Tanner showed up promptly and worked diligently to unclog an old drain to a previous drain to a washer that hadn’t been used since 2019. He did need assistance to hold the machine on the roof and Charles came right away. This was not an easy fix but both Tanner and Charles stayed until the drain was unclogged. My 83 year old mother called for a water flow issue in her shower. She was charged 192 dollars after the tech took 3 hours. This is after we told him what the problem was when he got here. We have had another plumbers look at the issue and determined it was something stuck in the facet between the handles and shower head. He then told the job would cost another 200 and he would come back Monday for repair. Left the shower disassembled. Replaced parts that didnt need replacement and charged her for them. And the best part now is that the shower is dripping. So theyve made the problem worse and didnt fix the issue. Called and was told manager would call. No one called other than the new tech who came back and said it would cost the same exact price for repair. And didnt address the fact the shower was leaking or parts replaced that didnt need replacing. Nothing against the new tech he simply is doing what his company tells him. Would never recommend this company. People who take advantage of the elderly shouldnt even be in business.Update: new tech took old parts prevues tech broke because parts replaced was wrong. Spoke to supervisor who didnt care. Avoid this service at all cost!Update 2: Spoke to the 2nd supervisor who said tech would be here today and would refund service after arguing with me for 20 minutes. Then at 4:30 the first supervisor called to say they couldnt make it and would be here tomorrow. When asked about refund they said they would mail it. When asked about the time frame (mother is 83 on fixed income), he got mad then when asked if he knew anyone on a fixed income, he implied my mother should be in a nursing home. Absolutely the worst company i have ever dealt with!!!

The guys that came out was great, but no one disclosed (over the phone or otherwise) the $160 service charge. So heads up to those who are wondering what the service charge is.The quote for my new septic tank was far above their competitors.

So I was having an issue with my plumbing so I called to get someone to come out. We already had done research and came to the conclusion it was a clog. I called and they said it would be $198 for clog removal. When the tech arrived he let me know he has to complete a job in harrah so hes gonna be quick they just asked could he swing by us quickly He walked through our home and looked at the bathrooms and when I saw he opened the door and looked in and thats it. He asked where the clean out valve was and I informed him I was unsure but most likely on the roof. He walked outside, looked under our deck for a few seconds and then told us he needed to run a camera and install a new clean out. running the camera would cost us $400 and after that it would cost us $2800 to install the clean out. I was frustrated with the fact that he did not even attempt to remove the clog. Instead of trying to upcharge me. I called another plumber (Hermans: call them they are amazing) . They came out and not even an hour later the problem was solved. ROTO-ROOTER should be ashamed for what they are doing to people. Hermans gained a lifetime customer today!

They had to open up the dry wall to find the leak. What impressed me about this was that they left minimal damage to the wall. They quickly located the leak and fixed the issue. Very professional. Very timely. I was also impressed how easy it was to get ahold of their company. It only took one call and they came out the same day!

The plumbers name was Charles and he did a great job. It was a little frustrating that I called and scheduled service ahead of time for 10:00 (and I understand that service time moves around some based on how the previous jobs go) but not having a service tech arrive until 5:00 was frustrating. Charles was great scheduling was sub par.

I contacted this company while gathering estimates for a leaking pipe and not only were they 60% higher than the competition, but they charged me for the estimate. Not a glowing impression

The young man showed up to fix the clog drain. He moved the clog from the third floor to the second floor which in return flooded the kitchen. Charged us $250, when he used his auger in the kitchen to remove the clog. He broke through the pipe in the basement And flooded two offices and a restroom in the basement and then charged us $1500 to replace a three dollar part. We were left to clean the mess outs $1700 and had to hire another plumbing company. The new plumbing company fix the problem in 20 minutes because Roto router said they couldn’t fix it. I would strongly recommend using somebody else.

I woke up to water on my kitchen floor from my washer drain. Two hours later they had someone here to help me. It was my good fortune to get Austin. He was not only knowledgeable and efficient, had it fixed in short while, but he was respectful of my white carpet and even cleaned up the mess the water had left. I could not be more pleased with this experience!

Installed all new Gas pipes and shut offs, They did an excellent job and it even cost less than the estimate they had given me.

I used Rooter -rooter abs they were great! My tech was a really great guy.

I had my bathroom drain replaced a few months back and was informed that the labor price was roughly doubled due to the Oklahoma law that they had to have 2 plumbers in the crawl space while working. When they came to do the job only 1 plumber showed up and charged about $100 more than the quoted price. I called back and asked why it wasn’t cheaper than the quote since I should only be charged for the labor of 1 plumber and got no response. After calling at least 5 times over a 2-3 month period I finally had someone leave me a voicemail and they refunded me $15. I also have had plumbers give me quotes for hundreds of dollars cheaper without even looking at the job based solely off the fact they know this business overcharges. I would not recommend using these guys for a major job.

Tech was over 4 hours late when scheduled service from 10-noon they showed up at 4 pm. Was here for 15 mins to run a snake which I already had done. Tech thought the only remedy was to replace toilet. I plunged and object that was stuck passed through. Very disappointed with the dispatch who did not provide a courtesy call when techs were running late for appointment. I had to call them multiple times to try and get update which they simply said they would call when they were on way. Still got charged $130+ dollars for terrible service.

He answered any questions I had and even gave me a little bit of trivia about the roto-rooter company. As I was walking down Ann Arbor, one of two vans, intentionally swerved into a puddle to splash me from behind. I thought it very unprofessional so I contacted them to let them know. Without the van number its unlikely anything was even reported back to the driver.

They were experiencing a high number of calls from the snow storm, so we didn’t have water for 11 days. The plumber(Charles G.) came, and let me know he couldn’t fix it without another plumber there. We have a crawl space, which i had informed the scheduling people of before he had came to do an inspection. He told me he would be there at 9am the next day with the other plumber. He finally showed up at 10 am the next day by himself. Had to wait an additional hour until the other plumber got there. Took them about 45 minutes to an hour to fix. Charles G. Was the plumber that was assigned to our house. He was unprofessional. I don’t think I’ll be using them again.

Keith was our Restoration Specialist and he kept us up to date on the progress of the kitchen. He supervised the cabinet repair people, the mold specialist, and the counter top people. Keith also made sure the kitchen was in excellent working condition before he left the job. I would want Keith on any big job needed on my plumbing because he does excellent work as well as Keeping us informed as to when workers would or would not be at our home.

Called in my clogged washer drain pipe on a Friday, scheduled for an ambiguous time on Monday (my only complaint, itd be nice to even get a 3 hour window). The plumber arrived around 9 a.m. and was on his way less than an hour later. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind.

I was leary of Roto-Rooter based on feedback I’ve heard of them in the past in different states. I can say that our first hand experience was in no way negative. They came out, assessed what the problem was very quickly and fixed it in the blink of an eye. Everything now works as intended and we got some great conversation out of it. Our work also cost us a lot less than we originally anticipated. Thank you guys, excellent work all around.

After charging almost $500 to fix a clog in our toilets, they now want us to pay for a clog in our sink that they actually created. Im livid. God forbid youre not exactly highly articulate and able to explain yourself using all the industry jargon, because theyll definitely have someone call you to speak circles around you just to explain that the problem they created will be paid for out of your pockets. The use of the power snake on every drain in the house surely isnt a problem. And to top it off, they left sludge everywhere and used gloves in our driveway. This is what I get for using a big corporate company. A smaller company would offer to fix their mistakes because their business relies on it. Shame on me.

We had a broken pipe in a wall. The call went in and they said they could come out same day. They showed up at 6pm, poked around for an hour, and said that they were going to have to come back the next day. No show and we find out that they arent coming until the day AFTER. That will make 3 days without power and 3 days of someone taking off work (2 of which were wasted) to babysit the house. Apparently this company isnt good with their word. We are extremely unhappy.

Zane came out and talked me through all options, and when those options didnt work talked me through the other options. Not only was he extremely professional, he was nice, and that means a lot. We will continue to use him in the future.

Not explained when I made appointment that it’s $60 for them just to show up. Then I was told they couldn’t service Moen faucet because it’s almost impossible to get parts. That if I was willing to pay for them to drive across town to a supplier that might have part and drive back maybe they could fix issue. Other option was for them to tear out shower tile and replace with Delta faucet but they don’t do tile work so someone else would have to patch tile. I called Airco and they said no problem they had Moen parts and could fix it. So with Roto you have to pay $60 for them to do zero work and give an opinion and then you call another company to do the job

I had a pipe burst on an icy day. I called 10 different plumbers. All were closed because of the weather or else they just didn’t answer the phone. Quick and friendly service. Tech was done quickly and explained what the root cause was. While maybe not necessarily the least expensive out there, the quality and speed were worth it; and they arent the most expensive out there either. I always say pick two: cheap, fast, good. They were also able to come out the same day where others were stating 1-6 days before coming out for a clogged system.

Ive called them out for two different locations and I will say they will try and try and try to get a drain unclogged. The first location we find out couldnt be unclogged because the pipe had actually separated and it was draining into mud but they still tried to get some type of clearance eventually I had to have the location dug up and the pipe reconnected.The second location should have been a quick job but took a while but eventually they found the right combination to unclog a pipe that was thought to be broken but really was full of flushable baby wipes.I appreciate both techs level of tenaciousnessthey worked with me to make sure the price for their service was comfortable and fair.

All around professional service and showed up early.On arrival quoted us for what would’ve been regular maintenance. Turns out the problem was more severe . Quickly let us know that if we wish to continue what needed to be done and the new quote of service. They were able to stay and get the job done at that time. Overall service and communication was 10/10. Only place it hurt was in the price but we knew before work began what the quote was. Will use them again for our next plumbing emergency.

I called in a service call at 1:00 pm. I waited until the service tech showed up at about 5:45. I was then informed that the first hour would be charged at regular rate and EVERY HOUR AFTER THAT WOULD BE CHARGED TIME AND A HALF. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Had they explained that they were extremely busy and the tech would not show up until after 5:45 and additional charges would be incurred after the first hour, I would have used one of the 2 other plumbing companies I contacted that would have showed UP DURING REGULAR HOURS. I will not be using this company again. Sorry, but I have to give them 1 star for communication as the nice gentleman they sent out was just doing his job and the company neglected to communicate properly to me THE CUSTOMER.

Worst service had an appointment Thursday and person who showed up couldn’t do the job, so they brought someone else Friday morning, guy showed up but didn’t have what he needed. So he says he will return that afternoon and calls me back around 3 says he can’t make it until Monday.So Monday around noon called the office guys says he showed up but I wasn’t home and says I don’t answer my phone which is bull shiet, because I was home all day and had my phone right beside me. So now they want to reschedule for Thursday so just had to call them off there are more companies who I’m sure will take care of anybody’s needs.This is the first and last time I will use them completely unsatisfied not recommended at all.

Whatever you do please do not use this company they sent out a very inexperienced plumber by the name of Alec who stood outside the entire time trying to call another plumber to come help him they said I needed to do work for up to $1500 to replace the old delta diverter. I kept telling him that doesn’t make any sense for a leaky faucet. I asked him to justify this reasoning and explain to me what all he was doing and he couldn’t and he told me well there’s been some type of a miscommunication and not to worry about it to sign and he left. I called another plumber at Don’s plumbing and the female plumber came out and said that is absolutely not true what I was told and she was able to fixed it and charge me $302.60 Now Roto Rooter is calling me wanting their $70 for nothing and that the plumber told me not to worry about because of the miscommunication. I am so glad I called Dons plumbing and got a competent plumber who knows what SHE was doing. Don’t ever use Roto Rooter.

The women who answer the phones are annoyingly rude and have no hospitality dealing with new interested customers. They take their frustration out on new customers and have no interest in explaining the services this company has to offer without having a nasty attitude. They came across as very impatient and not understanding leaving us uninformed. They left my husband and I frustrated and confused in the process. We are no longer interested in giving this place any business and will be sure to let others know .

Called after hours due to clogged pipes toilets and showers.. Lo and behold I spoke to a REAL PERSON!!! Amazing!! Had service here by 8:30 AM next day and fixed in jiffy!! Zeek was so courteous, professional, and listened.. knew what problem was right away!! Will be using Roto Rooter again!! THANK YOU!!
