I have used Allways Towing several times and have had amazing experiences and exceptional customer service! The tow driver had my vehicle on a flatbed and had to travel along the Turnpike but decided not to take it as he was worried it would charge my account - he saw the transponder on my car. Who does this and goes the extra step to care for a customer? AMAZING! THANK YOU! Allways is also less expensive than their competition and you get way more than you pay for in customer service - friendly drivers and always willing to help.

So my car broke down around 9pm. Allways Towing was the 6th towing company I had called and they were the first to answer. Tracy was nice and professional about the ordeal and with it being so late I was expecting to wait a couple or a few hours, as Ive had to in the past, but they got to me within the hour, and had me home in 20 minutes. Cool guy and very polite and professional. 10/10 would recommend.

I had no idea who to call to rescue my son that was broken down on the side of the highway. The repair shop told me to use these guys. They were fantastic. They arrived exactly when they said they would, they charged me within the estimate I was quoted on the phone and they were very courteous and had a positive attitude. They handled it all with care and ease. It was great to have someone come in and help in a stressful situation. I will use them any time we are in need of a tow. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing experience. Super friendly driver. We were stuck in the mud after making a wrong turn into the gas station. They came in less than 30 minutes and got us out in the middle of the night. So grateful with 2 small kids in the car. If we ever need towing again they will be the first ones we call.

These guys are the most helpful and kind people you could ask for when something bad happens. I broke down on i40 and they had a truck there within 15 minutes of me calling. They were respectful and really allowed me (7 months pregnant) to have peace of mind. I called them again the next day to have the vehicle towed to our dealership and they were punctual, professional, and kind. I would highly recommend their services. We worked with a man named Tracy and I am so grateful for them!

We own C&J Mobile Mechanic & Auto Repair here in OKC. I personally have been in automotive service 40 years, and grew up in the front set of a tow truck. These guys are the greatest! It was snowing and I had a blow out. Everywhere else told me they didn’t get out in this weather but he happily came to help me even though I was a little out of his service area. Absolutely awesome dude. He arrived quickly and you could really tell he knew what he was doing. I was very impressed. I was grateful for his help and his prices were very fair. The best towing service out there. Their prices cant be beat. Ive used Always towing for a while now. There isnt one time that Ive called that they havent showed up fast. I recommend them to anyone that calls me looking for a good wrecker service. I have roadside assistance with my insurance company and their service is terrible compared to how the owner Brandon runs his company. I had to wait 3 hours for them, but Always towing was there in 30 minutes.

One of the drivers almost ran me over in a McDonald’s parking lot, when I called to file a complaint with the business they tried to side with the driver. He stated the a parking lot is for vehicles and I should have paid attention, but if I’m not mistaken pedestrians come first in this situation I was walking from my car to the McDonalds door as he carelessly continues at the same rate of speed not slowing down. Absolutely unacceptable!!! It’s the responsibility of the person operating the vehicle to pay attention to where he is going. It would be a different situation if I was in the middle of a busy intersection at a stop light. Seriously what am I supposed to do fly to the front door. Let’s be honest !! I posted on the better business bureau the issue and this is the OWNERS response.This is the owner of Allways Towing in OKC, after further review of our operation cameras, we found that the operator was indeed in Mcdonalds parking lot on said day.. We also found that the driver wasnt operating in an irregular manner while proceeding through the parking lot. In fact, the camera clearly shows you sir carelessly neglecting the oncoming vehicle and running (not walking) right out in front of a 10 ton truck. Im just glad everyone is ok and can live another day, however I am displeased with the vulgar names i was called simply because i know were not out trying to maliciously run folks over. We are a family owned and operated business simply trying to help the public in their time of need..Stay safe everyone..!!Now with that being said PEDESTRIANS HAVE THE RIGHT AWAY ! ! ! Im not in the middle of an intersection Im WALKING NOT RUNNING TO the door, and if what the owner says is true which its Not! How would me RUNNING be careless thats actually a bit more considerate then walking!
