Our satisfaction was much lower than expected. We experienced multiple issues. Our room had a humidity situation which contributed to moldy smells. This was caused by a faulty ac unit that cooled properly, but the fan never turns off. Our shower head was malfunctioning as it looked very aged and spat water at too wide an angle causing flooding in the toilet area. Our sink had a broken drain plug which wouldnt drain unless you moved it to an angle. Most of the amenity areas had a faulty AC. We went to use the gym and the AC was also broken there. They attempted to address it with an indoor unit but failed to plumb it correctly and instead it overheated the area. None of the treadmills had a working cable box to watch TV. The elevator at the second floor parking garage only works intermittently forcing my wife and I to use the stairs. (We could easily take the stairs but this wasnt the expectation) Lastly I found out the hard way that there isnt a proper business center there.(A desk in a corner next to a supply closet and outside door). We submitted an app request for towels and toiletries but it was never answered or addressed. The staff was very nice however the building doesnt seem to be maintained very well with all of the variety of issues.

Positive: This hotel is great for a one night trip and also it accommodates animals without a fee. Had high hopes for this hotel. We were able to book same day, which was great and the balcony was rad but the bad outweighs the good. There were dead gnats everywhere in the room. Around the bathroom sink, on the bedside table and even on top of the headboard. The fire alarm went off at 4 am which was very annoying because it was a very loud woman yelling this is an emergency and it turned out to be a false alarm. And the housekeeping just walked in on the morning we were leaving. No knock or question, just walked into our room. Luckily we were dressed. There was also an issue with the hvac unit in the lobby. The bar was closed. Very disappointing for having spent $500 plus on a room. Would not go back and would not recommend.

Don’t stay here. Rooms are okay, very simple. They charge $17/night for parking however the “security” gates are broken, staff told us they remain open and never close because of that. So really anyone can go in and out of them. Tons of people walk straight through the structure. They have cameras, but they don’t record. SO WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THEM!? of course our car got broken into and tires got slashed. Security is nonexistent here. Oh yo make it even better the lobby has No AC. Marriott needs to take a closer look at this hotel.

Stay somewhere else. Our car got broken into the first night we were there, parked in the hotel parking garage. We asked for footage on the security cameras but apparently they don’t record so I don’t know what the point of it is? Even the girl working the front desk agreed saying she’s not sure why they have cameras. There’s gates going into the garage but they’re were up all weekend so again not sure what the point of it was. Front desk even admitted they have a lot of break ins with the homeless in the area. Unbelievable they know and don’t do anything extra about it.

Overall a decent place to stay. Good location. They were short staffed so that contributes to the review. There was no microwave, no trash liners, no ice buckets. (You have to request one at the front desk, which seemed really busy the entire two days. Again they were short staffed.)We booked a double queen which ended up being a conjoined room which was unfortunate because there was absolutely no noise insulation between us and the next room. After the first night we did ask to change rooms. After a couple of hours and a few reminder phone calls we were able to move to a regular king suite.Again, no ice bucket, no trash liners, no microwave and now no refrigerator. But it was much quieter. The carpet in both rooms was atrocious. It probably has never been properly cleaned other than vacuuming. I had to clean up a small water spill and oped to soak it up with one of the provided towels which resulted in the towel being mud brown. The staff was great despite being overworked.

From the very beginning we were disappointed and put out. We reserved the ultra savvy suite about a week in advanced. We arrived about 45 minutes after check in time, and waited for the staff to even acknowledge our presence in the lobby. After several interruptions, we learned our pricey suite was not ready for us yet. After waiting another hour, finally we got the room key. The room was very large, with a separate living area and a balcony. The bed itself was comfortable, an odd thing was the cable guide was not user friendly. The remote had bad batteries as did the thermostat in the living area... which made for a chilly evening. Unfortunately there were no towels, I had to phone downstairs for some, which was met with a rude woman, with whom you could was not interested in helping or accommodating me. The last thing that just kind of all summed it up for me, was taking a cold shower the next morning. Just could have been a much better experience.

Came here for my 10 year anniversary. While the room was good for just me and my husband, theres nothing else that was good. The pool wasnt open when the sign said it should. You have to make an appointment just to go to their gym. And the reason we came to this specific location was the advertised good roof access which was closed. When inquiring with the staff they were rude and off putting and obviously didnt care about taking care of customers. The rooms arent really sound proofed enough because my husband was kept up all night with fireworks and motorcycles. Overall wouldnt recommend this hotel. Figure the Hilton is just as good.

Disappointing. Rooms were MUCH smaller than expected, no microwave in the room (!!!), not even a tiny dresser with drawers. Only place to put your clothes were really small open shelves or tiny half closet. Parking is $17 a night. NO ROOM SERVICE. Hallways are super dark. Why? It doesn’t even have the basic amenities you would expect in an average hotel room. I realize the location is a draw, but I just found three other hotels in Bricktown that have more amenities for the same price. Not a family friendly hotel. I’m not even here with kids, but I can easily see it’s designed more for couples. Won’t stay at any Aloft ever again. Not a good value at all.

Then we’re told we could go in for a few hours if we “spent money and tipped good”. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, carpet and counters had crumbs. We were denied an upgrade. The room was LOUD! The air unit in the window didn’t work but wind would blow through it extremely loud. The beds are too firm and uncomfortable, the TV is outdated. We notified the front desk about our lack of amenities, and abundance of pests, but nothing was ever done during our two night stay. Our group travels to OKC 2-4 times per year. We typically stay at the Residence Inn by Marriot in Bricktown (and have always been satisfied), but a new parent to the group booked the wrong hotel (Aloft). Rooms are more expensive (but lower quality), parking and breakfast are extra fees (which are included at Residence Inn). Bathroom was unacceptable due to sewage smell and grout / caulk deteriorating. When I asked to be compensated fiscally, I was given points not a partial refund. Dont stay at this run down, poorly managed hotel.

Stains on the sheets in the bed. stains in the Carpets. Broken furniture in the lobby. Dirt and grime everywhere you turn. Loud riotous activities in the parking garage including revving engines and horns and loud partiers till 3 in the morning. It is a shame that this branch is still open, I am sure that is proximity to Bricktown is the only reason people continue to stay in this pit. To a friend or business associate I say take your money and book a bigger cleaner room anywhere else. There is no excuse for the conditions at Aloft in OKC and it is the definition of a scam.

The room was nice, a few things about the shower, vanity area were inconvenient. No place to hang a hygiene bag, clothes or towels...the sliding door and shower doors were so heavy and slammed so loud no matter how careful we were! There wasn’t really anywhere to sit in the room, so had to be on the bed the whole time. But we could’ve gotten past all of the that. Our last night we verified our checkout time...the next morning, we were still asleep and a staff was knocking on our door to come in to clean about 3 hours before checkout. About 30min later another staff came by, knocked once and came in our room, barely giving us a chance to get up out of bed to let them know we were still in there; thankfully we had the extra lock on the door so they couldn’t barge in. We had to pay an extra $51 for parking for three days, but parking is a nightmare downtown so we just had to do it. The hotel was nice, but not the best we’ve been to in OKC, so most likely won’t be back.

The hotel seems like nice, new construction that was just done poorly. We got a corner room for a night stay. There was uneven flooring, peeling wallpaper, and blackout shades that were already in tatters. I know cleaning has been reduced due to Covid, but there were stains in our couch, the carpet, and on some of the walls. There was a sanitizing wipe for each TV remote; I had to use it to feel like even touching the one in the living area because it was greasy and disgusting looking (like it had not been cleaned in months if ever). We got one partial roll of toilet paper. The kleenex box in our bathroom had run empty at some point; I know this because the staff had wadded up and stuffed some more kleenex into the box rather than just replacing it. The building and lobby look much nicer than the quality of the room we got. Maybe I should not have splurged for an upgraded room, but I would have expected that to be a better room if nothing else. The bed was rock hard, but the pillows were flat as possible. I am glad we were only there for one night, or the sleeping situation would have been unbearable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful - no problems there. Very interesting, modern decor which I liked. My concerns are more so in regard to the design of the rooms and availability of the patio space. The door for the bathroom had no handle from the inside once you closed it. To open the door once you were in the bathroom, you had to try you best to grip the smooth surface of the door and pull it back or get your fingers wedged into the door space. There were scratch marks on the edge of the door where people have apparently scratched the door trying to pry it open. My other complaint about the bathroom would be about the body wash/shampoo dispenser in the shower. I appreciated that they were there but wished they were made from better quality. The body wash dispenser did not work at all though I noted there was soap in there. The shampoo dispenser broke apart on me, while I was using it. I was able to piece it back together but it was not sturdy. The upper level patio area looked nice and was one of the reasons I chose the hotel; I was not able to use the space, however, because when we got back from our planned events the first night, the patio area was already closed off. The following day, it was rented out by a private party. It would have been nice to have have extended hours for the evening or to have a separate area that could remain open to all the hotel guests while private events were being held.Final, minor, gripe was about the preset channel that the televisions go to when turning them on. The volume is preset to be very loud but just on that channel. At volume 8-9 (I cant remember exactly), the noise was actual quiet on the other channels so I had to turn up the volume, but on that starting hotel channel, at volume 8-9, I physically jumped multiple times when someone turned on the television because it was so loud. Overall, it was an ok experience. Strange design of bathroom. Disappointed I was not able to use patio space which seemed like a highlight of the hotel. I would recommend staying here for the friendliness of the staff but not on the design or amenities of the hotel itself.

My wife and I recently stayed at the hotel, and we had a Great experience. The suite we stayed in was perfect, very spacious, very clean, and very nice. We visited the bar, the staff were very friendly and the drinks were spot on.We spoke to the general manager while on property and he has customer service down to an art. Keep up the great customer service!
