Dominique came out to my home and towed my van to the mechanic for me. He was nice, professional and careful with my vehicle. He did a great job!. The experience from the start was great. Got a quote over the phone then the driver showed up on time. There is great value in the service this company offers. I will recommend to anyone needing a tow service, got several business cards from the driver and saved their number in my phone.

I don’t leave reviews unless the service is exceptional. Today my van broke down in the middle of NW Expressway with no shoulder. Called Sergios due to proximity hoping someone could come quick. Tow driver was immediately dispatched, and the owner himself came and parked his truck behind my van until his guy got there so other drivers wouldn’t rear end my parked van. As a business owner, I understand that is going above and beyond, and I would give 11 out of 10 stars if I could.

Sergios is a vital part of my business. They deliver vehicles to my repair facility in Edmond in a timely manner at better rates than any other tow company. We see tow trucks in and out of our parking lot all day and Sergios drivers (especially Dominique) are the most efficient when it comes to unloading cars and big trucks into parking spots.

Highly recommended! I scheduled through Verizon Roadside Assistance and Butch from Sergios towing called shortly after to confirm the appointment and address and give me an ETA. I was worried because my Acura is low with a long nose. Butch was very careful and talked me through what he was doing as he loaded the car. Everything was loaded successfully and the car was undamaged. The driver even gave me a shop recommendation for future repair needs. Sergios Towing did a great job with my vehicle and Butch who made the pick up was a pleasure to deal with!

I would give zero if I could. Said they would be here in 45 minutes. I called after they were late by 30 to find out they cancelled. Claimed they couldnt find the car, called, and left a voicemail. I never received a call, let alone a voicemail. I called my insurance and the insurance told me this towing service told them they showed up and nothing was there. I am right next to the car so that was a lie. All around bad service, never use them.

I would avoid using this service. My insurance set up a tow, and I called them and let them know I was right down the street. I called back to see where they were at, and the guy on the phone cancelled my to and claims he called repeatedly. I have no missed calls, and this guy is super rude.

The tow guy didnt know how to properly pull up my Mercedes and nearly caused a lot of damage- even after we informed him of the proper way he insisted his way was fine. Well use another tow service.

I Only use the tow service, have been for a few years. No problems yet. Tow guys are usually cool and have helped when in a situatuon. Would recomend.

Called 40 minutes earlier then when I was told they would be there. Nataurally, I didnt expect that to be them. They called again 7 minutes later and I missed that call by a few seconds. Called back right away and they didnt answer. At that point they had canceled. Called the company directly about the issue and the guy answering the phone was very rude

Very bad business. My moter club send them. The driver was smoking and got frustrated with the calculator and threw it. I thought it was odd. They asked for moter club me to call moter club. While I was on the phone the drove off. The driver had a bad case of meth mouth. I wouldnt use!
