Im an electrical apprentice whos worked for tradesman a couple of times. You need a job theyll find you one most times. Im in the process of getting my journeyman license and need hours verified before I can take my test. Ive been trying to get these hours verified for almost a year. Ive been given the wrong paperwork been given copied signatures told to fraudulently fill out the paper work myself by the lady who finally got me a real signature from their electrical contractor. Then she proceeded to tell me that they will not be getting me a completely filled out form with a real signature again. place is unreal with the shady stuff Ive seen them do just to avoid giving me my hours. So bottom line is dont work for them unless you dont care about having your hours verified to move on up in the trade.

I’ve been with tradesmen for going on 4 years just to move to OKC and that OKC branch to fire me because they can’t communicate or get their facts about jobs straight. They lie about the length of jobs and Per diem. I loved working for tradesmen but this OKC branch is total BS..

They still havent played me after 3 weeks. Dont know what the problem is but there is no one in charge except each person there so this means if you have a problem you cant take it to the boss because everybody is the boss

They keep you pretty busy at a good rate
