They were paid to maintain the system, but they did not inform us that they do not pump systems.Then our system started smelling, our tank overflowed and in the process burned out our pump and ruined our control box costing us lots of money. When our system started having issues they came out replaced floats and told us it would work itself out costing us even more money and a horrible stench. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Billed for $625 for new electric motor and about 30 minutes labor ($150) took it on themselves to fix problem with out letting me know the cost. not happy. I wish there was a 0 star.

I wish there were a place for negative Stars because I called this company letting them know I have a neighbor problem (so somewhat in a hurry) and would be changing to a Aerobic system. David James came out and advised me the lady in the office which would be doing the estimate was on vacation this week but he could get me a estimate the first of next week, which I was ok with.I gave them until Wednesday of the week I was expecting a estimate and had to call. When the lady answered the phone I asked her for my estimate but she told me David James was out sick and had not had time to do the estimate. When I explained to her that he had advised she would be doing the estimate once she was back from vacation, and what I got was oh yeah thats right but I dont have any of the information from David and will be doing the estimate once he comes back into the office. I did explain my situation and while it was not a dire situation I did want to hurry every chance I could.I had a visit from DEQ on that Thursday so I called on Friday morning but no one would answer so I called off and on for about 2 hours then left a message asking that they call the man from DEQ then I wrote an email to David James asking he call the man from DEQ.At 10:01 I received a email from David James telling me that he has now looked at their schedule and that they have suffered several setbacks in the schedule and regret to inform me that they are not scheduling any new jobs.All of this is fine except they put me off for a total of 2 weeks and fired me through email. Could not even bother to talk to the man from DEQ explaining that I was waiting on them this whole time. So this all being said I went with another company which was a $1000.00 cheaper then i was quoted from The Septic Guys and had the system put in and complete within 1 1/2 weeks from my call to them.I would suggest to NOT use The Septic Guys
