I had 3 scheduled calls and the recruiter was late to all 3. Then offered me a telemarketing position. I am college educated and that is the best she could come up with. No thanks.

Professionalism is not this company strong point. They will reach out to you and dangle a potential job in front of you. If for some reason it doesnt work out with the potential employer, they forget that you exist.I read some other reviews from people who had poor experiences with this company and that seems to be an established mode of operation.It doesnt take that long to send somebody a text message or an email stating you dont meet our requirements at this time but if something comes up we may contact you in the future.Theres nothing professional or appropriate about immediately ceasing communication with someone because they no longer fit your needs.If you want people who will respect you, go somewhere else.Avoid the disrespectful unprofessional amateurs at this place like the plague that they are.

I had a very unfortunate experience with a recruiter named Jason. He is incredibly unprofessional. I will be sending several letters to the corporate office regarding his inappropriate and incredibly unprofessional behavior. Ive noticed that a lot of The negative reviews for this company come from people of color. This seems to be a pattern for this company.

Fairly disappointed with my experience here. Went in physically in early 2019 to establish a relationship with my recruiter. She promised lots of interview and things in the works but I never once got a follow up. I eventually secured a job on my own. Over 6 months later and I am close to graduation, looking for a new job. I thought I would take a chance again. After another 20 minute phone call and lots of promises, I never heard from the recruiter again. I assumed when starting the process that this would help in my job search, not be an added figure to chase around.

If there was a negative star rating I would have used it. My husband was unemployed about 2 years back and applied to several agencies. mosaic didn’t send him on 1 interview. Recently he was laid off & Dylan from Mosaic actually called my hubby out of the blue - said he had 5 jobs ready to go at $20 or more per hour for my husband, that hubby just had to go to Edmond to meet Dylan to get things going. It’s been 6 weeks and Dylan doesn’t answer calls or return them and NOT ONE INTERVIEW AT ALL. If you need a job don’t bother wasting time on Mosaic:-(

My recruiter is Cecely Jones. She found my resume online and contacted me. Within 5 days, I had a job interview and a week later was hired for my best job ever!!! She made the whole process easy and painless. She is s great cheerleader and represents Mosaic very well. She stayed in contact with me and was very accessible. I know a lot of big businesses don’t want to go through the hiring process so they hire firms like Mosaic to weed through the applicants for them. It’s a win-win for everyone. I have had the best experience working with Mosaic Personnel from the first moment I had contact with this Recruiting Company back in October 2018. My friend gave me a recruiters information at Mosaic. Since she was not the recruiter for role I was interested in, she quickly connected me with Cecely Jones, who is amazing! Cecely brought me in quickly to discuss my interests and requirements for a new role. The office at Mosaic was warm and inviting and I got the best impression right off the bat! Cecely had me out doing interviews almost immediately and although the roles did not work out, I happened to find a different position not using Mosaic, I still had an extremely positive experience using this company! I still send everyone I know who is looking in Cecelys direction because she is so great. She has kept in touch with me to make sure I am happy in my current role, not to pressure me but because she truly cares. I would have taken her up on a couple positions she has told me about but I knew my husband and I would be moving out of the area by the end of summer so I passed on the opportunities. This never discouraged Cecely from being supportive and has even offered to look over my resume once it is updated before I move! I really cannot say enough nice things! (legal name Sara Bladdick).

BECKY VANDIVER. I write her name in all caps because of the disbelief and awe I experienced in dealing with this representative and company. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone in any circumstances. They are truly uncaring andean spirited. Dont mind making you feel uncomfortable and wasting your time. I also believe the fact I am African American played a huge role in her being the way she was. They dont acknowledge the sacrifices you may make just to give them the time of day and they are unapologetic. Terrible company in my opinion.

I had the best experience with Mosaic. My recruiter was Rachel Tillman and she was absolutely amazing to work with. I decided to make a career change after 8+ years which was quite scary to say the least. Pretty quickly, I was in touch with Rachel who kept in contact and made me feel super cared for and like she was there to help me in every way possible. She really had my back. I had never used a recruiting or temp agency before. My very first day meeting her we casually spoke about what I was looking for and who I am and what is important to me in a company. Her first recommendation LITTERALLY is where I started working and am about to celebrate my first 3 months!! I couldnt be happier or feel more blessed to have had Rachel as my go to woman. Great staff, nice clean office, professional atmosphere. However, you tend to he put on the back burner after awhile.
