Not real impressed. They Installed our septic system per DEQ a little over a year ago and it has settled (we all know this happens and I never mentioned anything about warranty, just want them to come look and fix and if I owe I owe. No big deal I just want it checked out and fixed) this is right at the 3rd week of calling them. Two nice ladies answered the first week and took info and asked questions They said they will have someone to come look on Friday (this was Wed, no big deal thats fine) I called the following Tuesday after a no show and no answer. Called 3x throughout the day on Wednesday and no answer or returned calls. Customer service was nice until they just stop answering or calling back. Called DEQ for a test call and they will answer them... Go figure. Moving on.

Randys recently installed a septic system for me. I have a great appreciation for good work done timely and follow ups as they were committed to. Randy was exceptional and completed the work in record time and left the area clean and presentable. I highly recommend them! Great Job, Great Service!!!!!!!
