear that your company is incapable of taking constructive criticism based on these Google reviews.

I took my elderly mother to a meeting and couldnt start the car after I dropped her off. I called our insurance company who told us to call OK Towing and Recovery. They said a driver would be there in 30 minutes and he even arrived a few minutes early. Brent M was so helpful and courteous. He tried to clean the contacts on my battery in case that might take care of the problem. It turns out it didnt but how nice of him to try. He was very helpful and honest. He suggested I go to a nearby Auto Zone who could install a battery. He even told me about what to expect to pay for one. I cant recommend this company enough. I dont know about their other drivers, but Brent was THE BEST! Thank you, Brent!

After my oldest daughter had a medical emergency, and accident, I was in a need for a tow truck. Im fairly new to the area and didnt know who to call. After a quick check on Google, I decided to call Oklahoma Towing and Recovery. The driver was curtious and helpful, and the cost was cheaper than I had feared. They was able to tow an extended cab 4x4 with no issues and got her truck safely to Chandler.

They damaged my car and my driveway and not wanting to take ownership. Worst towing company in Oklahoma I would let them tow a bike.

Had excellent service. We had alternator failure and it was in the evening after the shops closed. Oklahoma towing arrived at our vehicle in the time frame he estimated. They also were very helpful by taking us to a shop that could fix us in the morning and had a motel in walking distance.

I had a great experience. My tow guy was knowledgeable, quick and very nice. Id give him a 10 on the all around performance. I would definitely recommend you guys just based off his service.

Really priced expensively, they dont charge by the individual job but rather lump all jobs into one category and use a minimum rate. Caution:::: shop around if possible.

I have used Oklahoma Towing & Recovery twice. The first time was in July of 2016, when I needed an immobile spare car towed from one location to another. The second time was in December of 2017, when my insurance company dispatched them after my vehicle had been rendered immobile in an accident. In both instances, they showed up promptly and efficiently, took good care of my property, and were polite and friendly. I highly recommend Oklahoma Towing & Recovery to anyone within their jurisdiction.

Customer Service on the phone from the shop leaves a lot to be desired but with the circumstances, I feel like it might be better next time, so I’ll give them another chance. The quality of workmanship and professionalism from the driver doing the towing was excellent and raised my rating from 1 star to 3. He was only late because the office person didn’t get ahold of him right away. All you have to do is call the customer when it will take longer than the promised time. That’s it. Let them know they’re important and they shouldn’t worry when you’re going to be past time. Especially 25 minutes past time.

Amazing is all I have to say. Truck front suspension broke inside parking garage. They were able to pull my truck out to the street so he could put it on the tow truck. Then was able to drive it 65 miles to my farm. Nothing but amazing service. Definitely recommend.

I called Oklahoma Towing and Recovery to come help a stranded couple and their vehicle off of the side of I44. They were extremely nice on the phone, they allowed me to pay the bill over the phone, emailed me a receipt and helped the people all for a reasonable price. In fact, I think they gave me a discount. Ive dealt with LOTS of tow companies over my 15 years as a service manager in the automotive industry,And I dont usually leave reviews but these men are on point! Showed up on time nice as hell and when stuff looked bad and lost,these guys got her done. They are my go to now for all my needs. And I forgot to mention, these guys did the job for 214.00 to move my R.V., ITS A HOSS TOO! When other guys were charging500.00 and above and it was gonna be at least a week before they could move it. Ok towing and Recovery came same day got it done what a life saver!

The service was great as I was dealing with a broken down car on an extremely cold day. I believe my driver was Scott. He was friendly and helpful even though it was 5 degrees outside. If I ever need a tow again, Im going to bring my business back to Oklahoma Towing and Recovery.

Arrived 15 minutes earlier than I was told...great service, would use them again!

I needed my motorcycle towed to the shop. Got a specialized quote from the dispatcher (motorcycles are handled differently than cars), and the dispatcher told me a truck was ready and would be there in 20 minutes. Great. Truck came 35 minutes later, looked and found they didnt have motorcycle towing straps. Called their other trucks and learned they didnt have the motorcycle towing straps either. Told me they couldnt tow me and suggested I call another company. You would think that the dispatcher would tell the truck that its a motorcycle when dispatching. You would think the truck would either (a) check they have the motorcycle towing equipment before wasting their time and mine or (b) have an equipment checklist that is checked before and after service everyday to make sure that the truck is ready for calls. Pleasant enough drivers and dispatch, total lack of ability to tow my motorcycle. Simple checklist procedure would have avoided the issue altogether.

2 hours wait for a tow

Im very frustrated and disappointed with this company. While I have no control over my roadside service using them, I would not personally contact them for assistance again. My experience with the company has been bitter sweet. The dispatchers were friendly and courteous, as was the driver that did finally arrive for my first tow but the next one ended up being cancelled. Basically, I had to have my motorcycle towed from work and was advised by my roadside service that the tow truck should arrive within an hour. After about an hour and fifteen minutes, I contacted the tow company and was advised they were shorthanded and the driver dispatched to me was dropping off a vehicle but should arrive in about 30 minutes. Well, he arrived in about an hour and a half for a total wait time of approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes. Then, while he was loading my motorcycle, he was dispatched to come back to the yard to help another driver before even dropping me and my motorcycle off at home so that I could go back to work in my truck. We were at their yard for at least 45 minutes. To make matters worse, a couple of days later my roadside service set up an appointment with this tow company to pick up my motorcycle from my house at 11a the following day so that it could be taken to the motorcycle shop for repairs. After about an hour (i.e. about noonish) of no one showing up and not even a courtesy call, I contacted the tow services dispatch and was advised that the driver had to assist with an accident but he was dropping off the vehicle and would be coming to pickup my motorcycle next. I understood but advised her that it would have been appreciated to receive a courtesy call letting me know that I wasnt forgotten and someone would still be coming to pick up my motorcycle. Well, now the time had hit 2:30p and no tow truck, no phone call, NOTHING!!! So, I contacted my roadside service and advised them of the situation. They contacted the tow company and were given the same story that I was given about the driver having to assist with the accident. However, the tow company advised my roadside service that they would be at my house in about 30 minutes to pick up my motorcycle. At this point, I dont know if they were referring to the same accident or another accident, I simply know that I have been waiting on them for over 3 1/2 hours. Finally, I waited over an hour before making any other phone calls, which caused me to waste over 4 1/2 hours of my day total. Nonetheless, I decided to contact my roadside service so that they could cancel the tow because obviously my time and what I have to do matters very little to this company. They simply dont care nor do they take the customers time and need of their service into consideration.

I went in to recover my vehicle well my belongings out of my vehicle. My dad being the cosigner have to drive from Lawton Oklahoma to Oklahoma City to do the release. I let the people know where Oklahoma Towing recovery that my parents health was not the best but they would be there. We came the next day they were very rude. I told them that I needed help removing my articles out of a car. My dad said he will go get my sister to help one of the police that there and said nothing. When my dad retired with my sister one of the employees very rude tell him he couldnt go back in to get his ass on the other side of the gate. The other employee then notified him that he was the owner of the car and that he should be back there. He had no understanding he talked bad to my dad on the cane with a pacemaker. My mom would have scarf recovering from radiation. Treated us like trash disrespectful it was uncalled for and no need. We are still trying to understand why we were treated that way. I wouldnt refer the devil to this Lots very unprofessional and very degrading and very racist.

If you are looking on maps for tow service and vehicle help just stay right on this page...I had an ordeal going down 1-40 with a wheel coming off my vehicle. I was able to get to a travel plaza just in time. Being from out of town and more than an hour away from home on Sunday before Christmas I had few options. So went to this page hoping all reviews were solid. Was put at ease within minutes of speaking to Michael!He took all my info asked how many passengers and if we had a way to get back home. He was very polite and answered a lot of my concerns. He let me know a price for the tow and getting it to shop for repairs.My vehicle was damaged and not going anywhere and he walked me through best options for having to leave it in OKC.He kept me updated and made sure dispatcher knew where I was and called back promptly when the driver was not going to be able to come for awhile, so he let me know that he would be coming himself. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He explained where it would be overnight and that it would be taken care of untill delivered to shop for repair.I had to wait on a ride to get me home and he took time to look over my son’s truck to make sure his spare tire was going to get us home safely. Michael followed thru the next morning by letting me know my vehicle was delivered to dealer and they would be contacting me.Being stranded away from home with kids on such a busy holiday weekend, I am grateful that all worked out the best way it could from a situation that was pretty stressful. If you wind up having to depend on a service to help you out you will be in excellent hands with Michael at Oklahoma Towing and Recovery!

This company was used through a roadside assistance program. Although the customer service from their dispatch was okay, the ACTUAL service was terrible. We were originally quoted an hour to have a car door unlocked...two and a half, now going on 3, later we have been quoted yet another 30 minutes. Supposedly they had a truck break down. Okay, stuff happens. But there is NO REASON a door unlock should take this long to obtain.

Got in n accident today, one phone call and a truck was on site to assist traffic and another to get it out of the road for me. Even wrecked the did what they could to minimalize further damage. Thanks again for the good service

I cant give this place enough stars! I was running errands with my boyfriend tonight and we couldnt start the car after stopping at 711. I checked Google and found Oklahoma Towing & Recovery. They had great reviews, but they were also the only place near Yukon that was open at 8:00pm. I gave them a call and the guy who came out answered the phone. He asked if he could call me back in a few minutes so I was expecting a wait, but he called right back, got my information and told me he was on his way and would be there in 20 minutes. Again, I was skeptical, but he was there in less than 20 minutes. He hooked up my car fast and gave my boyfriend and me a ride to the house. The inside of his truck was even clean and smelled nice. I was dreading the price especially since we broke down close to home, but it was only the cost of the hook up since the first 5 miles were free! I hated paying $75, but you really cant beat that price when youre in a jam at night and the service was incredible! Im horrible with names and I wish I remembered the drivers to give him a shout out because he was so nice and still got everything done so fast! I was inside my house in less than 45 minutes of calling Oklahoma Towing & Recovery. If youve never had to have a vehicle towed, you dont understand how amazing this was, I really cant say enough nice things about my experience. Needing a tow is never a good situation to be in, thank you for making it easier!UPDATE: Theyre still amazing!!! My car broke down on I-40 between Council and Rockwell. I called Oklahoma Towing and Recovery and spoke to Michael. He said hed be there in about 20 minutes. I was not with the car when I called, but I was close. As we were getting on 40 to get there right at 20 minutes later, Michael called to say he would meet me at the T&A truck stop off Council because the car was in a dangerous spot. I thanked him, but told him we were literally getting on 40 at that moment so he told me to wait in the car, not get out, and he would come get the keys to make sure I stayed safe. My boyfriend had to get a couple things out of the car and met Michael with the key and money. I had it towed to a mechanic and Michael left the receipt in the car for me which he explained ahead of time. We didnt wait for the hook up, got off at the MacArthur exit (we couldnt get over for Rockwell) to do a u-turn back on 40 and he was done and gone by the time we passed back by. This place continues to impress me!!

Just like the other reviews suggest, this company is outstanding.I had a fuel pump go out around 4:30 pm in Moore. I needed to get my van back to Edmond so I could put a new pump in myself.I called the first tow company number Google gave me. No answer. I called the next on the list. Number disconnected. I called the next guys says no way he can make it out today.You know I am already cringing at the cost and experience of having to call a tow company.Then I called Oklahoma Towing & Recovery.The dispatch lady was super helpful, polite and re-assuring and told me a truck was on the way and would be there in 30 minutes.Well about 25 minutes later my driver shows in a modern flatbed truck. He greets me and is friendly and professional. Loads up my van and drives me to Edmond in a tobacco-free, clean truck. Super good guy. I got his card and will sing praises of this tow company to anyone who needs a tow out there.Oh and the cost was half what I expected to spend. After realizing my car was towed from the Brick town location I got an uber 15-20 minutes away where someone agreed to meet me to let me get my car. I waited in the uber for 15-20 more minutes for someone to mosey on over. He told me that he already looked for my title and registration inside my car and found nothing.... He also told me that I could get my things from my car like my backpack, medication etc. I decided to return the following Monday.Now to today I come back to get told NO I ACTUALLY CANT GET INTO MY CAR! After going to the friggin dealership where I bought the car to get a copy, give it to this crummy place of a business and I suppose the owner? Mr Bryan greets me harshly and throws a pen at me to sign... ask why I left a 1 star rating from the other nights first experience. (obviously, rightfully and because of the service! thats what a review is) and continues to say how hard they try to be 5 stars! And that its my fault that their tow boy had to get up at 2:00AM to open their business!! when it simply states online they are a 24 hour business! I paid that place $300 for one of the most inconvenient experiences. Bryan acted in a very very unprofessional and childish manner. After going to the friggin dealership where I bought the car to get a copy, give it to this crummy place of a business and I suppose the owner? Mr Bryan greets me harshly and throws a pen at me to sign... ask why I left a 1 star rating from the other nights first experience. (obviously, rightfully and because of the service! thats what a review is) and continues to say how hard they try to be 5 stars! And that its my fault that their tow boy had to get up at 2:00AM to open their business!! when it simply states online they are a 24 hour business! I paid that place $300 for one of the most inconvenient experiences. Bryan acted in a very very unprofessional and childish manner. I was so surprised since he said he values others reviews so much.LAST BUT NOT LEAST FOLKS! when I finally get into my car... MY CAR TITLE IS SITTING IN MY FRONT PASSENGER SEAT! what a joke!

Towed our truck from an apartment parking lot, which they should have gotten permission from the apartment complex office first. Cost us almost $300. Also, neighbors said they scraped our truck along a post towing it. Sneaky crooks

Today was not the first time for me to use this company. Today was no exception they responded promptly and professionally. No one likes to be broke down for any reason. For someone to show up with a good attitude and professional in a time of crisis you could not ask for a better company. Once one of their drivers even saved me from being the victom of predatory practices from another company. You can trust them. I have trusted them with both of my teen drivers. For me as a mother that is the highest vote of confidence I can give.

Very rude remarks about my yard. Had an overall bad attitude. Two stars because the price was decent. *Edit; For one, it was not I (Lindsie Nobles) who threw a fit. I was not even present in the situation other than standing and listening to your driver. I had customers to buy the trailer, and despite my advice, they demanded it to be moved off of my lot immediately. The driver began with Im not going to haul it out unless you move the car or take down the fence. And if you take down the fence, I may mess up your yard.. Well, it doesnt seem like you take very good care of it anyway. So it doesnt matter.. Im sorry, is that professional? It was bad enough my fence and mailbox were destroyed my customers, but then I have to deal with a middle aged man with an attitude? And I had been called by this driver- he said, okay, Need to do it in the morning, its getting dark. I politely explained to him the situation of that it was being sold, and what they wanted. I even told him if it couldent be done, it couldent be done. I never personally spoke to the driver face-to-face, so there is no way that I could have thrown a fit. But I would at least expect some form of RESPECT from a professional driver. Not insulting my yard. Yes, I had holes in my yard from big trash taking out chunks. But your employee should NOT under any cirumstance have disrespected my property aloud to everyone who could hear. And I have several others who heard it who could confirm the oral statement from your driver. If I could rate your business any lower, I would. Because apparently, its perfectly fine for you to disrespect me as long as youre getting paid, right?

A few days ago, I had the front wheel of my truck sheer off 2 lug studs and the wheel came off on 1-44. I was coming home from the airport after literally a 24 hour day of work. I was exhausted, frustrated as hell and completely freaked out losing a wheel at 65 on the highway.these guys are TOP NOTCH. Do not even call someone else. They were on scene ( at midnight mind you) in about 30 minutes, had me loaded and on the way home in about 20 minutes and even brought Ferguson the WONDER DOG along with, so I got some much needed therapy on the drive home.FANTASTIC Operation. I will NEVER - seriously NEVER - call any tow company except for Oklahoma Towing & Recovery again.Thanks guys, for making a totally crappy night end on a positive note.

They are a great bunch of guys who take care of you! They picked us up outside of Gauthrie when our car broke down. It was a Friday night and helped us find a place to stay as they fixed our car. They got us on our way by Saturday afternoon. I dont think anyone else would have done that! Thank you so very much. You made a bad experience a little better with your help.
