Best/worst experience. Ive been here a couple times before no problems. But there was a mix up with my tickets and the owner/gm or whomever made sure I was taken care of and that we didnt miss our show even though there were complications. Super respectful and great staff. Will definitely be back! And hopefully no more mix ups!
The cocktail bar is an actual cocktail bar. Real drinks made from scratch. If you order a whiskey sour its not just sweet & sour and bourbon. As our bartender said no shortcuts taken. Also, they got their shipment of hand soap in so you dont have to worry about that one star review.
Awful. The parking situation is bad as you are forced to pay $15 a night on top of the room rate. The rooms, while looking nice, are just another hotel room. There is no TV across from the couch just an empty wall. The worst was the shower water temperature. I was in room 307 and the water in the shower never got hot. In fact it never even got warm. I figured since I was at the end of the hall that it would take a while for it to get to me but I let the water run almost an hour and it never got above just cool. I have never, in all of my business travels, had to take a cold shower in the morning at a hotel. I would avoid this hotel at all cost you can look around and there are much better options just literally steps away. Dont ever stay here and thats coming from an Ambassador Elite Bonvoy member. I was supposed to stay four nights but I checked out after one.
🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫Zero StarsI would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is seeking a comfortable and welcoming space that also values diversity, inclusion, and equity. On 06/18/2021, my friends [wife and husband] of South Asian descent entered the hotel elevator. Then, a guest asked them to prove they were guests staying there. When this behavior was reported to the front desk woman, no action was taken to make my friends feel any safer or more welcome at the hotel. On 06/19/2021, the same front desk woman overhead a private conversation amongst my friends and quickly escalated the situation by contacting the police so my South Asian friends could be forcibly removed from the hotel. Another guest got involved and invaded my friends’ personal space by acting as an unnecessary vigilante bodyguard for the hotel staff.Luckily, the OKC police officer de-escalated and stated the front desk woman wasted his time. The hotel staff and the guests who harassed and assaulted my friends did not suffer any consequences.Your front desk administrator’s actions reflect poorly upon your hotel, your brand, and your hospitality.
Trying to block hotel rooms for wedding and cant get sales staff to call me back.
Positive: Very nice looking hotel. Negative: The floor was very dirty.trash still on the floor, definitely seemed that it hadnt been mopped in weeks.
I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The front desk was helpful when checking in. The in-app mobile key and virtual check out were extremely convenient. The manager at the front desk was able to address all of our needs in a timely manner. I also love that this hotel is Bricktown, but is far enough away from the bars that you can’t hear the commotion.
This hotel has no hand soap. No antibacterial soap in any bathrooms. During a pandemic. So no one in this hotel is washing their hands with antibacterial soaps after they go to the bathroom. We were told their shipment of hand soap just hasn’t arrived yet and that it’s on its way from Greece. I really hope someone gets a hold of this information because this is wrong and putting people’s health at risk. Marriott customer service says they have no control once we have checked in so we have no support.
Clean Hotel and the staff is beautiful and helpful. This whole place was perfect no lie. Take me back 😭
Needs to have the staff work on professionalism storage employee and customer work on customer satisfaction a little bit more and how they treat email employees who are disabled should really be careful about that
Nice enough hotel. The parking is HORRIBLE! Is the parking bad enough that I will never stay there again? YES. It is that bad. There are other hotels right down the street that have much better parking conditions.
Disappointed! The workout room had more than half their equipment out of order. One of the treadmills said it locked and to ask front desk for assistance. When I went to do that, she said it was broken and they couldnt help. Later I went downstairs to get some bottled water. She said they were out. Out!? She directed me to a convenience store 2 blocks away. I walked over there. It was closed!!!! Ridiculous and disappointing. This would not be acceptable at a decent hotel. Heck, I bet Super 8 always has bottled water. Not coming back.
Very clean and bright. Staff was great. The only feedback is the bathroom door was weird and wouldn’t stay closed.
Very Nice hotel, centrally located in the heart of Brick town. Great location
My husband and I decided to take an impromptu date night to OKC for a concert and a mini staycation. After reading the previous reviews, I have to say, so what that there isnt any valet or parking included, sometimes parking is a thing you have to put into consideration when booking any hotel. The staff was so helpful and they made that known when I called beforehand to discuss our stay. Sidenote: There is 24 hour covered parking not even a block away for $10 and they also offered uncovered parking with our stay at a lot just north of the hotel for $15. My husband and I enjoyed a couple of drinks at the hotel bar, the staff there were very friendly and made a delicious spicy margarita. We ended up having dinner at the hotel as well, and it was pretty tasty, the flatbread mozzarella and basil as well as my husbands burger were both equally as delicious. All in all, a wonderful staff and wonderful stay, we decided last minute to bring our dog along because he loves hotel stays and they were super accommodating in his stay as well. The room was spotless and we had no issues when it came to noises like I read in the previous posts. We will stay here again sometime!
Positive: Beautiful hotel inside and out. The front desk was so friendly. Negative: Nothing
I stay at this hotel every Saturday for work purposes, and it never fails for me to encounter a problem with hotel staff being rude and disrespectful, i have refrained from writing a review for quite sometime just because, well i didnt want to be that guy. Well after today 7/23/2021 6:30pm, ive had it with rude customer service treatment from front desk. While trying to check in to my room Gentlemen was very rude and argued with me over something that could have been resolved with a simple phone call, which eventually he did after giving me a hard time. I will be recommending the company who books my room here every weekend spending $1200 + a month in room bookings for me to take there business else where this is beyond ridiculous. Not to mention I request a late checkout every time im here and it never fails room service will come knocking at 10:30 am barging in my room while i am asleep, i do not get back to my room till 4:00am so I request a 12pm or 1pm checkout. Do not spend your $ here take your business somewhere you will get better customer service.
Staff is soooo nice..Room nice and modern. Very clean.
Did not enjoy the stay at all. Expected much better from a Marriott property. The issues: Very thin windows - you can hear all sounds of traffic plus the wonderful banging of trash pickup that lasts about an hour at 6am; Shampoo bottle in the shower had clearly been used as it was almost empty when I went to use it; Bed had another guests hair comb left in it.The room and areas appear to be nice, but don’t be fooled. There have to be better options in Oklahoma City.
The stay was good in regards to the cleanliness of the hotel. However rating the hotel a 3 due to discrepancies in the charges to my credit card. The charges on the receipt emailed were higher from the hotel than what I made the reservation for via my app. Also the charges on my credit card transactions was higher than what the receipt reflected. To many discrepancies with the whole transaction and will have to wait 5-7 business days for the correction to be reflected on my credit card.
Perfect location if you wanna experience downtown OKC
Great amenities, great bathroom, nice and QUIET, nice outdoor area to chill, very good location, the hotel staff is very friendly !
Nice rooms and friendly staff, as well as great meeting rooms.
Gorgeous hotel, clean, great location, excellent service. Beds seemed a bit stiff. Noise level was minimal, but I stayed on a Sunday. Would stay here again.
The bar manager here is absolutely wonderful. He is so knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. He does an amazing job of attending to a bar full of guests even when working alone. Hes great at providing travel recommendations to guests and always knows whats happening around town. And, to top it off, hes so well dressed. And soooooooo handsome.
Positive: Modern, clean, beautiful. Friendly staff. Nice location downtown. Negative: N/a
There’s not a lot of good to be said. The room was clean. Other than that, I don’t see what makes this a 3 star hotel. Other than the location, it has nothing setting it apart from a holiday inn or la Quinta. The parking is $15 or you can possibly park for free in the street. The bed was super uncomfortable and getting woke up at 1:30 AM by all the drunks was a tad bit annoying. I don’t blame the hotel for this, but it happened. My recommendation: stay at a nearby holiday inn or la Quinta. You won’t have to pay for parking and the price will be half of what it is here. You’ll at least be able to sleep on a comfortable bed. Take an Uber to the spot you want to go in brick town and Uber back once complete. You’ll still come in under the price of the hotel stay at this Marriott. No loud people waking you up, a comfortable bed, and free parking.
My stay was lovely. The staff was so nice. They bed was nice and comfortable, islet well. I would love to stay there again when I come back for a visit. The room was beautiful, clean. Thank you guys for a beautiful stay
It’s clean and the staff seemed nice — $15 parking is a bit ridiculous in my opinion and the beds are mediocre at best. I couldn’t sleep at all because of how loud the people and street noise were. You can hear e v e r y t h i n g, so if any of those bother you, don’t stay here. I wish I didn’t so I could have actually got some rest in the room I paid for
Positive: Great location. Very nicely decorated. Very clean. Negative: Loud people in the hallways at 3am, but they must have been coming in from the bars. They went to their rooms and we didnt hear from them again. The parking situation isnt the best. You can park across the street for $25 or in a lot next door for.
No free parking! $45 for 24 hours parking.
Got stuck in the elevator, never anyone at the front desk, parking situation is less than ideal.
Positive: Perfect location and a comfortable room! Negative: I asked for a room clean on day 3 but didn¿t get it.
I can hear their “lobby music” in my room start blasting at 6 am. Called down to the front desk and she said “we have to turn it on at 6 am.” I asked even if it is waking people up? Her “no one has ever complained about this before soooooo.” I asked her to put me in a room further from a speaker so I could get some sleep. Her response “Management will be here in 30 minutes you can come down and ask them.” Came down stairs “oh management won’t actually be here until 12:00.”- Updating to 3 stars because the manager was kind and apologized and found a solution.
Clean. Fun. Good room. Will book again.
Bed is wicked comfortable. Not too soft but not too hard, good support. Temperature works well, room is streamlined and clean. Room lights took a second to find the switch. Curtains do not close all the way without a clip. Elevator is slow and took a second to figure out the button. Nice lobby, good seating, without COVID it would be a good place to talk with people.
Positive: Location Negative: Tried to call on way to hotel 5 times and no one answered. Also no restaurant
Cleanest Hotel Ive been to in a long time you guys are awesome thanks Marriott
Very clean and quiet hotel with a great staff, only downside is they do not have free parking. So look forward to paying 15-30 bucks for parking!
Positive: The location, cleanliness and modern design. The shower was my favorite part. Negative: The bed was terribly uncomfortable. sleeping was very difficult because of that. Also, there was no mention of the cost of parking anywhere. $25/night is ridiculous. The $10/night lot was impossible to find a spot and very inconvenient.
The front desk team were amazing! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was very clean and modern. We will be going back!
With our stay there was mosquitoes, .called front desk did not offer any help.Bathroom door unable to latch. There was sanitation issue from cleaning.check everything before you book.
I had a lovely stay at the AC hotel! The hotel is new and has a very stylish, minimalist decor. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast service was great. I stuck to the buffet options, but you can order a few things off a menu. The room was cozy and also had a minimalist decor. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and if I come back to OKC, I will definitely consider staying here again. Great job!
The stay was awesome as the hotel is very nice and affordable. However, our issue is that we valet and when we received our truck back it smelled like smoke which is unacceptable. My husband nor I smoke so it was very uncomfortable enduring the smell of smoke for sometime after receiving our vehicle. We highly recommend that the staff that assist with valet be nonsmokers. I am unsure if someone smoked in the vehicle or that it was just smoke on the person that retrieved our vehicle. However, this issue need to be fixed so 4 stars for our overall experience.
Do not stay here on a Friday or Saturday night if you actually want to sleep. You will be awoken at 1:30 am by emergency fire and police sirens followed by the drunken screams, revving engines and car horns from the hundreds of club leaving the clubs on the next block. All this right outside your window. Front desk could have cared less and offered no explanation or apology. I had to call the front desk of a neighboring hotel to find out what was going on. They explained this happens every Friday and Saturday night. Clubs close at 2 am and cops and fire show up at 1:30 am lights and sirens on to facilitate the mass exodus of drunks from the clubs. This goes on for at least 30 minutes. Wish we would have known before staying here, now you do!
Good location in the Bricktown district
Very disappointing experience! Could not sleep because of the loud street noise, no parking, no food availability, cold shower, the list could go on and on. Room was okay, though the noise and lack of parking would downgrade the ok rating to an avoid if possible rating. Would highly NOT recommend.
I had an amazing stay. This hotel is modern, clean, and located in a nice area within walking distance of some great restaurants. I LOVE the fact that the rooms dont have carpet- but hard flooring, it feels SO much cleaner and fresh to me. I wish every hotel had this! The lighting in the room is great too. I didnt eat here, so cant speak to that, but it was so pleased with everything else!
Let me say this hotel is wonderful, Ive had clients and family stay a number of times. Great price, location and staff. They also recently help with a reservation I had to move last min due to a emergency. They staff was SO understanding HELPFUL and kind. They have my business for life! I would recommend to anyone and everyone!
This place was amazing. My only complaint is that there are no microwaves in the room. Thanks for the fridge for my leftovers........but I have nothing to warm them up with. For the price of this hotel you need to at least have a microwave in the room.
Positive: Modern, open clean hotel. Like the location because its downtown so easy to walk places or lyft to midtiwn but not right in the middle.
Everything is brand new and modern. The room was comfortable and it had a small fridge. The TV allowed you to sign into your streaming services and stream from there without an extra device. Its in a convenient location for Bricktown. We stayed for a birthday weekend, and its convenient to a streetcar stop, which was also helpful for getting around.
Nice, modern and clean hotel with a big lobby and a terrace to have a drink. Very well located close to the city center. Good beer selection and acceptable breakfast. The rooms are quite new and with plenty of space. Very kind staff.
Hotel is beautiful with great rooms. We were there for a brick town event on Thursday evening. Was disappointed that the bar didn’t open till 5. The bartender was very nice and actually poured us a glass of wine a few minutes early. The breakfast options are really awful. We expected them to be included in the price of the room. We were surprised to be presented with a check for the dismal offerings. The waitress did not even acknowledge our presence except to bring us a check. The food was cold, proper dish ware was missing, and the ala carte items were never offered. Guests should be informed at check in about the cost of breakfast. There are lots of better breakfast restaurants in the area. On a positive note- great coffee!
I travel a lot with work and this hotel is by far my favorite. The staff are so friendly and very personable. The hotel has a GREAT atmosphere, the bar is awesome and I love the clean, modern decor. I’ve stayed at this hotel 20+ times. I’ve never had any issues. Definitely a must stay place in bricktown! Extra bonus when you get a street view of the ball park and get the firework show. ❤️❤️❤️
I loved the design of the hotel which was modern but still comfortable. The room was very comfortable. The lights gave the room a great atmosphere. The bed and the shower were incredibly good. The Wifi was as good as at home, no glitches or low speed. I met some colleagues at the bar and the drinks were just delicious. I recommend their Old Fashioned.
The location is on the quieter side of Bricktown but continues to be an easy walk to any venue or activity. The lobby is huge with a sophisticated atmosphere, lots of seating areas to enjoy. Our room was very comfortable although it “seemed” smaller than other rooms we’ve stayed in. This is fine. We weren’t there to spend a lot of time in the room. Check in/out was a seamless process. There is a $25 a night valet parking charge which is worth it if you are not the adventurous type and do not want to hunt cheaper, safe parking in Bricktown on a Thunder game night. We will definitely be staying here again.
Loved this hotel ... quiet, close to everything we needed. Only a couple blocks to restaurants or bricktown. Only challenge was the room with double beds. There were only full size beds & my husband and myself are over 6. The beds were super comfortable just to small. Our college age daughters stayed with us in the room and they were to small for them too.Great hotel other than that...Thank you
Booking this hotel is like ordering stuff on wish. It looks fancy but a little cheaper than some of the others in the neighborhood but certainly not cheap. In the end you will pay more to end up getting less. The room I booked was called a queen room. Queen room does not refer to the bed. When I got to my room there were actually two full beds in a tiny room. After reviewing the description closely in the fine print it does say thats what the beds were but in bold print at the top it calls it a queen room. The website also listed parking and a pool in the amenities. By parking they mean there is absolutely no parking at all unless you pay $25 a day for valet parking. The hotel across the street and the one next door both have a parking garage attached to them for their guests. When I say the hotel next door I mean like 10 feet away from the window in my room. I have a lovely view of a brick wall so close it hardly even let light in the room. While down stairs looking for the pool I ran into two other guests also looking for it. The website has a picture of an indoor pool. It may be at one of the other hotels nearby but there is not a pool here. They tried to give the building a super modern look but the glass panels on the walls were falling off the walls and actually missing in a spot outside my room. I so wish I had not paid in advance for my room or I would move across the street right now.
The AC Hotel did not disappoint. Collin embodies the definition of great customer service and focus! Ask for him. I loved the room. It was clean, modern and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great walking distance to entertainment. Valet parking was bit expensive but the drivers were very accommodating.
I love this hotel, it’s beautiful and everyone that works here is pleasant, especially Collin! Collin you are fantastic! The rooms are modern and clean, the lobby is relaxing and posh and the food is delicious. They have a small but well curated selection of wine and small plates that were all equally delicious. The cook is also extremely nice and a such a pleasant man to talk too. The gym has a good assortment of workout equipment and free weights. It’s clean and comfortable to work out in.My only suggestion for this property, is instead of a fountain in the courtyard, a small pool would make this place absolutely fantastic and be a fabulous upgrade to the space. Also needs better WiFi.
This hotel is amazing. The staff are all so welcoming. The beds were so comfortable and the walk in glass showers are so amazing. I personally recommend this hotel. If youre in Bricktown for the weekend check this hotel out. It books up fast and is definitely the IT hotel to stay at.
Great location. Super clean
Our stay at the AC hotel was amazing! The rate we paid was fantastic. Everything is brand new and clean. The staff is exceptional! Especially Collin at the front desk. He helped me in setting up my friends room who just got married for when they got back after the wedding!
Great hotel... would give it a 5 usually but we needed bigger beds. The beds were super comfortable... its just that were all over 6 tall in our family. A room with two double beds just didnt get it done. They only have a king with a pull out couch... theres no reason our college age girls should have to sleep on a pullout couch.Great hotel...
Absolutely loved this hotel! I’ve stayed in a ton of Marriott brand hotels and this one is on the top of the list, especially considering the lower cost. It’s in a great location - Bricktown. Multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance. Plus it’s less then 10 minutes to drive to the medical center. I stayed during the week but it seems like the area would be pretty lively on the weekends. The decor of the hotel is modern minimal. Even the scent when you walk into the lobby plays into the modern chic atmosphere. I loved the laminated floors in the rooms over the traditional carpet. I would definitely stay here again. Making it even better...the staff members were extremely nice and helpful. The only negative for me was the absence of a hotel self-parking lot, you can only valet which I believe is $25/day.
Honestly I normally stay in 4 star hotels or above. Not because Im rich or anything. Its just the the hotel experience to me is part of the trip. I want something thats upscale, has a nice bar and clean rooms. This trip my mother and father in law came with my wife and I and didnt want to spend a lot of money, so checking prices we booked the AC hotel. It had a great location close to Riversports OKC and in the heart of Bricktown which was perfect, because we was visiting both. Even though a bit cheaper than I normally pay, I was really impressed on how nice the hotel was. Very new and clean. Nice lobby and bar area, beautiful bathroom with standup rain shower, A minimalist kind of masculine design room. Wood floors, nice big bed, mini fridge, bench area for suitcases and personal items, and large TV. It was perfect for the trip and the in-laws were happy, which is always a good thing! I would definitely stay again.
I recommend a stay here. Great location with parking at a reasonable cost. The property has a different look than your usual Marriott. I liked it, and will stay again.
Our stay at the AC hotel was awesome! Hotel was up to date, clean, and we didn’t have any issues with our room. Location is within walking distance of many good restaurants and venues.Staff was very efficient at getting us checked in and getting us what we needed.Would definitely stay here again!
We were there for a wedding. The modern style is just not practical for what we needed, but would work for a single business traveler. The area for hanging clothes was very minimal and barely fit our needs and there were 2 drawers the size of a night stand which we really couldnt use. The sliding bathroom door did not stay shut which was an inconvenience while traveling with an adult son. I have heard of low water toilets, but the ones they have are a little extreme. Also, there was only 1 hook in the bathroom, which meant we were only able to hang 1 bath towel and no clothes(extra hooks in the room would be a plus) There was no lighting above the luggage bench. And there was no clock in the room. On the plus side, it had a frig with complimentary water in it. It had a hair dryer, iron and iron board. Beds were comfortable. It is within walking distance to all BrickTown has to offer. As hot as OK gets in the summer, I am surprised it does not have an outdoor pool. Valet service is $25 plus tax and tip, but that allows you to come and go as you please which worked well for us. The valet people were very friendly and attentive to our needs. If you park across the street for $30 it will charge you each time you enter and leave which would be cheaper for someone who didnt need to move their car which wasnt the case for us. All the other staff members we encountered were very friendly. I would not recommend this for families or more than 2 people.
This hotel is sleek and modern. Its staff was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. Kim, I believe the manager, was on it constantly anticipating our needs and making our stay better than we could have planned for. The bar was awesome and so were its drinks. The bed was comfortable and the rain showers were amazing. Loved the hardwood in the rooms and the overall ambience.
Space is very earthy and puts off a good mood! Staff extremely friendly! Only complaint is the lights in our room were a little complicated!
Overall we really liked the hotel and staff. It was decorated very modern (different for us). Had all the basic needs. We would stay again, but in a king room. The double room beds were way too small for even the average sized couple.
AC Bricktown is a chic, clean, welcoming hotel with attentive staff. It combines hospitality with a low-key, comfortable vibe. The rooms are sleek and comfortable with plenty of space for your belongings. Modern shower, generous counter space and good lighting in the bathroom. Comfortable bed with good pillows. Walking distance to restaurants and bars and a quick trip to/from the airport. Highly recommend if your travels take you to OKC.
Pretty nice hotel in downtown OKC. We were there for a night in September. They have a bar, had live music as well.
Great place to stay beautiful room, common area and kind staff!
Great hotel. Theres a water dispenser by the elevator on each floor. Theres a bar, a gym, and valley parking! The hotel is modern with great features. I really enjoyed the staff, the location was great, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel feels more high end than it is, but should be reasonable enough for most budgets.
Great place to stay. Clean and attractive building in the perfect location to walk from the Bricktown nightlife. Check-in and out were easy and quick. Staff is friendly. We have stayed here twice now, and will continue to use this hotel. You can self-park your car in the garage across the street for $10 per day or have valet park it for $25 per day, but valet is not in covered parking. We chose self parking because they were predicting storms. It worked out perfectly because my husband doesnt like valet to park his cars anyway. The coffee in the rooms is bitter and yuck (small complaint, I know). So if youre used to drinking the hotel coffee, be aware. My husband sat at the bar while I was getting ready. His only complaints were 1. They didnt have Miller lite and 2. They didnt have coca colaOverall a great experience. We will stay here again.
Two nights on a weekend. Nice shower. Nice view of the city. Nice HBO. Access to Netflix. Although, Definitley not coming back, sorry. I had nightmares from back pain as the mattress was not even a Pillowtop Mattress as described in the description. I had to use the pillows as a bed on the bed because I couldnt even stand just laying on the bed itself.. The Blanket was comfy and probably could have just layed on it, but then I wouldnt have a cover.. The parking across the street gets full at night since its a public parking as well, but we still managed to find a parking spot after going around a few times.. I did stay a night in a cheaper hotel that happened to provide a mini fridge, a microwave, and a more comftorable mattress that I wish I had gotten my weekend stay at, sorry.
Absolutely loved our stay here. Its located in the middle of OKC. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and attentive. The property was up to date and cleanly. I wish all Marriott hotels were like this. Nothing better than a friendly staff after a long day of driving. We wish we could have stayed longer.
Excellent place to stay downtown, comfy beds, great shower, chic bar with friendly vibe and excellent drinks, very helpful staff, and surprisingly diverse cheese offerings for meals and snacks. Outdoor seating rocks and everywhere you see to gather, you just want to lounge in with friends bc the furniture was excellent as well. I loved this hotel. And a woman I met who was there on business has been coming since it opened and she travels to city monthly for last 25 years- this is now her go too. So well done on this hotel. It isn’t done cheaply looking like so many that do the edgy boutique thing. Some of us still like a hotel to feel like a hotel and not Walmart checkout.
Tried the AC since it is a new Marriott property and I will be staying there again. Great proximity to walking to others restaurants during my stay and easy to get to from the airport. Rooms are nice, a little too modern for my everyday taste, but clean and functional.
Received great service by the hotel staff. A mix-up with the laundry service availability resulted in the manager handwashing some clothing for me in order to meet her commitment to have the articles available for me the following day. She went above and beyond to keep a promise and deserves recognition for that! Thanks again. Highly recommend the hotel.
Rooms are comfy and modern. I love the wood floors instead of carpet. I was disappointed that it is valet parking only at $25 per night and no microwave in the rooms. Location is great, walking distance to almost everything. Over all I was happy with the hotel.
Great hotel for work trips. Rooms are very modern and always clean. Though ask for a high floor, street noise can be a little loud. Oklahoma folks love their loud exhaust. Once was having issues getting a copy of my receipt, local staff even printed it for me and mailed it to me. Amazing service.
The hotel is right in the heart of downtown OKC. Walking distance to many local bars, restaurants, and other recreational facilities. The hotel its self is very modern and well taken care off with great staff. For anyone looking to ride Amtrac to go elsewhere as I did, the station is only 3 blocks away from the hotel. You may never know it because there is no train noise.I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a hotel in OKC.
This hotel was a great stay and it was in a good location. It was near Bricktown and a quick drive to everywhere else. The room are so updated and the night life view is great. The valet services was amazing . They had my jeep ready to go each time with no waiting and then open the doors for myself and my daughter . The staff at the front desk was very friendly and quick.
Clean smd friendlyPets aloud.Yea!
Beautiful new property, no yucky carpet, all tile. Good location. Staff was friendly but there were issues with attention and room was not cleaned properly.
I typed all complaints on earlier review. Food and beverage for Bfast not open and many people turned away. Then manager comes by and gets name and still bills you. TVs on treadmills don’t work
Two stars is a generous rating, shower is good and the location. Definitely doesn’t belong in the Bonvoy brands. Housekeeping manager said “we are out” when I asked for hand soap, so we used up our shower gel washing our hands after using the strangely square toilet. Charged me for valet parking when we didn’t park, and I have called four different times to get the charge removed (*update: they finally credited the parking charge, thank you!* moving up to 3 stars*). Building is new but cheaply constructed; there is no carpet in the rooms (vinyl laminate floor) and you can hear all footsteps through the plywood floors even in the hallway. Just a bad experience. I stay in all the Marriott brand hotels (several years in a row at Gold), this really was an unusually bad one-night stay.
Really enjoyed my stay and service was top-notch! The bartender made an exceptional Amaretto Sour and the olive appetizer was delicious. The Receptionist was warm and friendly and suggested attractions near by and was extremely knowledgeable. The hotel was crisp and clean and smelled great!
Loved the fashionable design and the scent wafting through the lobby... smelled like a woody men’s cologne. Perfect location. We walked everywhere..Room was clean & well maintained... room was a little spartan for my taste but bed was super comfortable and bath had a fantastic rain shower. Would definitely return on my next visit to OKC
This is a very modern hotel designed for a person who doesnt spend a lot of time in the room. All the amenities are there like a fridge, tv and the usual but why would you stay in your room. There is a full service bar located in the lobby with access to outdoor seating on the back patio or in front on the main street. There was a live performer singing on the back patio and tons of art and cool decorations to look at in the lobby. We had a great time here and will definitely return next time were home in Okc visiting friends and family.
Front desk was excellent. He was very friendly and very help with any questions we had. Made sure we got the room we booked with no fuss and made sure we had everything we needed with all the information we asked for. We had an excellent experience staying here for our anniversary.
Positive: Staff was very prompt abs nice
Loved the new AC Hotel in Bricktown. Ive stayed at AC Hotels in the past but this is definitely my favorite. Love the modern style of the lobby and the guest rooms. Bed is really comfortable and the bathroom has a killer shower and terrific lighting. Everyone was so welcoming from the valet to the check-in, couldnt have asked for a nicer experience. Its also in a wonderful location, surrounded by many restaurants. Will be my go to hotel in OKC!
